2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, kitchen waste discharged in a kitchen such as a kitchen of a general household cannot be discharged directly from a drainage outlet of a kitchen sink into the public sewer together with the kitchen drainage. A mesh basket was installed at the drainage port, and when the garbage was collected in this basket in an appropriate amount, it was drained, and then packed in a plastic bag or the like for disposal. However, in this method, when the kitchen waste or the like is discharged from the kitchen, in addition to the troublesomeness of being packed in a plastic bag or the like and the discomfort for a bad odor, a rotten odor or the like is generated because it is stored until the time of disposal. It was a major factor contributing to deterioration of living environment and poor hygiene.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION However, in the above-mentioned garbage treatment device, the garbage is separated into solid waste and sewage,
Sewage is purified by a sewage treatment device and discharged into sewage,
On the other hand, the solid waste is subjected to volume reduction processing such as drying and then discarded. In this case, each time the solid waste was disposed of, it took a lot of labor and time to dispose of it. Therefore, normally, the disposed waste was stored in a predetermined container in a predetermined amount. I was going to discard it at that time. However, the amount of waste stored in the container, etc. cannot be visually confirmed because it is stored in a state where it is generally shielded from the outside due to odor emission to the outside and hygiene. However, there is a problem that the waste is stored in a container in a full state or overflows from the container.

In the thirteenth aspect of the present invention, the amount of solid waste discharged to the drying treatment means is estimated by, for example, the number of times the crushing device is driven, and the waste after the drying treatment is based on this estimated value. The estimated amount is calculated, and the calculated value is compared with the set amount of waste to be discarded in advance. When the two values match, it is determined that the amount of waste to be discarded has been stored. Therefore, there is no need to provide a special means for measuring the amount of waste stored, so there is no need for a detection device such as a switch member that directly detects the amount of waste stored, which is economical and waste storage The amount was determined by estimating the amount of the solid waste after the drying process, so that when the amount of waste is stored by estimation,
To prevent the problem of waste overflowing from the waste storage tank by combining it with a device that does not drive the garbage processing device (crushing means) unless the waste is discharged from the waste storage tank. You can

According to the fourteenth aspect of the present invention, the estimated value of the amount of waste that can be disposed of by the drying treatment means and the amount of waste stored in the waste storage tank by the distance measuring sensor or the like. Is compared with the actually measured value, and if there is a difference of more than a predetermined set value between them, it is configured to detect this and judge as abnormal. In the unlikely event that waste (including waste) is discharged to the waste storage tank, the amount of waste stored will rise sharply. This is because there is no problem if the difference between the estimated value and the measured value is almost constant if the drying process is performed smoothly, but if there is an abnormal disparity where the measured value exceeds the estimated value, the waste Storage volume increased rapidly due to insufficient drying. In such a case, it is possible to judge that an abnormality has occurred in the garbage processing device and notify the same, and forcibly stop the device itself, thereby making it possible to favorably prevent generation of waste that is insufficiently dried thereafter. In addition, if the abnormal state can be clarified, the garbage processing device can be re-driven, and the abnormality can be easily determined by comparing the estimated value with the measured value of the waste without using a special member. Since it is possible to deal with the above problems, it is convenient to use the garbage disposal device smoothly and to perform good disposal of solid waste.

Next, the water-containing organic waste obtained by crushing the kitchen waste by the crushing means 2 is sent to the solid-liquid separation means 3 together with the kitchen wastewater, and is separated from the kitchen wastewater into the solid waste of the drying treatment means 4. It is discharged into the dryer 20. Dryer 20
The amount of the solid waste discharged into the inside is smaller than that before the garbage is crushed by the solid-liquid separation means 3 because the solid waste is more likely to contain water than before the garbage is crushed. Even if the kitchen waste water is separated, since the solid waste discharged to the dryer 20 is in a swollen state (increased water content) because it usually contains a large amount of water,
Inevitably, it will exceed the amount of garbage to be processed. Incidentally, the water content in the solid waste before the drying treatment was about 88 to 95% in the experimental example, though it depends on the type of kitchen waste.

As described above, the water-containing organic waste crushed by the crushing means 2 and sent to the solid-liquid separating means 3 together with the kitchen drainage is separated into solid waste and sewage by the filtering member 12, and solid waste is discharged. Is discharged to the drying treatment means 4 through the discharge part 15 and the communication pipe 16, and the sewage is discharged to the sewage treatment means 6 through the sewage drainage pipe 14. Then, although the solid waste that has been drained by the solid-liquid separating means 3 is discharged to the drying processing means 4, the solid waste contains water as described above.

