Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce environmental disruption and deal with the troubles of an apparatus by eliminating the damage caused by jelly fish to a cooling system using the seawater and the malodor pollution accompanied with conventional jelly fish treatments. SOLUTION: Water for dissolving jelly fish fractionated by a crusher (1) is oxidized by aeration in a filtering vessel (2), and then is treated with an active carbon (5) by circulation oxidizing in an ozone vessel (4) attached with an oxygen dissolving vessel (3).

Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0001] 1. Field of the Invention [0002] The present invention relates to an obstruction problem and a bad odor problem in a cooling system using seawater. [0002] Removed jellyfish are transported as industrial waste and buried in the mountains. [0003] This has the following problems. The rotten odor has developed into an environmental problem and has become a problem. The present invention has been made to solve the above problems. The jellyfish-dissolved water fragmented by the pulverizer (1) is converted into EMX ceramics S, K,
After aeration decomposition treatment in a microbial decomposition tank (2) into which three types of N are charged, ozone is sent from an ozone generator (6) to an ozone tank (4) equipped with an oxygen dissolving device (3) and circulated and oxidized to activate carbon treatment. (5) A jellyfish processing apparatus characterized by doing the following: An embodiment of the present invention will be described. (A) Dissolved water obtained by pulverizing jellyfish by a mixer pulverizer (1) (b) Dissolved water is pumped by a pump (7) by S-type of suspended solids SS adsorption power and K-type of water activity and ammonia nitrogen The mixture is sent to a microbial decomposition tank (2) in which three types of adsorbed N-type EMX ceramics and EM bacteria are charged, and aeration is performed by a blower (8). (C) EM bacteria activated by aeration and EMX ceramics decompose jellyfish protein in dissolved water and bring it closer to water and move by an ozone tank (4) equipped with an oxygen dissolving device (3). (D) Ozone generator ( Ozone is sent out from 6) to produce ozone-dissolved water through an oxygen dissolving device (3), and forced circulation oxidation is performed in an ozone tank (4). (E) The treated water subjected to ozone oxidation is sent to the activated carbon treatment (5) tank by the pump (9). The present invention is constituted as described above. When the present invention is used, (a) the jellyfish is put into the pulverizer (1) and operated. The use of the oxygen dissolving apparatus utilizing water pressure (4) disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 3208394 increases the dissolving rate and enables efficient oxidation with a small-sized ozone generator (7), thereby reducing the cost. The porous EMX ceramics becomes a fixed bed for microorganisms, and the EM bacteria that have been actively propagated adsorb body salt, ammonia, etc. in the dissolved water. By performing biodegradation and adsorption oxidation by ozone without burying jellyfish, PH6.3,
BOD600, COD540, SS300, Nhex2
0 dissolved water is PH7.9, BOD23, COD12, S
From S1 onward, measurement data of Nhex 0.6 treated water was confirmed. The jellyfish body fluid, which has been converted into clean water that has cleared the environmental standard value and has a BOD that clears the rotten smell and returns to the sea, can be processed on site. Therefore, transportation costs and fuel consumption are eliminated, and the trouble of filling in the mountains and the problem of putrid odor are solved.
