Field of the Invention [0002] The present invention relates to a system monitoring apparatus for industries, transportation, buildings, public facilities, etc. Equipment related. 2. Description of the Related Art In a conventional system monitoring apparatus, in order to investigate the cause of a failure at the time of occurrence of a system failure, an operator reports the contents of the failure stored in chronological order, and before and after the failure occurs. The cause and extent of the accident were analyzed by checking the records or logs of the system status. [0003] In the conventional technique, it takes time to check the monitoring data log one by one to analyze the cause of the failure by analyzing the monitoring data log one by one.
The analysis of the cause of the failure was also complicated, and it was difficult for the observer to easily understand. In order to restore the system as soon as possible, it is necessary to quickly analyze and investigate the cause and resolve it, so taking time to solve the problem was fatal to the system, and the damage could be spread. [0004] In order to solve the above problems, a state immediately before the failure is displayed on a monitor so that even a less experienced supervisor can quickly understand the cause of the system failure. That is, according to the present invention, when the monitored system is operating normally, the device is opened and closed, the mode status, the current value,
The monitoring data of measured values such as voltage values is stored in the failure simulator, and if there is a failure analysis request from the operator when a failure occurs, the monitoring data log is read out and data for reproduction is created and displayed on the monitor. It is an object of the present invention to provide a failure simulator device that can be used. According to the present invention, there is provided a failure simulator apparatus comprising: an input unit to which failure information and operating state information are input from a monitoring target system; and an operating state information input to the input unit. A monitoring data log file to be recorded during normal monitoring, a display unit for displaying the operating state information input to the input unit on a monitoring device, and when the failure information is input to the input unit, And a reproducing unit for reading out the past monitoring record recorded in the monitoring data log file and displaying the same on the monitor device. Next, an embodiment of a fault simulator according to the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 is a functional block diagram of a system monitoring device 1 that performs the main operation of the present invention. A monitoring target system 2 and a monitoring device 3 are connected to the system monitoring device 1. The system monitoring device 1 constantly monitors the status and failure of the monitored system 2 and monitors the status and failure of the monitored system 2 in real time.
To be displayed. That is, the status information and the failure information (occurrence and return) of the monitored system 2 to be monitored are received by the input unit 4 of the system monitoring apparatus 1, and the input unit 4 is connected to the execution unit 5. To the output unit 6 and the display unit 7 which are individually connected to the execution unit 5 according to the operation programmed in advance. For example, when the input unit 4 captures the occurrence of a certain failure, the execution unit 5 determines that the circuit breaker should be opened to keep the monitored system 2 safe, and outputs the command. It is programmed to output from the unit 6 and give a command to the monitored system 2. The monitoring data received by the input unit 4 is transmitted to the failure simulator 10 via the display unit 7 and stored in the monitoring data log file 8 constituting the failure simulator 10. Then, at the time of saving, the contents and the time when the phenomenon occurs or the time when the phenomenon is restored are recorded. Note that the failure simulator device 10 includes a monitoring data log file 8 and a reproducing unit 9. When the system status has changed, the display is updated on the screen of the monitor device 3. When a system failure occurs, the content of the failure is passed to the display unit 7, and the display unit 7 informs the location of the failure. Is displayed on the monitor device 3. At the same time, a screen displaying the history is also displayed. Here, the operator can examine the cause of the failure by using the failure simulator 10 to find out in what process the failure occurred. Before performing the reproduction display, the failure simulator device 1
The reproducing unit 9 of 0 reads all monitoring data stored in the monitoring data log file 8 and reproduces state information at the time when the phenomenon of the oldest data occurs. This status information is sent to the display unit 7 and displayed. Next, from the monitoring data log file 8, the past monitoring data stored during normal monitoring is read out in a time-series manner in the displayed state transition state, and is passed to the display unit 7. The display unit 7 outputs the ground fault simulation data sent from the reproducing unit 9 to the monitor device 3. The display unit 7 normally receives the information to be currently displayed from the execution unit 5 and sends the information to the monitor device 3. When data is reproduced, the display unit 7 sends the information created by the reproduction unit 9 to the monitor device 3 for display. FIG. 2 is a flowchart for explaining the function of the system monitoring apparatus 1. In step 21, it is determined whether or not there is a system failure. Save to file 8. In step 23, it is determined whether or not there is a reproduction request. If there is a reproduction request, in step 24, the oldest state is displayed in the monitoring data log file 8 of the monitoring history. Then, in step 25, the monitoring histories are read out one by one, and
To be displayed. FIG. 3 shows a screen 31 displayed on the monitor device 3.
An example is shown. According to the present invention, when a fault has occurred in a monitored system and the fault has been displayed to investigate the cause, the monitoring data log immediately before the fault occurred in the monitored system is displayed. Since the information is read out and displayed on the monitor based on the information, the operator can visually grasp the status of the system at the time of the failure and easily understand the phenomena leading up to the failure, so that the system can be restored quickly. Thus, the safety of the system can be improved.
