Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 (1)漬物を入れる容器に着脱可能に固定される蓋を有
し、その蓋に取付けられた操作体によって容器内に配置
される押板を徐々に押下げる加圧機構を備えており、加
圧機構は、蓋に対して所定範囲押下げ可能に設けられ、
かつ押下げ状態から原位置へ復帰するようにばね付勢さ
れた前記操作体と、操作体の下に位置しその押下げ時係
合して一定ストローク下降するように係合手段が周面に
複数箇所設けられた昇降体と、蓋の下面に設けられ、前
記係合手段と係合して昇降体を一定位置で固定保持する
保持体と、下降した昇降体を原位置へ戻すために前記係
合手段を外すリセット手段とを有することを特徴とする
漬物器。 (2)加圧機構は、蓋の適所に形成された開口部に配置
され、蓋に対して所定ストローク押下げ可能であり、内
側に下方へ伸びる加圧爪が対称に設けられた操作体と、
蓋の開口部下に位置し、押下げられた操作体を原位置へ
復帰させるばねの他端を支持する部分を有し、その内側
に前記加圧爪を含む円の周上に並ぶ複数のロック爪が下
方へ突設された保持体と、前記ロック爪との係合時に、
漬物側からの押上げ力に対抗する上下方向のラックが外
周面に所定間隔で複数箇所形成されており、また漬物を
押す押板に突設された押杆が一体的に吊設された昇降体
と、前記操作体と保持体及び昇降体との相対的な回動に
より加圧爪とロック爪とをラックから外し、昇降体を原
位置方向へ戻すためのリセット手段とから成る請求項第
1項記載の漬物器。 (3)操作体は開口部の下縁に回動可能に係止されてお
り、かつ上端を操作体に、また下端を保持体のばね支持
部分に係止したコイル状のばねにより、押下げ状態から
原位置への復帰力と、リセット時の復帰力とを受けるよ
うに構成された請求項第2項記載の漬物器。(4)保持
体は蓋から独立した部材であり、開口部周囲の蓋下面に
形成された取付基部に、係合手段により取付けられてい
る請求項第2項記載の漬物器。 (5)操作体はその回動操作で保持体を回動させるよう
に係合可能であり、該回動操作により操作体と保持体が
昇降体に対して回動するリセット手段を構成する請求項
第2項記載の漬物器。 (6)蓋の適所に形成された開口部に配置され、蓋に対
して所定ストローク押下げ可能でありかつ押下げ状態か
ら原位置に復帰させるばねを一体に備え、内側に下方へ
伸びる加圧爪が対称に設けられ、しかも前記開口部近傍
に係合手段により取付けられた操作体を有する請求項第
1項記載の漬物器。 (7)ばねがダイヤフラム状で操作体の押圧部の外周に
設けられている請求項第6項記載の漬物器。 (8)保持体は蓋と一体に形成されており、その中心部
に、操作体の加圧爪が配置される環状部を設けた請求項
第2項又は第6項記載の漬物器。 (9)ロック爪との係合により押上げ力に対抗するラッ
ク部が上下方向に多段に形成されており、また容器内に
配置される漬物の押板に突設された押杆を上下可能かつ
下方への抜け止め可能に嵌挿する摺動筒を中心に有し、
さらにラック部の下端に、操作体に対する相対回動操作
用の操作部を設けた昇降体を有する請求項第2項又は第
6項記載の漬物器。 (10)押杆は、摺動筒に対して上下可能かつ下方への
