【従来の技術】従来の結合方法では、紙のみで結合した

がって、需要者側にとっては、製造や輸送の際に、縦に
長尺物を巻き終えた紙製リールを積み上げて保存するこ
とが容易ではなかった。

索する昨今、簡素な工法を用い安価な、耐久性にすぐ
れ、分別可能な環境にやさしい、紙のみを使用した紙製
リールは求められている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】したがって、各メーカ
ーとも、さまざまな紙ツバと紙管の結合方法を考え、多
くの試作を繰り返してきたが、製造にかかる工程が簡素
な工法は未だなかった。本発明は、紙製リールを用いる
電線・繊維・ゴム業界等の強い要望にこたえるために発
明されたのである。

【課題を解決するための手段】いま、その構造を説明す
ると、
（イ）紙ツバ（１）の中心から外紙管（３）の内径まで
の長さの放射線状の切込みを入れる。
（ロ）外紙管（３）の淵に接着剤を塗り、切込み部分
（４）を接着する。
（ハ）（ロ）において接着剤を塗った反対側の切込み部
分に接着剤を塗り、内キャップ紙管（２）を押し込む。
以上のことを、もう一端にも繰り返す。

【発明の実施の形態】次に本発明の実施の形態を述べ
る。紙ツバ（１）と切込み部分（４）は同一のつながっ
た紙なので、紙ツバ（１）と外紙管（３）とは直接に紙
繊維で引っ張り合っていることになる。さらに、外紙管
（３）と内キャップ紙管（２）で切込み部分（４）を挟
み込み、接着剤を塗る。なお、切込みの形状は、放射線
