【産業上の利用分野】携帯電話の補助電源、携帯コンピ
ューター端末の補助電源、持ち運びが可能な電気製品、
一般の補助電源等。一般の自動販売機で販売することを
前提として、広く流通が可能な携帯用バッテリーケー
ス。

【従来の技術】携帯用バッテリーは、色々な規格の物が
生産されているが、タバコ用等の一般的に普及している
自動販売機で販売すること前提とした設計のバッテリー
ケースは生産されていなかった。バッテリーケースは、
電気店等で取り扱う場合が多く、自動販売を行う場合、
専用の自動販売機を新たに設計する必要があり、コスト
的に高くなるので自動販売機は無い状態であった。携帯
バッテリーを使う場合、特殊な形状で設計されているこ
とが多く、これらの収納や管理に煩わしさを感じること
も多かった。携帯電話の補助バッテリーが切れた場合、
電源の無い場所でも直ぐに使用したいと思うことがあ
る。この様な場合、コンビニエンスストアなどで調達が
容易なバッテリーケースが販売されていて、同時に交換
用の乾電池の調達ができれば便利であるが、この要望を
両方満たす条件の製品は無いに等しかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】（ア）自動販売機でも
販売可能な携帯用バッテリーケースを実現する。
（イ）既に広く普及している自動販売機での販売を想定
する。
（ウ）販売者の販売、陳列、収納、管理の手間を減ら
す。
（エ）利用者の管理、収納の煩わしさを減らす。

【課題を解決するための手段】（ア）バッテリーケース
を自動販売機で広く販売されている製品と同等の大きさ
に設計することにより、一般的な自動販売機でバッテリ
ーケースを取り扱える様に設計する。
（イ）自動販売機で販売する場合における電池の液漏れ
の心配を無くすため、電池を取り外しできる設計にす
る。
（ウ）電流電圧調整回路（主にＤＣ−ＤＣ変換を行う）
を持ち、使用する機器が必要とする電流と電圧を供給す
る。

【作用】（ア）バッテリーケースに乾電池を入れる。
（イ）機器に接続するコードとコネクタを接続する。
（ウ）機器に必要な電圧と電流が供給されて使用可能と
なる。

【実施例】図１は、タバコとほぼ同じ大きさに設計した
携帯電話用バッテリーケースへの応用例である。利用者
の使用方法は以下方法を想定している。
（ア）バッテリーケースの上側１を開け、バッテリーケ
ース２に乾電池用電池ケース３に乾電池４を入れる。
（イ）電源コード７とコネクタ５をバッテリーケース下
側２より取り出して、機器（本例では携帯電話）に接続
する。
（ウ）コネクタの中に、電流電圧調整回路６を持ち、使
用する携帯電話が必要とする電流と電圧を変換（ＤＣ−
ＤＣ変換）して供給する。
（エ）利用者はこのバッテリーケースの電源を補助電源
として、機器（携帯電話）を使用する。図１の構成に対
して少しの構造変更を行うと以下の様な応用ができる。
（ア）電流電圧調整回路６を取り替えることができる設
計を行えば、多目的バッテリーケースとなり、様々な製
品に応用できる。他の応用例として、携帯用コンピュー
ター、携帯タイプのオーディオ製品、携帯タイプのテレ
ビ等の電源としても応用が容易である。
（イ）同様の設計手法で、外形を飲料水の缶等と同等の
サイズで設計する応用製品がある。

【発明の効果】（ア）通常のタバコと同等のサイズに設
計した場合、広く普及している一般的なタバコ用自動販
売機で販売が可能になるので、購入者、販売者共に便利
である。
（イ）バッテリーケース用の自動販売機を新規に設計す
る必要がないので、自動販売機での販売実現のためのコ
ストが安い。
（ウ）タバコと同等の大きさに設計すれば、利用者は、
バッテリーケースを胸ポケット等に入れて利用すること
が容易である。
（エ）乾電池用の電池ホルダーを採用すると、利用者は
必要に応じて乾電池を取り替えて使用できる。広く普及
している電池の入手も容易である。
（オ）商品の陳列、販売、収納が通常のタバコ等と同様
に扱うことができるため販売店は便利である。
（カ）電源コードをバッテリーケースの中にしまうこと
ができれば、収納のとき、かさばらないため、便利であ
