Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for bending in V-cut of a plywood core material capable of easily obtaining the plywood core material processed by bending without sticking a decorative sheet to the plywood, and to provide the bent plywood core material manufactured by the method.
SOLUTION: For the method for bending in V-cut of a plywood core material, a bending groove 5 for bending the plywood 1 from one surface 3 of the plywood 1 laminated by crossing the fiber directions at right angles toward the other surface 4 is formed. The deepest part of the bending groove 5 is shaped in a V-cut groove 51 and formed in a lowest layer veneer 21 so that the lowest layer veneer is not divided. Further, a longitudinal direction of the V-cut groove 51 is made almost parallel to a fiber direction of the lowest layer veneer 21. The V-cut groove 21 is bent to manufacture the bent plywood core material.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when manufacturing, for example, an L-shaped bent plywood core material, as a first method, as shown in FIG. They are brought into contact with each other, and they are bonded to each other in an L-shape by using an adhesive or a tacker, and a folded decorative plate C made of a fiber sheet such as a decorative sheet or MDF is bonded to the surface thereof. As a second method, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the decorative sheet D is attached to the surface of the plywood A in advance, and the V-cut grooves E, E are formed on the back surface of the plywood A to separate the plywood A. Then, the plywood A is bent to close the V-cut groove portions E, E. At this time, since the V-cut groove portion of the decorative sheet D on the surface functions as a hinge, even if the V-cut grooves E, E are formed, the plywood A does not fall apart and the bending work is facilitated. .

However, in the first method described above, one flat plywood A is brought into contact with the other partial plywood B in an orthogonal state, and L and L are attached to each other using an adhesive or a tacker.
Since they are joined in a letter shape, the joining work requires a lot of trouble and a lot of time. In the second method, the V-cut groove E is formed after the decorative sheet D is attached to the plywood A in advance, so that the decorative sheet D is soiled or damaged during the formation of the V-cut groove E. was there.
The present invention provides a V-cut bending method for a plywood core material and a bent plywood core material manufactured by using the method, by which a bent plywood can be easily obtained without attaching a decorative sheet to the plywood in advance. The task is to do.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway perspective view showing a state in which a V-cut groove is formed on a plywood according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a partially enlarged sectional view of a V-cut groove portion of the plywood according to the first embodiment. is there. In the figure, reference numeral 1 is a plywood, which is usually a three-layer or five-layer wooden veneer 2 laminated with its fiber direction orthogonal to each other. The plywood 1
A bent groove 5 is formed on one surface 3 toward the other surface 4. The entire bent groove 5 in this embodiment is a V-cut groove 51. As shown in FIG. 2, the deepest part of the V-cut groove 51 reaches the lowermost layer veneer 21 of the plywood 1. The bottom layer veneer 21 is not divided. Further, the longitudinal direction of the V-cut groove 51 and the fiber direction of the lowermost layer veneer 21 are substantially parallel to each other. Figure 3
The bending groove 5 of the plywood 1 is bent to form the entire plywood 1 into an L shape, and the outer surface corner portion 53 of the other surface 4 of the plywood 1 is formed.
Taper, and then the other surface 4 of the plywood 1
It is the partial expanded sectional view which stuck the folding decorative board 7 which consists of fiber boards, such as MDF, on the side. Reference numeral 6 denotes a plywood core material that is bent before the folded decorative plate 7 is attached. A veneer or a decorative sheet may be attached to the surface of the folded decorative plate 7. Before the outer surface corner portion 53 of the other surface 4 of the plywood 1 is tapered, the plywood 1 that has already been bent, that is, the plywood core material 6, has the bending groove 5, that is, the V-cut groove 51 in the embodiment. Since it is fixed with an adhesive or the like, the plywood core material 6 can maintain the L-shaped shape even if the taper processing is performed.

FIG. 4 is a partially enlarged sectional view showing a state in which V-cut grooves having different shapes are formed on the plywood of the second embodiment according to the present invention, and FIG. It is a partial expanded sectional view when a decorative sheet is stuck on the surface. In the present application, the folded decorative plate 7 is used to include the decorative sheet. Bending groove 5 of the second embodiment
Has a V-cut groove 51 at its deepest part.
A non-V cut groove 52 is formed above the cut groove 51. When the bending groove 5 is bent, as shown in FIG.
The cut groove 51 and the non-V cut groove 52 are in close contact with each other, and a part of the one surface 3 of the plywood 1 is fitted into the non-V cut groove 52. The non-V cut groove 52
Therefore, the area of the bent groove 5 that comes into close contact with the bent groove 5 is increased, and the fixing strength of the bent groove 5 of the plywood core material 6 is increased. Also in this embodiment, the outer surface corner portion 53 of the other surface 4 is tapered. When forming the bent groove 5 in the embodiment, a groove having a concave cross section is provided on one surface 3 of the plywood 1 so as to substantially coincide with the fiber direction of the lowermost layer veneer 21, and further on one side of the bottom surface thereof. The V cut groove 51 is provided.

According to the V-cut bending method of a plywood core material described in claim 1, a plurality of veneers 2 are bonded to each other with their fiber directions orthogonal to each other from one surface 3 of the plywood 1 to the other surface 4. A bending groove 5 for bending the plywood 1 is formed, and the deepest part of the bending groove 5 is used as a V-cut groove 51 on the lowermost layer veneer 21 of the plywood 1 and the lowermost layer veneer 2.
1 is formed so as not to be divided, and the V-cut groove 51 is further formed.
Since the longitudinal direction and the fiber direction of the lowermost layer veneer 21 are made substantially parallel and the V cut groove 51 portion of the lowermost layer veneer 21 is bent to manufacture a bent plywood core material, In comparison with a method of forming a V-cut groove so that the lowermost veneer 21 is divided and then bending the plywood, the present invention is A decorative sheet or a folded decorative plate can be attached after the plywood 1 is bent, and a large number of folded plywood core materials can be mass-produced that can be commonly used for decorative sheets of various patterns and folded decorative plates. In addition, according to the present invention, since a decorative sheet or a folded decorative plate can be attached as necessary after manufacturing the bent plywood core material 6, there is an effect that the folded decorative plate 7 is not damaged or soiled.