Considering the drying function of the dryer 20 as described above, the amount of the solid waste stored in the dryer 20 of the drying processing means 4 is the amount of kitchen waste that is averagely processed by the crushing means 2 per day. Amounts slightly above the amount seem reasonable.
This has been clarified by an experiment, but as described above, since most of solid waste is occupied by water, an amount of solid waste commensurate with the volume of the dryer 20 is temporarily stored in the dryer 2.
Even if it is added to 0, the water content becomes excessive and the drying process cannot be performed smoothly.

In the drying treatment means 4,
As described above, the solid waste is dried so that the water content is 10% or less. After the drying treatment, the waste that can be discharged from the dryer 20 is a waste having a water content of 10% or less, that is, about the weight of the solid waste before the drying treatment. It is possible to produce 1/10 the weight of waste.

That is, the amount of kitchen waste to be treated in one day is solid-liquid separated from the water-containing organic waste treated by the crushing means 2 in three times, for example, and the separated solid waste is dried. Then, the dried waste is once stored in the waste storage tank 5. When the dried waste is discharged from the dryer 20, in the present embodiment, for example, a part of the waste is left inside the dryer 20 without discharging all the waste.

Since the waste material left in the dryer 20 has already been dried, it can be effectively used as a base material that functions as a moisture absorbent for the solid waste to be dried next time. The wastes that have been dried and discharged from the dryer 20 can be automatically and efficiently stored in the waste storage tank 5 using the discharge chute 31.

On the other hand, in the waste storage tank 5, as described above, the waste can be stored, including the volume of the waste, which can be carried by a housewife or the like at one time. You are using a stocker. When the storage amount of the waste reaches full, the waste storage tank 5 overflows from the waste storage tank 5 unless the waste is discarded from the storage tank 5. In order to prevent the waste storage tank 5 from overflowing, in the present invention, when the storage amount of the waste is stored in a preset amount (weight), the support member 24 is provided.
Is activated, the switch member 29 is turned on, and the waste storage tank 5
Is informed that it is full.

The above situation will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. In this case, the dry-processed waste stored in the waste storage tank 5 becomes full when the preset storage amount is reached, and an example of an actual experiment will be described on the assumption that the waste is discarded. Then, the waste storage tank 5 is mounted on the support member 24 in the housing 1A via the mounting portion 23 in an empty state with no waste. In this case, the support member 24
As shown in FIG. 3, the end portion on the back wall 1c side is the expansion / contraction means 28.
And is locked by the locking portion 25a of the mounting portion 25 by the elasticity of the expansion / contraction means 28 so as not to move upward from a predetermined position (horizontal position). Therefore, in the empty waste storage tank 5, the end portion of the support member 24 on the rear wall 1c side is slightly lowered by the self-gravity against the expansion / contraction means 28 with the fitting projection 26 as a fulcrum. It is mounted on the support member 24 in an inclined state.

After the waste storage tank 5 is set in the housing 1A, the garbage processing device 1 is driven. That is, the power switch provided on the operation panel (not shown) is turned on, and the LED (usable) of the display means 38 provided as the notification means 37 is turned on (see FIG. 8). In addition, the waste storage tank 5 is attached to the support member 2
When a coil spring is used, for example, when the coil spring is used, the expansion / contraction means 28 mounted via 4 gradually compresses and lowers the spring constant every time waste is stored in the waste storage tank 5. In the example, the projecting end 24a of the support member 24 at the time when the waste just before being full is stored (for example, when the amount of waste at the time of full is about 5 kg, about 4 kg is stored), the protruding end 24a of the support member 24 is Is set so that the switch member 29 can be turned on, as indicated by the two-dot chain line.

Therefore, the wastes obtained by treating the solid wastes from the dryer 20 are sequentially stored in the waste storage tank 5 by using the discharge chute 31, and the expanding / contracting means 28 is compressed as the storage amount thereof is gradually increased. When the projecting end 24a of the support member 24 located on the side of the expanding and contracting means 28 is lowered and the amount of waste stored reaches about 4 kg, the switch member 29 as the means for detecting the stored amount is turned on. The closing signal of the switch member 29 is output to the control means 51, and when the closing signal is input from the control means 51, a command signal is output to the notification means 37 to operate it. As a result, the notification means 3
The LED (disposal) of the display means 38 provided in 7 lights up, and it is displayed that the waste storage tank 5 is currently storing about 4 kg of waste that can be disposed.

As described above, the storage capacity of the waste storage tank 5 is configured so that the waste can be stored up to the full capacity. However, it is not necessary for the user to display the disposal at a point just before the waste is full. This is for urging the eyes to dispose of the waste, and if the waste storage tank 5 is informed when the waste storage tank 5 is fully filled, the waste overflows from the waste storage tank 5 by neglecting the disposal. This is to prevent scattering in the housing 1A.

