【発明の属する技術分野】この発明は容器内に収容した
野菜を押し板をもって加圧する即席漬物器に関する。

【従来の技術】従来、漬物材料を収容する容器本体に被
蓋する蓋体に中空の螺子体を螺合して昇降させると共
に、下端に押し板を設けた昇降杆を下降方向に附勢して
上記螺子体内に内挿した即席漬物器が公知である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】前記の従来技術の即席
漬物器においては、使用者は螺子体の頭部に設けた回転
撮みをもって螺子体を回転させるので、螺子体の頭部は
一番下降した状態において蓋体に接する位置が限度で、
上昇した状態では蓋体からかなり突出した位置に存し
た。
【0004】そのため、前記の即席漬物器においては漬
物材料の量が多く、押し板をそれほど押し下げられない
場合には螺子体が上方に突出し、冷蔵庫や棚等への収納
の妨げとなる問題があった。
【0005】この発明は前記の問題点に鑑みて創作され
たものであり、押し板の押し下げ量にかかわらず回転撮
みが常に一定位置に止まる収納機能に優れた即席漬物器
を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】この発明は即席漬物器
は、漬物材料を収容する容器本体に被蓋する蓋体に中空
の螺子体を螺合して昇降させると共に、下端に押し板を
設けた昇降杆を下降方向に附勢して上記螺子体内に内挿
した即席漬物器において、上記螺子体が螺合状態で収容
されるべき筒体をその頭部を蓋体の上部に突出した状態
で蓋体に垂設し、上記筒体の上部には回転撮みを回転自
在に外嵌すると共に、この回転撮みの下端には上記螺子
体の天井部に設けたボス穴を貫通して螺子体内に挿入さ
れるスプライン軸を垂設したことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、この発明の具体的実施例を
添付図面に基づいて説明する。図1はこの発明の即席漬
物器の非押し下げ時の断面図、図2は主要な部材の分解
状態の一部切り欠き側面図、図3は主要な部材の斜視図
である。図中符号1は漬物材料を収容する容器本体であ
り、この容器本体に対し蓋体2が用意される。図中符号
3は蓋体を容器本体1に対し固定するための係止具であ
る。
【0008】前記の蓋体2には回転撮みの回転により押
し板を下降させて漬物材料を押圧するための機構が設け
られる。図中符号40は押し板であり、この押し板は昇
降杆41の下端に設けられる。昇降杆41は蓋体2に対
して昇降する中空の螺子体20内に下方に附勢した状態
で収容される。図中符号30は昇降杆41を下方に附勢
するコイルバネであり、螺子体20内にしてその天井部
22と昇降杆の上端間に圧縮状態で収容される。この場
合、昇降杆はその上端のフランジ部42が螺子体20下
端内周に環状に張り出した抜け止め突起24に当接する
ことにより、螺子体からの脱落が防止される。
【0009】蓋体2には内周に前記の螺子体20の雄螺
子21が螺合する雌螺子4を設けた筒体3が、その頭部
5を蓋体の上部に突出した状態で垂設され、この筒体内
に螺子体が収容される。
【0010】一方、蓋体2の上部に突出した前記の筒体
の頭部5の外周には、回転撮み10が回転自在に外嵌さ
れる。図中符号6は回転撮み10の内方に垂下された筒
13の内周の環状突起14と係合することにより、回転
撮みの抜け止めを行うために筒体の頭部5の外周に配さ
れる環状突起である。上記回転撮み10の下方には前記
の螺子体20に回転を伝達するためのスプライン軸11
が垂下される。このスプライン軸11は螺子体20の天
井部22に設けられたボス穴23を貫通して螺子体内に
挿入され、これにより、螺子体はスプライン軸に対して
回転方向には係止されるが、軸方向には自由に移動する
こととなる。尚、ここではスプラインの一例としてスプ
ライン軸11に突設した複数本のキー12と、これに対
応したボス穴23の複数本のキー溝24を例示している
が、スプラインはこれに限られず、例えば断面が非真円
や角状のスプライン軸とボス穴の組み合わせであっても
よいことは勿論である。
【0011】以上の構成よりなるこの発明の即席漬物器
においては、漬物材料Aを押圧するには回転撮み10を
回転させて螺子体20を上昇限度まで上昇させ(図1参
照)、次いで容器本体1に漬物材料Aを収容して蓋体2
を被蓋する。この状態では、コイルバネ30の附勢力に
より下降していた押し板40は漬物材料Aに当接するこ
とにより附勢力に抗して押し上げられ、漬物材料には軽
い押圧力が加わる(図6参照)。尚、押し板40の昇降
杆41の天井部には貫通穴43が設けられており、この
場合のスプライン軸11への外挿を許す。次いで、回転
撮み10を回転させて螺子体20を下降させることによ
り漬物材料Aに加わる押圧力は徐々に強くなり、漬物の
調整に適した加圧が実現される(図7参照)。

【発明の効果】以上の構成よりなるこの発明によれば、
押し板の押し下げ量にかかわらず回転撮みは常に一定位
置に止まるので、収納機能に優れた即席漬物器が提供さ
