p is composed of a collar portion 1 and a plate-like stay 2, and the collar portion 1
A notch 2a is provided at the upper end of the plate-like stay 2 in accordance with the width dimension of the opening 1a of the collar 1 and the opening 1 of the collar 1
a and a notch 2a of the plate-like stay 2 form a concave frame. For example, as the support 3 having the tubular chain structure, a commercially available honeycomb core having a hexagonal cell-like aggregate in horizontal cross section. Select the desired size from
As shown in (b), (c), and FIGS. 4 (a), (b), the jig for machining according to the present invention is configured by being fitted so as to be dropped into the concave frame of the jig member Jp. . Since the virtual plane formed on the upper surface of the honeycomb core forming the support 3 of the jig for machining is configured to coincide with the plane formed by the pass line serving as a reference during processing, it is shown in FIG. As described above, by installing the machining jig of the present invention on the table of the processing machine, it is possible to securely support the work material (workpiece) of the ultrathin plate material without stiffness from below so that it can be accurately planar. Supporting and holding the workpiece to eliminate flapping and warpage of the workpiece during machining, as shown in FIG. 6, for example, in the case of cutting in a circular shape, machining can be performed in a stable state. Since it is not necessary to cut it together with the lower reliance member such as corrugated cardboard, it is possible to realize accurate laser processing with the work alone, avoid the risk of fire etc., it is safe,
It is possible to provide a jig for machining which is economical and advantageous in handling.
