ンで使用する台車の数量は非常に多く、台車のコストは
初期設備投資の中でもかなりの割合を占める。特に、多
車種組立ラインでは使用台車の種類数量が増えるから、

部品の中で車種専用品となるのは台車上に配設される位

本発明に係るワーク搬送台車は、車体などのワークを搭
載し組立ラインに沿って移動可能なワーク搬送台車上
に、ワークを位置決めする治具付きの治具プレートを着
脱自在に搭載すると共に、前記台車の縁部に前記治具プ
レートを固定する複数のバリクランプを配設し、前記バ
リクランプを組立ライン上の治具プレートの脱着位置側
方に配設したアクチュエータで開閉するようにしたこと
を特徴とする。 【0005】治具プレートを搭載したワーク搬送台車を
治具プレートの脱着位置まで移動させ、アクチュエータ
で台車のバリクランプを閉作動させることで治具プレー
トが台車に固定される。生産車種切替(段替)に伴い台
車上の治具プレートを交換する時は、台車を再び治具プ
レートの脱着位置まで移動させた後、アクチュエータで
バリクランプを開いて治具プレートを取外す。なお、治
具プレートは汎用ロボットなどでハンドリングしやすい
ようにするため、及び段替コストを最小限にするため
に、複数セグメント化しておくのが望ましい。 【0006】 【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の実施形態につい
て、図面に基づいて説明する。図1に示すように、ワー
ク搬送台車1は複数の車輪2を有し左右一対のレール3
上を走行可能な基台4と、この基台4上に図2及び図3
のように汎用ロボット5によって着脱自在に搭載される
複数の治具プレート6を有する。各治具プレート6の上
には、アンダーボディなどのワークWを位置決めするた
めの複数の治具7が固定されている。基台4の左右両側
縁部には、図1,4及び5に示すようなバリクランプ8
が治具プレート6の搭載位置に対応して複数配設されて
いる。これらバリクランプ8は治具プレート6の左右両
端縁を基台との間で上下に挟んで治具プレート6を固定
するためのものであって、基台4側面に固定されたブラ
ケット12、このブラケット12の先端部に支持された
ピン13を中心として回転可能なクランプレバー14、
ブラケット12の中間部に支持された別のピン15を中
心として回転可能な操作レバー16、及びクランプレバ
ー14と操作レバー16の中間部をピン17,18を介
して連結するリンクプレート19で構成されている。 【0007】組立ライン上の治具プレート6の脱着位置
両側には、図1に示すようにエアシリンダ23で駆動さ
れるアクチュエータ24が配設されている。このアクチ
ュエータ24は台車1とは反対側の外側方向に傾斜した
傾斜支柱25の上端に取付けられ、エアシリンダ23の
ピストンロッドに連結されたコ字状の係合金具26が、
バリクランプ8の操作レバー16先端近傍まで延びてい
る。そして係合金具26のコ字状開口27の中に操作レ
バー16の先端を図4のように入れた状態でエアシリン
ダ23を伸長作動させると、バリクランプ8のクランプ
レバー14が図4矢印方向に回動して治具プレート6の
端縁上面を押圧するようになっている。また、図5のよ
うに係合金具26のコ字状開口27の中に閉じた状態の
バリクランプ8の操作レバー16の先端部を入れた状態
でエアシリンダ23を短縮作動させると、バリクランプ
8のクランプレバー14が図5矢印方向に回動して治具
プレート6を取外せるようになっている。 【0008】ワーク搬送台車1は以上のように構成さ
れ、治具プレート6の取付け取外しは次のようにしてな

クランプ8の操作レバー16が図4上方に回動され、同
時にクランプレバー14がリンクプレート19に押され
て矢印方向に回動する。係合金具26は最終的に図5鎖
線位置まで移動し、クランプレバーの先端を治具プレー
ト6の端縁上面に押付けてから実線位置まで戻る。全て

ことも可能である。また、アクチュエータ24はバリク
ランプ8の数量に対応して複数配設して複数のバリクラ
ンプ8を一斉に開閉するようにしてもよいし、設備費を
低減するためにアクチュエータの数は最小にしてワーク
搬送台車をアクチュエータ24の側方で間欠的に移動さ
せながら全てのバリクランプ8を開閉するようにしても
よい。 【0011】 【発明の効果】本発明は前述の如く、台車上に治具プレ
ートを着脱自在に搭載するようにしたので、台車の基台
を共用化し治具プレートを交換するだけで複数ワークの
段替に対応できるので、段替費用を削減することができ
る。また、台車の縁部に配設した治具プレート固定用の
複数のバリクランプを治具プレート脱着位置側方に配設
したアクチュエータで開閉するようにしたから、各搬送
台車にバリクランプ駆動手段を配設する必要がなく、台
車のコスト低減を図ることができる。
