液や出血が増悪して視野が保てず、処置・治療を続行で
きない場合にしばしば遭遇する。特に、出血性病変の止
血処置の場合、従来の透明フードではキャップ部の中に
出血した血液が貯留し却って視野を増悪させる場合があ
る。このような場合、これまでは病変部の洗浄と処置・
治療の続行のために、ひとつの内視鏡の鉗子孔で何度も
処置・治療器具を抜き差しして、洗浄と処置・治療を交
互にしていた。そこで、本発明は病変との距離を保つこ
とでのみ視野を確保していた透明キャップ自体に洗浄行
為を可能にする機能を付加し、付加された洗浄機能は内
視鏡の鉗子孔を使用せずに洗浄を可能にすることで、こ
の抜き差しをなくし、処置・治療行為と洗浄行為を同時
に出来るようにすることを課題とする。

して常に洗浄可能となり、内視鏡本体の鉗子孔は処置・
治療器具専用となり、処置・治療行為と洗浄行為を同時
に出来る。
