2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when a pressure receiving plate is pressed against an inclined surface by using an anchor or the like to be fixed, if the inclined surface contacting the pressure receiving plate has unevenness, a uniform stress does not act on the pressure receiving plate, which is sufficient. Since the effect cannot be exhibited, when there is such unevenness, the pressure receiving plate is attached after the work of placing the mortar on the slope to make it flat.

As a method of solving such a problem, for example, a sponge is arranged between the pressure receiving plate and the slope, and a filler, for example, cement milk is permeated into the sponge to be solidified, and the pressure receiving plate is closely attached to the slope. It has been proposed to let. However, in this case, when the filler is infiltrated into the sponge, the filler easily flows in the lower direction by its own weight,
Since the filler cannot evenly permeate the entire sponge and be retained, there is a problem that the pressure receiving plate and the slope are not sufficiently adhered to each other. There is also a problem that the neighborhood becomes dirty.

In the present invention, backfilling means, in addition to the case where the backfilling member is arranged over the entire lower surface of the pressure receiving plate,
Including those that are partially arranged. INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can be applied to pressure-receiving plates of various shapes such as cruciforms and polygons that have already been proposed, and of various materials such as PS concrete and steel. The packaging bag may be an integral body having a contour shape conforming to the bottom surface shape of the pressure receiving plate, or a plurality of packaging bags arranged so as to be subordinate to the bottom surface shape of the pressure receiving plate. . Further, in the present invention, the filler means a fluid, such as cement milk or resin, which is capable of infiltrating into the slits, small holes and the like and solidifying with time.

When the back-filling member configured as described above is disposed between the pressure receiving plate and the slope and is compressed by the pressure receiving plate, the back-filling member is deformed to fit the unevenness of the slope. When the filling material is injected into the backfilling member in this state, the packaging material is a material that substantially only allows air to permeate, so the filling material hardly exudes to the outside of the backfilling member and is compressed and deformed. It penetrates evenly into the whole of the possible substance and solidifies in that state. Therefore, the pressure receiving plate comes into close contact with the above-mentioned slope through the solidified filler. Further, since the filler hardly leaks from the packaging bag, the vicinity of the work site is not polluted and the amount of the filler can be minimized. Further, since such a backfilling member can be constructed simply by storing the porous substance in the packaging bag, there is an advantage that it can be made simple and inexpensive.

The invention according to claim 3 is characterized in that the porous substance comprises a plurality of porous fragments. With such a configuration, the work of storing the porous substance in the packaging bag is facilitated, and the porous substance that has been scrapped in various fields can be reused as fragments, and further, it can be used in any shape. Since the porous pieces can be used, the backfilling member can be manufactured at low cost.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the packaging bag is formed of a non-woven fabric. With this configuration, when the filling material is injected into the packaging bag, the air in the packaging bag is pushed out due to the air permeability of the nonwoven fabric, but the exudation of the filling material is prevented.

According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, when the pressure receiving plate is pressed against and fixed to the slope in order to stabilize the slope, the degree of adhesion between the slope and the pressure receiving plate is increased. In a backfilling method in which a backfilling member is inserted, between the pressure receiving plate and the inclined surface, a material that is substantially air permeable and contains a compressible deformable substance capable of impregnating and holding a filler. A deformable backfilling member in the form of a packaging bag made of plastic, a step of compressing the backfilling member with a pressure receiving plate, and deforming the backfilling member according to the unevenness of the slope, And a step of injecting a filler into the inside of the working member. When carrying out this method, as a method of pressing the pressure receiving plate against the slope to fix it, a conventionally known method, for example, a method of fixing using an anchor can be used.

1 to 5 are views for explaining the main part of one embodiment of the backfilling method according to the present invention. In this embodiment, the pressure receiving plate is pressed against and fixed to the slope to stabilize the slope. First, as shown in FIG. 1, the anchor 2 is attached to the natural ground by a known method. Next, at a predetermined position on the slope 1 of the natural ground, the back-filling member 3 having a shape conforming to the back surface shape of the pressure receiving plate 4 or a shape conforming to the back surface shape is installed, and the pressure receiving plate 4 is mounted thereon. Put. Alternatively, the back-filling member 3 may be attached to the bottom surface of the pressure receiving plate 4 in advance, and the pressure receiving plate may be arranged at a predetermined position on the slope. Next, the tip end of the anchor 2 is passed through the through hole 3a of the pressure receiving plate 4 to be coupled to a known anchor head unit 5, and this anchor head unit is operated to press the backfilling member 3 against the slope 1.

The backfilling member 3 arranged as described above is
Between the pressure receiving plate 4 and the slope 1, it is deformed to fit the unevenness of the slope 1. A filling material, for example, cement milk 13, is filled in the packaging bag 11 of the backfilling member 3 in such a state. The filling material 13 permeates the porous material 12 in the packaging bag 11 and is retained therein. In addition, when filling the filling material 13, for example, it is injected from arbitrary plural points of the packaging bag 11 through the injection nozzle. This injection may be performed by inserting the injection nozzle into an appropriate portion of the packaging bag and then through the injection nozzle thus inserted.

When the backfilling member 3 is filled with the cement milk 13, the action of the packaging bag 11 causes the cement milk 13 to fill.
Are permeated and retained in the entire porous substance 12,
Exudation to the outside is prevented. The cement milk is evenly absorbed and held by the porous substance 12 in the packaging bag 11 below the pressure receiving plate, and since the packaging bag is deformed into a shape following the unevenness of the slope, after the cement milk solidifies. The bottom surface of the pressure receiving plate and the inclined surface are completely in contact with each other via the backfilling member 3. Since the cement milk does not leak to the surroundings, the vicinity of the work site is not polluted and the waste of the cement milk 13 can be prevented.

It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and many modifications and variations are possible. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the pressure receiving plate having a cross shape is used, but the present invention can be effectively applied to the case where another pressure receiving plate is used. Further, the back-filling member is not limited to the integral shape similar to the pressure receiving plate, but may be divided into a plurality of parts. For example,
When a cross-shaped pressure receiving plate is used as in the above-described embodiment, four bag-filling backfilling members may be installed corresponding to the four sides of the cross. Further, the present invention can be effectively applied not only to the stabilization of the slope described above but also to the reinforcement of the retaining wall.

Further, according to the backfilling method according to the present invention, between the pressure receiving plate surface and the inclined surface, a breathable material containing a compressible and deformable substance capable of impregnating and holding a filler, for example, a porous substance is contained. A bag-shaped deformable backfilling member having a filling material, for example cement milk, is filled in the backfilling member, and the filling material is solidified to adhere the pressure receiving plate to the slope. Therefore, the pressure receiving plate and the slope can be easily and reliably brought into close contact with each other, and the required minimum amount of cement milk can be used for work without contaminating the vicinity of the work site.
