In this known connecting chair, the weights of a plurality of seated occupants are added to the front and rear two supporting rods, and this total weight is transmitted to the legs, so that the supporting rods and legs or The connection with the seat plate must be strong. For this reason, it is conceivable that the legs are composed of an upper member and a lower member, and a support rod is sandwiched between the upper and lower members to be tightened with bolts. Such residual stress may occur and cause cracks and the like.
