該判定手段によって不適合と判定された場合、前記交換レンズを通過する光束によって形成される前記撮像素子上の像の、所定の範囲に対応する像を表わす画像信号に対して所定の信号処理を施すことにより、前記交換レンズのイメージサイズと前記カメラ本体側の撮像素子の撮像範囲を適合させる電子ズーム手段とを有する電子カメラにおいて、
