【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】加工室内に水平に設けたスチールコンベア
上の適所に、コンベアの進行方向と直交する回転軸と、
この回転軸まわりに設けたほぐし部材とを備えるほぐし
装置を備え、このほぐし装置のコンベア進行方向手前側
におけるコンベア上方に、コンベアの進行方向と直交す
る回転軸と、この回転軸から外周方向へ回転軸の軸線方
向と平行をなす合成樹脂製のパドル板を複数枚有するパ
ドル型攪拌装置を設け、前記コンベアにて加工室内を搬
送される粒状食品が前記パドル型攪拌装置にて最下層ま
で攪拌されてから前記ほぐし装置にてほぐされる粒状食
品の加工装置。
