【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、容器本体と蓋体と
の間に別途枠部を設け、これに鏡板を取り付けた形態の
化粧料容器であっても、簡単な操作で適切に鏡板の固定
を解除することができ、安全確実に鏡板を蓋体から分離
することができる操作性に優れた化粧料容器に関する。

【従来の技術】ガラスからなる鏡板を合成樹脂製の蓋体
から取り外せるようにして、分別して廃棄できるように
した化粧料容器が、特開平１０−３３２５６号公報に開
示されている。当該公報記載の化粧料容器は基本的に
は、蓋体の裏面に備えられた鏡板を係止する係止部材
を、蓋体に対し接着などにより強固に固定するととも
に、これら係止部材と蓋体との両者間にわたって連通さ
せて、これら両者を分離することができる剪断力を入力
できる操作部を形成するようにし、当該操作部を介して
剪断力を入力して係止部材を蓋体から剥離して分離させ
ることで、鏡板を蓋体から取り外せるようにしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】従来の化粧料容器は、
蓋体と係止部材とを分離する形態であった。他方、化粧
料容器の中には、容器本体と蓋体との間に別途枠部を設
け、これに鏡板を取り付けたものもあり、このような形
態の化粧料容器であっても、従来と遜色ない操作性で鏡
板を化粧料容器から取り外せるようにすることが要望さ
れている。また、従来にあっては、係止部材と蓋体とを
接着などにより強固に固定していて、このように一旦強
固に固定した係止部材と蓋体とを剥離して分離するため
には、大きな操作力が必要であるとともに、力加減によ
ってはなかなか分離できなかったり、あるいは係止部材
が突然剥がれて跳ね飛ぶことが懸念されるなどして操作
性があまりよくないという課題があった。
【０００４】本発明は、かかる従来の課題を解決するも
のであり、容器本体と蓋体との間に別途枠部を設け、こ
れに鏡板を取り付けた形態の化粧料容器であっても、簡
単な操作で適切に鏡板の固定を解除することができ、安
全確実に鏡板を蓋体から分離することができる操作性に
優れた化粧料容器を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】前記目的を達成するた
め、本発明に係る化粧料容器は、容器本体に開閉可能に
取付けられた蓋体と、該蓋体と上記容器本体との間に回
動可能に取付けられた枠部と、該枠部に着脱自在に設け
られた皿と、これら皿と枠部との間に挟み込んで設けら
れた鏡板と、上記枠部と上記皿との間に形成され、取り
外し具が挿入される差込部とを備えたことを特徴とす
る。したがって、本発明では、鏡板を枠部から分離する
時には、差込部に取り外し具を差込んで操作することに
より、枠部より皿を離脱させることができ、その後は、
鏡板を枠部から簡単に取外すことができる。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の好ましい実施の形
態につき、添付図面を参照して詳細に説明する。図１な

と、皿１８と枠部１７との間に挟み込んで設けられたガ
ラス製の鏡板５と、枠部１７と皿１８との間に形成さ
れ、取り外し具として例えばコインＣが挿入される差込
部２０とから概略構成されている。

あって、その中央には化粧料収納凹部７が形成され、そ
の前後部には前部切欠８および後部切欠９が形成されて
いる。前部切欠８の内側壁部には前記蓋体３の前縁に突
設されたフック部１０に係合して閉蓋状態にロックする
係合突起１１が突設されているとともに、切欠８の前面
は押圧動作によりロック解除するためのプッシュピース
１２により覆われている。また、後部切欠９の両側側面
にはヒンジピン１４の挿通用ピン孔が開口され、ヒンジ
ピン１４は、前記蓋体３の後部に突設された一対の主蝶
番ブロック１５および枠部１７の後部に突設され、主蝶
番ブロック１５間に配置される副蝶番ブロック１６を容
器本体２に回動可能に支持している。

ランジ１７ａが容器本体２の上面に設置されるととも
に、下部側の内側フランジ１７ｂにより前記鏡板５の四
周を支持するものであり、この枠部１７における外側フ

９が開口形成され、後部側における副蝶番ブロック１６
