Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accordion-pleated resin curtain for partitioning, which facilitates smooth bellow-like folding thereof without leaning the bendability of a plurality of joint portions in the same direction.
SOLUTION: The accordion-pleated resin curtain is integrally formed of a plurality of curtain main bodies 1 and the plurality of joint portions thinner in thickness and narrower in width than the curtain main bodies 1 such that the main bodies 1 and the joint portions 2 are alternately arranged, and the curtain is rendered foldable like bellows by folding the joint portions 2 alternately to a front side and a rear side thereof. According to the accordion-pleated curtain, each joint portion 2 is arranged at a thickness central location of each curtain main body 1 so that the bendability of each joint portion 2 to the front side becomes the same as that to the rear side, to thereby facilitate smooth bellow-like folding of the curtain.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO

In the conventional accordion type curtain, a plurality of connecting portions are provided on the front surface side or the back surface side of the curtain main body, as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-238131. Is formed so as to be flush with any one of the surfaces, and each of the connecting portions has a structure that is easily bent on either the front surface side or the back surface side but is hard to be bent on the other side. There was a risk that the folding of the shape would not be done smoothly.

As a specific mode for making the above-mentioned respective connecting portions have the same degree of bending property on the front surface side and the back surface side, the plurality of connecting portions are provided at the central portion in the thickness direction of the curtain main body. An aspect (claim 2) and an aspect (claim 3) in which the plurality of connecting portions are provided in a slanted manner between the opposing side surface portions of the adjacent curtain main body portions can be cited. Here, as a more specific form for providing the connecting portion in an inclined shape between the side surfaces facing each other in the adjacent curtain main body portions, one end side of the inclined connecting portion has a side edge portion on the front surface side of one curtain main body portion. And the other end side is formed so as to be located at the side edge portion on the back surface side of the other curtain body portion (see FIG. 5),
A configuration in which one end side of the inclined connecting portion is located closer to the side edge portion on the front surface side of one curtain body portion, and the other end side is located closer to the side edge portion on the back surface side of the other curtain body portion (Fig. 6)) and the like.
Of the above-mentioned respective modes, a mode in which a plurality of connecting portions are provided in the central portion in the thickness direction of the curtain main body is preferable because proper bending can be obtained without distinction between the front and back sides of each connecting portion.

The ultraviolet curable coating layer has an elongation of 5
A UV-curable urethane-acrylate paint whose pencil hardness is adjusted to be 0% or more and harder than H is 10 to 30 μm on both front and back surfaces of the curtain body 1 in the soft resin sheet.
A preferable embodiment is one in which an ultraviolet-curable urethane-acrylate coating layer is formed by coating so as to have a thickness of 1. When the elongation percentage is less than 50%, the paint layer is cracked when the sheet is bent, and when the pencil hardness is made softer than H, the scratchability is the same as that of the PVC sheet alone. Here, the pencil hardness means the hardness of the pencil lead when the surface of the sheet is scratched when the sheet is scratched by the lead of the pencil. It is more preferable to add silafluofen as a non-volatile or low-volatility insect repellent to the ultraviolet-curable coating layer.

As described above, the present invention provides claim 1.
By adopting the configuration of ~ 4, the problem of the conventional accordion type curtain that each connecting part bends only in one direction and is hard to bend in the other direction is solved, and the bellows-like folding is smoothly performed. By doing so, it was possible to provide an accordion type resin curtain that can be easily opened and closed during use. Further, in the case of the structure of claim 2, proper bendability can be obtained without distinction between the front and the back at each connecting portion, and there is an effect that the bellows-like folding becomes smoother.
