2. Description of the Related Art An example of the above dust collector will be described with reference to the drawings. In the figure, the dust collector 1 is divided into a housing 2 into upper and lower parts by a thimble plate 3, a lower part is a dust-containing air chamber 4, and an upper part is a purified air chamber 5. The thimble plate 3 has a large number of filter cloths 1
0 is suspended, and the dust-containing air introduced into the dust-containing air chamber 4 is filtered by the filter cloth 10 and discharged through the purified air chamber 5. The filter cloth is for removing accumulated dust. In order to maintain a predetermined bulge in the filter cloth 10 by providing the reverse injection pipe 12 and the nozzle 13 in each filter cloth 10,
A cage 11 whose upper end is attached to the nozzle 13 is inserted. F is an exhaust fan, 14 is a high pressure air supply pipe for reverse injection, and 15 is a pressure air supply switching valve for each reverse injection pipe. Further, 16 is an upper mounting flange of the filter cloth 10, 17 is a tightening band, and 19 is a centering bolt mounted on the upper flange 18 of the nozzle.

As a result, the dust-containing air introduced into the dust-containing air chamber is filtered by the filter cloth 10, and the dust attached to the filter cloth is automatically fed from the reverse injection pipe 12 when the predetermined negative pressure is reached. Is removed by the reverse injection of. However, due to long-term use, dust adheres to the outer surface of the filter cloth and cannot be removed by the above reverse injection, and it is necessary to remove, clean or replace it. In this case, raise the cage 11 and then put the filter cloth in the dust-containing air chamber 4
The method of dropping it inside is taken out.

In the above structure, when the filter cloth 10 is replaced, the operator needs to enter the chamber to take out the filter cloth, but the housing is filled with dust containing dust and toxic substances. Therefore, it is impossible to enter the room as it is, and it is necessary to detoxify the dust in the dust-containing air chamber 4 before entering the room. Therefore, the open / close valve of the combustion gas introduction pipe 30
V1, the on-off valve V2 provided in the exhaust pipe 31, is closed, the on-off valves V3 and V4 of the cleaning circuit 20 are opened, the hot air circulation fan 24 is driven, and the circulating air is heated by the heater 23.

As a result, the dust containing the toxic substance in the dust-containing air chamber 4 is heated, and the released toxic gas is rendered harmless by the toxic gas removing member 22. At this time, the higher the heating temperature, the better the decomposition efficiency. Therefore, there is a case where the filter cloth is heated above the heat resistant temperature to damage the filter cloth, but the filter cloth is discarded and there is no problem. However, in this case, by introducing an inert gas from the inert gas introducing circuit 25, if necessary, it is possible to detoxify the harmful substances that are not normally desorbed from the dust and render them harmless.

As described above, according to the present invention, a cleaning circuit for selectively connecting the dust-containing air chamber and the purified air chamber is provided, and the circuit includes a toxic gas removing member, a heater and a hot air circulating fan. Since the air in the purified air chamber is heated through the cleaning circuit and introduced into the dust-containing air chamber for circulation, the dust containing the toxic substances in the dust-containing air chamber is heated. Detoxified as poisonous gas and efficiently detoxified by the toxic gas removing member, so that the worker can safely enter the filter cloth into the dust-containing air chamber without wearing special protective clothing, and Since the dust attached to the old filter cloth after the replacement is detoxified, it is not necessary to separately detoxify the filter cloth, and the filter cloth can be easily and simply discarded. Further, according to the second aspect of the present invention, the cleaning circuit is provided with the inert gas selective introduction circuit, so that the toxic portion that does not normally desorb in the dust can be rendered harmless. According to the third aspect of the present invention, the cleaning circuit is provided with the selective introduction circuit of the toxic gas removal aid, so that the toxic gas can be efficiently removed, and the cleaning circuit is harmless depending on the kind of the toxic gas. It is possible to deal with things that cannot be converted.
