Description of the Related Art A bubble sheet formed by sealing air in a cell shape using a synthetic resin sheet as a material is conventionally provided in a bag shape on the inner surface of an envelope body made of a paper sheet. BACKGROUND ART Envelopes in which the contents are wrapped in a bubble-shaped sheet and have cushioning properties are generally known. [0003] The bubble sheet mounted on the inner surface of the envelope body is sandwiched between the inner surface of the envelope body by three-side seal portions on three sides around one end of the envelope body except for one end thereof, and is stopped by heat welding. At the one end near the entrance of the contents, the inner surface of the envelope body is stopped by heat welding. That is, the two bubble sheets overlapping the inner two surfaces of the envelope main body are simultaneously stopped by heat welding to the inner surface of the envelope main body at the three-side seal portions on the three peripheral sides excluding one end of the envelope main body. The other side of the bubble sheet is thermally welded to the inner surface of the envelope body near one of the contents entrance and exit at one end of the envelope body, and the entire circumference of the two bubble sheets overlapping the inner two surfaces of the envelope body. Is completely joined to the inner surface of the envelope body by heat welding. When disposing of an envelope with a bubble sheet having such a configuration after use, it is necessary to separate and separate the envelope body made of a paper sheet and the bubble sheet made of a synthetic resin sheet. As described above, if the entire periphery of the bubble sheet is completely bonded to the inner surface of the envelope body by heat welding, it is difficult to peel the bubble sheet from the envelope body, and there is a problem that it takes time to perform the sorting process. Was. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and has as its object to facilitate separation of an envelope body and a bubble sheet for sorting. Is what you do. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve this problem, the present invention is to provide a synthetic resin sheet between a front sheet portion and a back sheet portion of an envelope body made of a paper sheet. A bubble sheet formed by sealing air in a cell shape as a material is sandwiched in a state of being overlapped with two sheets, and is stopped by heat welding at a three-side seal portion on three sides around one end except for one end serving as an entrance and exit of the contents. In one of the envelopes, one end of one of the bubble sheets overlapping the inner surface of the sheet portion on the front side of the envelope body on one other side other than the three-side seal portion is bonded and fixed to the inner surface of the sheet portion on the front side with an adhesive. As well as
The gist is that one end of the other bubble sheet overlapping the inner surface of the sheet portion on the back side of the envelope body is bonded and fixed to the inner surface of the sheet portion on the back side with an adhesive. With this configuration, one end of one of the bubble sheets overlapping the inner surface of the front sheet portion on the other side other than the three-side seal portion of the envelope body made of a paper sheet is attached to the inner surface of the front sheet portion. On the other hand, one end of the other bubble sheet overlapping the inner surface of the back sheet portion is also adhesively fixed to the inner surface of the back sheet portion with an adhesive, so that the front side during the separation process is , And the other bubble sheet from the back side sheet portion can be easily peeled off. An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 to 4,
Reference numeral 1 denotes an envelope body made of a paper sheet, and a sheet portion 2 on the front side.
And a sheet portion 3 on the back side. Between the sheet portion 2 on the front side and the sheet portion 3 on the back side, a bubble sheet 4 formed by using a synthetic resin sheet as a material and sealing air in a cell shape is formed.
5 are sandwiched in a state where they are overlapped with each other, and are stopped by thermal welding at three-side seal portions on three sides around the one end (the upper end in an upright state of the envelope). Reference numeral 6 denotes the heat-welded portion.
Further, the upper end of one of the bubble sheets 4 overlapping the inner surface of the sheet portion 2 on the front side of the envelope body 1 on the remaining one side other than the three-side seal portion is adhered to the inner surface of the sheet portion 2 on the front side with an adhesive. The upper end of the other bubble sheet 5 which is fixed and overlaps the inner surface of the sheet portion 3 on the back side of the envelope body 1 on the other side other than the three-side seal portion is bonded to the inner surface of the sheet portion 3 on the back side with an adhesive. Adhesively fixed. Reference numeral 7 denotes the bonding portion. In the embodiment shown in the drawings, the bonding portion 7 between the front sheet portion 2 and the one bubble sheet 4 and the back sheet portion 3 and the other bubble sheet 5 is provided over the entire length in the width direction of the envelope. At the time of processing, the upper ends of the bubble sheets 4 and 5 are adhered at a position slightly lower than the upper ends of the bubble sheets 4 and 5 so that they can be easily gripped. During processing, the upper ends of the bubble sheets 4 and 5 are easily picked. In the figure, reference numeral 8 denotes a folded piece continuously provided on the upper end of the sheet portion 2 on the front side of the envelope body 1. An adhesive 9 is attached to the inner surface of the folded piece 8, and the folded piece 8 fixes the upper end of the envelope. When not closed, the adhesive 9 is covered with the release paper 10. In the above configuration, when the envelope is discarded after use, it is necessary to separate and separate the envelope body 1 made of a paper sheet and the bubble sheets 4 and 5 made of a synthetic resin sheet. At this time, in this embodiment, a finger is inserted from the upper end of the envelope, and the front side sheet portion 2 to which the bubble sheet 4 is adhered and the back side sheet portion 3 to which the bubble sheet 5 is adhered are connected to the three-side sealing portion. Then, the bubble sheet 4 is cut off from the bonding portion 7 from the sheet portion 2 on the front side, and the bubble sheet 5 is separated from the sheet portion 3 on the back side.
Is peeled off from the bonding portion 7, the envelope body 1 made of a paper sheet and the bubble sheets 4 and 5 made of a synthetic resin sheet are separated. As described above, in the present embodiment, the bonding portion 7 is provided at a part of the joint portion between the front sheet portion 2 and the bubble sheet 4 and between the back sheet portion 3 and the bubble sheet 5, and the bonding from the front side sheet portion 2 is performed. Peeling off the bubble sheet 4 and the back side sheet portion 3
The bubble sheet 5 can be easily peeled off from the camera. As described above, according to the present invention, one of the bubble sheets that overlaps the inner surface of the front-side sheet portion on the remaining one side other than the three-side seal portion of the envelope body made of a paper sheet. Is bonded and fixed to the inner surface of the sheet portion on the front side with an adhesive, and one end of the other bubble sheet overlapping the inner surface of the sheet portion on the back side is also bonded and fixed to the inner surface of the sheet portion on the back side with an adhesive. By doing so, it is possible to easily peel off one bubble sheet from the front side sheet part and peel off the other bubble sheet from the back side sheet part in the sorting process.