When the notification means 37 notifies the disposal of the waste, the control means 51 outputs a signal for continuing the display of the disposal to keep the display of the display means 38 and at the same time the garbage disposal device 1 is operated. A drive sequence is incorporated that limits the number of uses.

That is, the control means 51 has the notification means 37.
After the time when is activated, for example, the number of operations of the crushing means 2 (the number of times the crushing means 2 is driven when the amount of garbage to be processed per time is set to 500 g) is set to, for example, about 10 to 15 times. As a result, after the notification command for discarding the waste is output by the notification means 37, the crushing means 2 is prevented from being driven more than necessary, and the waste is not overflowed into the waste storage tank 5 and is good. Can be stored in.

When the crushing means 2 is to be re-driven, when the waste storage tank 5 is pulled out from the housing 1A, the end of the support member 24 on the switch member 29 side is removed.
Since the pressing force on the expansion / contraction means 28 is released by taking out, the device returns to the original position as shown by the solid lines in FIGS.
The detection means including the switch member 29 is reset (the closed state of the switch member 29 is released). In this state,
After the waste is discarded, the waste storage tank 5 is housed in the housing 1A again, so that a drive sequence that enables the use of the crushing means 2 is incorporated in the control means 51 in advance. The device 1 can start the next garbage treatment. It is needless to say that the drive sequence incorporated in the control means 51 can arbitrarily change the setting conditions such as the number of times of use after the operation of the notification means 37 of the crushing means 2 if necessary.

As mentioned above, when the amount of waste stored in the waste storage tank 5 by the informing means 37 reaches a preset amount just before the full amount, this is informed and the user is informed. Although it is possible to drive the crushing means 2 a required number of times in the subsequent use as well as notifying the disposal time of the waste,
The present invention is configured so as to prevent restart unless the waste storage tank 5 is finally taken out of the housing 1A and the waste is disposed of. This is convenient because it becomes easier. Further, the discharge chute 31 constantly monitors the moisture contained in the waste discharged from the drying treatment means 4 by a moisture detecting means 31A.
When the water content (water content) of the waste is detected to be equal to or higher than a set value, the detection signal is sent to the control means 51. The control means 51 outputs a signal for forcibly stopping the driving of the garbage processing device 1 based on the detection signal to stop the garbage processing device 1 and, for example, the sound means 39 of the notification means 37 causes the garbage processing device 1 to malfunction. To inform the user. As a result, even if the insufficiently dried waste is discharged, since the moisture detecting means 31A constantly monitors it, it is possible to favorably prevent the insufficiently dried waste from being generated.

Moreover, since the control means 51 has a means for temporarily stopping the driving of the crushing means 2 before the waste storage tank 5 is filled with the waste material, the waste storage tank 5 is filled with the waste material. Since it is possible to easily avoid the situation where the waste overflows and is scattered in the housing 1A, and since it is not necessary to dispose of the waste that has overflowed, the user can notify the storage amount of the waste by the notification means 37. There is also an advantage that the garbage processing device 1 can be used hygienically and with peace of mind without having to worry about it until the notification.

Further, in the notification means 37, as already described with reference to FIG. 8, the indication of discarding is performed by turning on the LED, and the sound means (buzzer or synthesis) utilizing the sound effect including voice and the like. As described above, in the present invention, the water-containing organic waste obtained by crushing kitchen waste by the crushing means 2 such as a disposer is allowed to flow into the solid-liquid separating means 3 and the solid-liquid separating means 3 is provided with the filtering means. The member 12 separates the solid waste into sewage and the solid waste separated from the sewage is dried by the dryer 2 of the drying treatment means 4 via the communication pipe 16.
It is discharged into the waste container 0 and is dried in the dryer 20 while being agitated to generate a dry waste, which is automatically discharged into the waste storage tank 5 without manual labor.

By returning the residue and the like onto the hydrated organic waste together with the sewage, the sewage permeates into the hydrated organic waste, permeates the filtering member 12, passes through the sewage receiving portion 13 and then the sewage drainage pipe 14 again. It is discharged to the sewage treatment means 6. on the other hand,
When the wastewater permeates the water-containing organic waste, the residue mixed in the wastewater adheres to the surface of the water-containing organic waste. Therefore, it is possible to favorably prevent the residue and the like returned together with the sewage from permeating the filtering member 12 again and being discharged to the sewage treatment means 6.

