Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a tea substitute containing various natural herbal ingredients. [0002] Tea substitutes are generally drunk instead of green tea and bancha, such as hub tea in which hub grass seeds are roasted and buckwheat tea in which buckwheat seeds are roasted. There are things that can be drunk with the expectation of herbal medicinal effects for maintaining and restoring the health, such as those that are made by drying the dokudami grass and the powdered Kumasa bamboo leaves. [0003] The former hub tea and buckwheat tea have relatively little taste and aroma, so it is relatively easy for anyone to drink. Has been done. [0004] On the other hand, the latter dokudamicha and kumasasacha are
It is said that if a single product is taken for a long period of time, only a specific medicinal ingredient is ingested in the body in a biased manner, which may adversely affect health due to side effects of the medicinal ingredient. [0005] By the way, there are various tea substitutes which are natural teas containing natural herbal ingredients which are said to have an effect of lowering blood sugar and blood pressure by taking advantage of the recent health boom. Although it is sold, its actual efficacy is uncertain, and commercial products have a strong habit of taste and aroma, making it difficult to drink and devising and taking measures to eliminate the risk of side effects. Many are not. Accordingly, the present invention is particularly effective in lowering blood sugar levels, and has no danger of side effects even if taken for a long period of time. It is a technical task to provide articles at relatively low prices. [0007] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the applicant and the inventor of the present invention have obtained funding support from Yamaguchi Prefecture and the research cooperation of the Faculty of Life Sciences of Yamaguchi Prefectural University, Various samples were prepared by mixing natural herbal ingredients that are said to have the effect of reducing the value in various ratios, and each taste and aroma was confirmed by a tasting test, and each effect and effect was confirmed by clinical examination. As a result of repeated experiments and studies to confirm, the present invention has been completed. [0008] In other words, the present invention provides at least 13 items of persimmon leaves, dokudami, kuma bamboo grass, mulberry leaves, mulberry leaves, ciju, amacha zuru, banaba, gymnema, urajiro shigashi, rafu hemp, gabaron and sweet tea. , And these 13 items are components that have been shown to be effective for diabetes. [0009] Of these 13 items, sweet tea is formulated to reduce the astringency and bitterness arising from other items and to improve the whole drinking mouth. At the same time, it has a strong sweetness equivalent to about 1,000 times that of sugar, so adding too much not only increases the product cost, but also causes sweetness and conversely worsens the mouth, so the present invention The mixing ratio of sweet tea is selected to be 2% by weight or less, which does not impair the taste. [0012] Twelve items other than sweet tea are mainly blended to obtain the effect of lowering blood sugar level. However, if the amount of the specific item is extremely increased, side effects may occur due to bias of the specific component. is there. Also, 12
The most effective product among the products is GABARON, which is made by picking green tea leaves and generating an enzyme called GABA, and steaming and roughly rubbing it. Yes, sufficient effects can be obtained even with a relatively small amount, so it is desirable to keep the compounding amount to the minimum necessary in consideration of the product price. The six items, persimmon leaves, dokudami, kumasasa, mulberry leaves, mulberry leaves, and calcium, are generally domestically produced, are stable in purchase price and quality, and do not emit a strong smell. On the other hand, the five items Amagazuru, Banaba, Gymnema, Urashi-garashi and Rafu-ma are excellent in the effect of lowering blood sugar levels, but these are from Southeast Asia, China, the Philippines, India, etc. Imported foreign products occupy a large proportion, and there are differences in taste and aroma depending on the place of origin, and some produce a habit that has a habit of damaging the mouth, fluctuations in exchange rates and weather conditions in the place of production Since the purchase price may fluctuate greatly due to factors such as the above, in order to stabilize product prices and product quality and alleviate habitual and stinking odors, the compounding amount of these 5 items should be changed as a whole to the compounding amount of the above 6 items. Desirably less. Based on the above viewpoints, the present invention provides:
In order to keep product prices as low as possible, the compounding ratio of expensive GABARON, which produces outstanding effects even in small quantities, is 3
-10% by weight. And in order to stabilize product prices and product quality, and to reduce habitual and stinking odors, perishable persimmon leaves that stabilize purchase prices and quality and do not emit stinking odors,
The mixing ratio of all six items of dokudami, kumasasa, mulberry leaves, mulberry leaves, and calcium was selected to be 50 to 65% by weight, and the purchase price fluctuated and many of them produced a stinking smell. Banaba, Gymnema In addition, the mixing ratio of the whole 5 items of Ura-goshi and Rafu-ma is selected to be 30 to 40% by weight, and the mixing ratio of each of the above 6 items is adjusted in order to prevent side effects due to bias of specific medicinal ingredients. 7 to 11% by weight, and the blending ratio of each of the five items is selected to be 5 to 8% by weight so that the blending amount of the specific item is not excessively increased. The embodiments of the present invention will be described below. First, 13 items of persimmon leaves, dokudami, kumasasa, mulberry leaves, mulberry leaves, ciju, amachazuru, banaba, gymnema, urajirogashi, lufu hemp, gabaron and sweet tea are mixed together in a dry state. Shred each into flakes to make it easier. [0014] For the six items of persimmon leaves, dokudami, kumasasa, mulberry leaves, mulberry leaves, and calcium, the mixing ratio of each is selected to be 7 to 11% by weight, and the mixing ratio of all the six items is set to 50. 6565% by weight, and for 5 items of Amachazuru, Banaba, Gymnema, Urashiroshi and Rafu-ma, the mixing ratio is selected to 5-8% by weight and the 5 items 30-40 total compounding ratio
% By weight, and the mixing ratio of Gabalon is 3-1.
