According to the present invention described above, while the liquid resin is adhered to the base material (ceramic insulator), both sides of the container are alternately moved up and down and rocked, while air for drying is used. By spraying and drying the base material, the base material is sufficiently stirred inside the container, and is dried while moving. This makes it possible to prevent the base materials from adhering to each other and to prevent the base materials from adhering to the inner wall of the container, and it is possible to uniformly form the resin protective film on the base material surface. Further, since the drying can be performed efficiently, the working time can be shortened. In addition, excess resin drops from the mesh of the bag-shaped container and is returned to the lower resin container, so that uneven coating can be prevented and the amount of resin used can be saved.

The drying air supply mechanism comprises an exhaust duct 1, a fan 2 and an intake duct 9. Drying air supplied from a drying air generator (not shown) is introduced into the casing 13 of the apparatus through the intake duct 9. Note that the intake duct 9 and the drying air generator may not be used. In this case, the housing 13 may be provided with an air inlet so that the air in the room in which the device of the present invention is installed is taken in as drying air. The fan 2 is arranged in the upper part of the housing 13, and the intake duct 9 (or the air intake port) is arranged in the lower part of the housing 13 because the drying air flows from the bottom to the top and the bag-shaped accommodation is performed. This is so that many ceramic insulators in the body (net) 7 are evenly hit from below. The drying air is dried outside the apparatus through the exhaust duct 1 after drying the liquid resin film attached to the surfaces of the many ceramic insulators in the container 7.
The controller 3 centrally manages the operation of the device and determines the air volume of the exhaust gas by controlling the rotation speed of the fan, for example. Further, the number of vibrations of the swing arm, the operating time of the drying device, the temperature of the drying air, etc. can be set arbitrarily.

According to the present invention described above, a large number of ceramic insulators to which a liquid resin is attached are put in a bag-shaped container (net), and both side portions thereof are vertically moved (swinged) alternately. A sufficient stirring effect can be obtained. Therefore, the insulators are not attached to each other and the insulators are not attached to the inner wall of the container, so that a uniform resin protective film can be formed on the insulator surface. Furthermore, since the excess resin falls from the mesh of the container (net) and is returned to the resin container, there is no waste of resin and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
