栓本体4へ無理嵌めすることで両者間の水密性を保持す

ると、三角パッキン9の排水栓本体4への装着が極めて

に鑑みてこれを改良除去したものであって、三角パッキ
ンの排水栓本体への外嵌装着作業が容易な排水栓の取付

面にオーバーフローアダプタを外嵌装着し、排水栓本体

るオーバーフローアダプタの接触部位の形状を、三角パ
ッキンに対して線接触となるような形状としたことを特
徴とする排水栓の取付構造である。この発明によれば、
三角パッキンを締め上げたときに、オーバーフローアダ
プタの三角パッキンへの接触が線接触であるため、結果
として三角パッキンが縮径方向へ大きく押圧され、三角
パッキンの内周面が排水栓本体の外周面へ強く圧接さ
れ、水密性が確保される。そのため、三角パッキンの内
径寸法bを排水栓本体の外径寸法aよりも大きく設定す
ることができ、三角パッキンの排水栓本体への外嵌装着
