As described above, in the conventional packaging container, since the lid body is merely formed in the substantially hollow truncated pyramid shape, the pressing force is not properly transmitted from the upper side to the lower side of the lid body. However, there is a problem in that the lid cannot be smoothly and easily fitted to the tray. To solve this problem, a method of pressing the lid on the tray a little more strongly may be considered, but if this is done, the lid made of a thin synthetic resin sheet may be crushed and deformed, and it may not return to its original form. There are many. Such adverse effects, for example, when storing high-class Japanese confectionery, the aesthetic balance, the high-class feeling, and the cleanliness of the high-class Japanese confectionery and the packaging container are destroyed, and as a result,
It cannot be left unattended, as the promotional function will be significantly reduced.

Here, in the partition body in the claims, the inner space of the tray is mainly divided into two or three, but the partition space is not limited to this, and may be, for example, 4, 5, and 6. It may be divided into individual pieces. The bent wall may be formed at least in the vertical direction of the short inclined peripheral wall of the lid body, or may be formed in the vertical direction of all the inclined peripheral walls of the lid body including the long inclined peripheral wall. In addition, the pattern can be freely formed as long as it does not impair the aesthetic balance, the sense of quality, and the cleanliness suitable for small articles, and is not particularly limited. Further, the packaging container is mainly used for packaging a plurality of foods, specifically, Japanese confectionery and Western confectionery, but is not limited to this, and is a small item such as miscellaneous goods, stationery, toys, and medicines. It can also be used for packaging such as.

According to the present invention, when packaging small articles, a plurality of small articles may be mounted on the bottom surface of the tray and the opening of the tray may be covered with the lid from above. At this time, the bent wall bent inward of the lid exerts a spring function to appropriately apply pressure to the lid from the upper side to the lower side. Further, since the bent curved wall exerts a restoring function, even if the lid made of a thin synthetic resin sheet is slightly strongly covered, the partially deformed lid restores its original form.

The lid 20 is a thin synthetic resin sheet which is particularly easy to recycle and is transparent and does not generate harmful substances such as dioxins. Specifically, it is made of A-PET, PPF sheet, PET sheet, PVC sheet. It is vacuum (compressed) molded with a sheet and a PP sheet. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 to 6, the lid body 20 which is excellent in flexibility and elasticity is formed into a hollow, substantially truncated pyramid trapezoidal shape having four corners vertically long, and has an open bottom surface. It is wide and has a narrow ceiling, and is transparent so that you can grasp the condition of Japanese sweets. The lid 20 has a thick ceiling,
The entire inclined peripheral wall is thinly formed, and the inner surface is subjected to a boarding process so as not to be fogged. In the lower circumferential direction of the entire inclined peripheral wall, the retaining holes 22 fitted and locked to the retaining stoppers 10 have predetermined intervals. And are arranged integrally.

In the above structure, when packaging Japanese sweets, a plurality of Japanese sweets may be mounted and supported side by side on the bottom surface of the tray 1, and the lid 20 may be pushed into the opening of the tray 1 from above to be tightly fitted. At this time, the lid body 20 is smoothly slid and guided without hitting the first inclined side 11 of the retaining stopper 10 so that the lid body 20 gradually descends and spreads to the outer side in the horizontal direction of the tray 1, and thereafter, The second bent side 24 is fitted and locked to the first bent side 12, and the second tilted side 23 overlaps the first tilted side 11. As a result, the lower end portion of the lid body 20 is supported by the step shoulder support 8 of the tray 1, and a plurality of Japanese sweets are packaged.

According to the above construction, since the bent wall 21 that bends very loosely inward when the lid 20 is tightly fitted exerts a spring function, the pressing force is appropriately transmitted to the lid 20 vertically from above and the tray The lid 20 can be smoothly and easily tightly fitted in the first cover 20. Therefore, since a strong fitting force is not required, the thickness of the tray 1 and the lid 20 can be reduced, and reduction in manufacturing cost and weight reduction can be expected. Also,
Since the flexible bending wall 21 exerts a restoring function, even if the lid body 20 made of a thin synthetic resin sheet is fitted to the lid a little, it is possible to easily restore the partially collapsed lid body 20 to the original form. You can Therefore, even when high-quality Japanese sweets are stored, the aesthetic balance, the high-class feeling, the cleanliness, etc. produced by the high-class Japanese sweets and the packaging container are not deteriorated, and the sales promotion function is not deteriorated.

Further, since the retaining stopper 10 of the tray 1 is not merely a semi-elliptical cross section, but the first inclined side 11 having a guiding function is partially inclined, the retaining stopper 10 has a retaining hole. The 22 does not collide strongly and is not caught or caught. Therefore, it is possible to secure the tray 1 without removing it without using a strong fitting force.
The lid 20 can be smoothly and tightly fitted to the
In addition, the tray 1 and the lid 20 are not deformed and the appearance is not deteriorated or damaged. Further, if the pattern 4 is formed on the bottom surface of the tray 1 and the bottom surface and the pattern 4 are in a concavo-convex relationship, the sweets will not be laterally displaced and collapsed due to frictional force.

Next, FIGS. 7 to 12 show a second embodiment of the present invention. In this case, the inner storage space 2 is divided into three compartments in the inner bottom of the tray 1 in the longitudinal direction. The partition bodies 3 each having a substantially inverted U-shaped cross section are integrally arranged side by side, and on the bottom surface divided into these three, from a plurality of continuous waves that create an aesthetic balance, a sense of luxury, a sense of cleanliness, etc. with Japanese sweets. The patterns 4 are formed integrally with each other. The other parts are basically the same as those in the above-described embodiment, and therefore the description thereof is omitted. In this embodiment, the same effects as those of the above embodiment can be expected, and it is obvious that more Japanese sweets can be packaged.

As described above, according to the present invention, the tray is formed in a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view and has a substantially groove-shaped cross section, and a partition body is formed on the inner bottom thereof to divide the internal space into a plurality of parts in the longitudinal direction. ,
Extend the folded outer wall from the upper end of the peripheral wall of the tray and fold it outward, and bend the folded outer wall outward to form a step shoulder support that supports the lid body. The lid is formed at a predetermined interval, and the lid is formed in a hollow rectangular pyramid trapezoidal plane and is substantially rectangular, and a bent wall that is recessed inward is formed at least in the vertical direction of the short inclined peripheral wall of the lid, and the inclination of the lid is formed. Since the retaining holes that fit in the plurality of retaining stoppers are formed at predetermined intervals in the lower circumferential direction of the peripheral wall, the tray can be covered with the lid relatively easily.
In addition, even if the cover is strongly covered, it is possible to prevent the cover made of the synthetic resin sheet from being easily deformed.
