イン窓口に現れたとしても予約便の出発に支障が無い限
り旅客を搭乗させるほうが旅客サービスとしても好まし

ある。また旅客がキャンセルを決定しているならば、そ
れを早く知ることができればたとえば予約の段階など早
い段階から別の搭乗希望の顧客に搭乗の機会を与えるこ
とができるので旅客サービスの観点からも良好である。
また、交通手段の遅延などの場合は到着見込みの時刻が
わかればキャンセル待ちの搭乗希望顧客に搭乗権を与え

客は別の交通手段に変更したり、予定の変更をするなど