That is, each of the detecting means 29, 40, 41,
In addition to 42, for example, the control means 51 is provided with the drying processing means 4
Estimating means for estimating the amount of solid waste discharged in advance and estimating the amount of solid waste to be processed by the drying treatment means 4 once on the basis of the value, and the estimating operation means Means for calculating the amount of waste material after the drying treatment based on the value calculated by (in this case also, the amount of waste material subjected to the drying treatment by the drying treatment means 4 is measured, and calculation is performed on the basis of the measured value) Therefore, the amount of waste after the drying process per time is about 1/10 of the amount (weight) of the solid waste discharged to the drying process means 4 before the drying process. Calculate the amount of waste after the drying process based on the numerical value), the numerical value that estimated the amount of the waste after the drying process, and the measured value set by measuring the amount of waste stored in advance And a program for executing a comparison means for comparing When the estimated value of the waste amount of the waste and the measured value of the actual waste amount match, the control unit 51 causes the notification unit 37 to notify the waste unit of the waste amount. You may make it comprise the detection means which detects the storage amount, and this detection means may grasp | ascertain the storage amount of a waste, without using the objective detection means, such as the switch member 29. In this detecting means as well, the point of controlling the drive of the rear garbage disposal device 1 when the notifying means 37 is activated is similar to the case of using the detecting means composed of the switch member 29 and so the description thereof is omitted.

That is, in this case, the estimated value of the amount of waste after the drying process is compared with the actual measured value of the amount of waste actually stored in the waste storage tank 5, and the estimated value is obtained. If the difference from the actual measured value deviates from the preset value, it is judged as abnormal. In this case, the waste is dried due to a failure of the dryer 20, etc. When discharged to the storage tank 5, the actual measurement value rises sharply, and the difference from the estimated calculation value becomes clear. In this case, it is always determined that the garbage processing device 1 has operated due to an abnormal operation, the notifying means 37 notifies the user of the failure, and the user is informed of the failure, and the driving of the garbage processing device 1 is forcibly stopped and checked. And so on. Thereby, the abnormality of the garbage processing device 1 can be grasped in advance, and the generation of waste that is insufficiently dried can be favorably avoided.

Further, the control means 51 includes means for detecting the number of times the crushing means 2 has been driven, and limiting the operation of the crushing means 2 after the crushing means 2 has been operated a predetermined number of times. A limiting means for limiting the number of times to 3 to 5 is set in a program, and when the limiting means exceeds the limit number of times, the notifying means 37 gives a notification to the means for detecting the amount of waste stored. The crushing means 2 is used for the purpose of using this detecting means.
It is possible to grasp the estimated amount of waste per day in advance (it is an estimated value), and based on this, the estimated storage amount of the waste can be easily grasped by the number of times the crushing means 2 is driven. It is very economical because the waste amount of waste can be known without using a special storage amount detecting means for detecting the amount of waste stored in .

According to the thirteenth aspect of the present invention, the amount of solid waste discharged to the drying treatment means is estimated by, for example, the number of times of driving of the crushing means for treating garbage, and the drying is performed based on this estimated value. Estimate the amount of waste after processing, compare this calculated value with the set value of the amount of waste to be discarded in advance, and when both values match, notify the waste disposal time As a result, it is not necessary to provide a special means for measuring the amount of waste stored in the waste storage tank, and this eliminates the need for detection means such as a switch member that directly detects the amount of waste stored. Target. Moreover, when a predetermined amount of waste is stored, it is said that the waste overflows from the waste storage tank by combining with a blocking means that does not drive the garbage processing device unless the waste is discharged from the storage tank. The problem can be reliably stopped.

According to the fourteenth aspect of the present invention, a value calculated by estimating the amount of waste that can be disposed of by the drying treatment means and the amount of waste stored in the waste storage tank Is compared with the measured value calculated by actually measuring
If there is a difference between the two values that is greater than or equal to a predetermined set value, this is detected and it is judged as abnormal. As a result, for example, insufficient drying (waste containing water) Should it be discharged to the waste storage tank, the amount of waste stored will rise rapidly. This means that if the drying process is performed smoothly, there is not much difference between the estimated value and the actual measured value, but if the actual measured value is abnormally different from the estimated value, the waste remains incompletely dried. It is caused by being discharged to the waste storage tank.In this case, an alarm means is informed that an abnormality has occurred in the garbage processing device, and the device itself is forcibly stopped, resulting in insufficient drying. Goods can be prevented from being generated later.
In this case, if the abnormal state can be elucidated, the garbage processing device can be re-driven, and the judgment of the abnormality can be dealt with without using a special member, so that the garbage processing device can be smoothly used and solid waste can be collected. A reliable disposal process can be executed.

According to the fifteenth aspect of the present invention, the number of times of driving the crushing means is known in advance, and after the driving is performed a predetermined number of times, the crushing means is driven for the remaining number of times of driving, whereby the waste storage tank is driven. It is possible to store a predetermined amount of waste at all times, and as a result, the waste can be stored smoothly without overflow until the time of its disposal, and when a predetermined amount is stored, it is discarded. By not driving the garbage processing device again unless the waste is discharged from the waste storage tank, it is possible to favorably prevent unnecessary storage of waste in the waste storage tank.