Select 0% by weight and the mixing ratio of sweet tea to 2% or less, and uniformly mix these 13 items with a mixer. [0015] The thus prepared mixture of 13 items is hermetically packaged in a predetermined unit amount suitable for sale, and is commercialized as a tea substitute. When the tea substitute is to be drunk, it is picked into a teapot (about 3 to 5 g) and poured into boiling water to extract the components of each item. Also, when boiling and drinking in a kettle, etc., about 5 to 10 g per liter of boiling water
And boil for about 5 minutes. It should be noted that when the extracted or boiled food is tasted, the scent of a medicinal herb without drifting is drifted, and no astringency or bitterness is felt. Next, an embodiment of the present invention which is considered to be optimal in consideration of the price, taste and aroma of the product, effective effects, prevention of side effects, and the like will be described. The mixing ratio of each of the six items of persimmon leaves, dokudami, kumasasa, mulberry leaves, kuko leaves and calcium is about 10%.
Weight percent and the blending ratio of the six items as a whole is selected to be about 60% by weight, and the blending ratio of each of the five items of Amachazuru, Banaba, Gymnema, Urajirogashi and Rafushima is reduced to about 60% by weight. 7% by weight, and the mixing ratio of all five items is selected to be about 35% by weight. Then, the compounding ratio of Gabalon is selected to be about 4% by weight and the compounding ratio of sweet tea is selected to be about 1% by weight, and the total amount is commercialized using only these 13 items. [0019] This product has a relatively small amount of the particularly expensive sweet tea and gabalone in the 13 items.
The product price can be kept low. In addition, when the blending ratio of sweet tea is 2% by weight, the product is somewhat sweet, but when it is 1% by weight or less, the sweetness is suppressed to an extent that the sweetness is slightly felt, and the drinking mouth is further improved. Get better. The effect of lowering the blood sugar level is obtained not by a single item or by a small number of items but by multiple items of 13 items, and even if the compounding ratio is the largest among the 13 items, 10% by weight is obtained. Therefore, there is no possibility that side effects due to a bias of a specific medicinal component will occur even if drinking for a long time is continued. [0021] In addition, the mixing ratio of persimmon leaves, dokudami, kumasasa, mulberry leaves, mulberry leaves, and calcium, which are stable in purchase price and quality and do not emit a strong smell, account for about 60% by weight of the whole. The price of the product is stable, the product quality is kept constant, the habit of the habit from other products is reduced, and the drinking mouth is very good. As described above, when the product is commercialized with only 13 items having a medicinal effect against diabetes, and at the same time the mouth is improved by devising the mixing ratio of the 13 items, the mouth is simply improved separately. It is not necessary to add only hub tea, barley barley, beach tea, etc., so that the effect of lowering the blood sugar level is high. In fact, a clinical test performed by the Faculty of Life Sciences of Yamaguchi Prefectural University (Professor Yuji Nagasaka) has proved the effectiveness of the method. This clinical test was conducted for residents of Aswan Sanso, a facility for the elderly in Futamase-ku, Ube City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. Among the residents, six elderly patients diagnosed with diabetes by a doctor were examined. And boil the product three times a day (after each meal), about 180-200 c
c for 4 weeks, as shown in Table 1, 6
In both cases, the results showed that the blood glucose level measured after the administration was lower than the blood glucose level before the administration, and that the higher the blood glucose level, the more the blood glucose level decreased. [Table 1] Although the most preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises only the above-mentioned 13 items having an effect of lowering blood glucose level, the present invention is not necessarily limited to this, and the present invention is not limited thereto. Hub tea, beach tea, barley and the like may be added to the item. According to the present invention, a specific medicinal effect can be obtained by blending multiple natural herbal ingredients, which are said to be effective in lowering blood sugar levels, and devising the blending ratio. There is no risk of side effects due to the bias of components,
In addition, there is a very excellent effect that a tea substitute that is easy to drink for anyone without strong habits in taste and aroma can be provided at a relatively low price.
