2. Description of the Related Art Decorative sheets have been widely used for the purpose of decorating the surface of products such as injection molded products. As such a decorative sheet, for example, as described in Japanese Patent No. 3017107, the surface of the acrylic resin composed of a homo- or copolymer of acrylic ester or methacrylic ester having a dynamic friction coefficient of 0.2 to 0.9. It is known that a pattern ink layer formed by adding a pigment to a binder resin mixture of an acrylic resin and a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer is directly formed on the back surface of a base sheet by printing.

However, the above-mentioned decorative sheet has a problem that when a pattern ink layer is formed on a surface base material sheet made of an acrylic resin at the time of its production, the printed pattern is streaked or swims. However, there is a problem in that it may occur, resulting in defective printing. This is because the acrylic resin sheet has poor surface wettability, which makes it difficult for the printing ink in the pattern ink layer to ride.

The surface base sheet 2 has a transparent acrylic resin, a hydrocarbon-based lubricant, and a hydrocarbon-based lubricant in order to impart good scratch resistance.
It is preferable to add a lubricant such as a fatty acid lubricant. However,
If too much lubricant is added, the sheet will slip in the mold during simultaneous injection molding and decoration, and wrinkles, distortions, and the like will easily occur. Therefore, it is preferable to add the lubricant so that the dynamic friction coefficient of the surface of the surface base material sheet becomes 0.2 to 0.9. For example, the amount added is 0.1 to 0.5 mass%.

The backside base sheet 6 may have a multi-layer structure such as two layers. For example, in the case of a two-layer structure, the two layers may be directly laminated by heat fusion, but may be laminated with an adhesive layer between the layers. In this case, for the adhesive layer, the two-component curing type urethane resin used for the adhesive layer 5 can be used. Also, in order to have a multilayer structure such as two layers without interposing an adhesive layer between layers,
For example, it may be laminated at the same time as film formation by a co-extrusion method using a T die. In addition, for laminating via the adhesive layer, for example, it may be laminated by a dry lamination method.

The injection-molding simultaneous decorating method may be a form in which the decorating sheet 1 is preformed, a form in which it is not preformed, a form in which the decorating sheet 1 is preheated, or a form in which it is not preheated. The decorative sheet 1 is usually preheated during preforming. When the decorative sheet has a large drawing, it is preferable to perform preforming. On the other hand, when the decorative sheet has a small drawing (shallow), the decorative sheet may be molded by resin pressure of the resin in a fluid state filled in the mold at the same time as resin injection without preforming. When the decorative sheet is molded with this resin pressure, the heat of the injection resin can be used without preheating the sheet.

The method shown in FIGS. 3A to 3C is a method of performing preforming (offline preforming) using a vacuum forming die other than the forming die. Alternatively, the method may be used in combination. The form in which the injection molding die is also used as the vacuum molding die as the preforming is preferable because it is efficient and the decorative sheet can be accurately laminated on the formed body, but the offline preforming is preformed. It is preferable when the decorative sheets are collectively manufactured in advance at another place. In the present invention, vacuum forming also includes vacuum pressure forming.

As described above, the present invention provides a transparent resin layer made of a mixture of an acrylic resin containing no coloring agent and a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer on the back surface of a surface base sheet made of a transparent acrylic resin. , And a pattern ink layer composed of an acrylic resin, a binder resin of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, and a colorant, which are laminated in this order, so that the transparent resin layer with good wettability can be transparent. Since it is possible to print the pattern ink layer using an ink consisting of the same acrylic resin as the resin layer and a binder resin of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, it is necessary to draw lines or swim when printing the pattern ink layer. It is possible to form a good pattern ink layer without causing such problems.
