［１］（Ａ）オレフィン系樹脂、（Ｂ）不飽和基含有アクリルゴム、および（Ｄ）無機充填剤を含有する混合物を、（Ｅ）架橋剤の存在下で動的に熱処理して得られる熱可塑性エラストマー組成物であって、（Ｂ）成分が（Ｂ１）アクリル酸アルキルエステルおよび／またはアクリル酸アルコキシアルキルエステル単量体由来の構成単位５５〜９４．９９重量％、（Ｂ２）炭素−炭素二重結合を側鎖に有する単量体由来の構成単位０．０１〜２０重量％、（Ｂ３）不飽和アクリロニトリル単量体由来の構成単位５〜３０重量％、及び（Ｂ４）これらと共重合可能な単量体由来の構成単位０〜３０重量％（但し、（Ｂ１）＋（Ｂ２）＋（Ｂ３）＋（Ｂ４）＝１００重量％）からなることを特徴とする熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
［２］上記（Ａ）成分と上記（Ｂ）成分の合計量１００重量％中、上記（Ａ）成分の割合が１０〜７０重量％、上記（Ｂ）成分の割合が９０〜３０重量％であり、かつ、上記（Ｄ）無機充填剤の添加量が、上記（Ａ）成分と上記（Ｂ）成分の合計量１００重量部に対して０．１〜５０重量部であることを特徴とする上記［１］に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
［３］上記（Ａ）オレフィン系樹脂がプロピレン樹脂であることを特徴とする上記［１］または［２］に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
［４］上記（Ｄ）無機充填剤がシリカであることを特徴とする上記［１］〜［３］のいずれかに記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
［５］さらに（Ｃ）相溶化剤を含有してなる上記［１］〜［４］のいずれかに記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
［６］上記（Ｃ）相溶化剤が、エチレン−アクリル酸エステル共重合体、官能基含有ポリオレフィンおよびポリオレフィン−グリコール（メタ）アクリレートからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも１種であることを特徴とする上記［５］に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
［７］さらに分子量が４００〜１０００である（Ｆ）可塑剤を含有してなる上記［１］〜［６］のいずれかに記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
［８］上記（Ｆ）可塑剤が、エーテル系可塑剤、エーテルエステル系可塑剤およびトリメリット酸系可塑剤からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも１種であることを特徴とする上記［７］に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
［９］さらに（Ｇ）伸展油を含有してなる上記［１］〜［８］のいずれかに記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
［１０］さらに（Ｈ）芳香族オリゴマーを含有してなる上記［１］〜［９］のいずれかに記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
［１１］上記［１］〜［１０］のいずれかに記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物を用いた成形品。
［１２］ホースであることを特徴とする上記［１１］に記載の成形品。[0005]
