すなわち、本発明は、下記の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物とそれを用いた成形品が提供される。
[1](A)オレフィン系樹脂、(B)不飽和基含有アクリルゴム、および(D)無機充填剤を含有する混合物を、(E)架橋剤の存在下で動的に熱処理して得られる熱可塑性エラストマー組成物であって、(B)成分が(B1)アクリル酸アルキルエステルおよび/またはアクリル酸アルコキシアルキルエステル単量体由来の構成単位55〜94.99重量%、(B2)炭素−炭素二重結合を側鎖に有する単量体由来の構成単位0.01〜20重量%、(B3)不飽和アクリロニトリル単量体由来の構成単位5〜30重量%、及び(B4)これらと共重合可能な単量体由来の構成単位0〜30重量%(但し、(B1)+(B2)+(B3)+(B4)=100重量%)からなることを特徴とする熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
[2]上記(A)成分と上記(B)成分の合計量100重量%中、上記(A)成分の割合が10〜70重量%、上記(B)成分の割合が90〜30重量%であり、かつ、上記(D)無機充填剤の添加量が、上記(A)成分と上記(B)成分の合計量100重量部に対して0.1〜50重量部であることを特徴とする上記[1]に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
[3]上記(A)オレフィン系樹脂がプロピレン樹脂であることを特徴とする上記[1]または[2]に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
[4]上記(D)無機充填剤がシリカであることを特徴とする上記[1]〜[3]のいずれかに記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
[5]さらに(C)相溶化剤を含有してなる上記[1]〜[4]のいずれかに記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
[6]上記(C)相溶化剤が、エチレン−アクリル酸エステル共重合体、官能基含有ポリオレフィンおよびポリオレフィン−グリコール(メタ)アクリレートからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする上記[5]に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
[7]さらに分子量が400〜1000である(F)可塑剤を含有してなる上記[1]〜[6]のいずれかに記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
[8]上記(F)可塑剤が、エーテル系可塑剤、エーテルエステル系可塑剤およびトリメリット酸系可塑剤からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする上記[7]に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
[9]さらに(G)伸展油を含有してなる上記[1]〜[8]のいずれかに記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
[10]さらに(H)芳香族オリゴマーを含有してなる上記[1]〜[9]のいずれかに記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
[11]上記[1]〜[10]のいずれかに記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物を用いた成形品。
[12]ホースであることを特徴とする上記[11]に記載の成形品。[0005]
