2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, an accident while taking a bath has often been pointed out as an accident that occurs in a house. Accidents while taking a bath occurred at a frequency that could not be ignored, and social countermeasures were required. Especially elderly people may become unconscious due to changes in blood flow accompanying bathing,
Since the heart may stop, it is necessary to exercise caution when taking a bath.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional technique, it is difficult to judge whether or not the heart rate is increased or decreased due to a normal reaction because the health condition of the bather is grasped only by the heart rate. There was a considerable problem in its accuracy. For example, when the body warms by being immersed in the bathtub (1), the heart rate generally increases. Further, as will be described later, the fact that there is no change in the heart rate does not necessarily mean that the person is in a safe area, and it may be preferable to consider it as a dangerous state depending on the situation.

As a result, the health condition of the bather can be surely grasped. That is, since the bathroom unit includes the bathtub with the heart rate measuring function and the handrail member with the blood pressure measuring function, the health condition of the bather can be grasped from the measurement values measured by these. Conventionally, as described in the related art, the health condition is grasped only by the heart rate, whereas the invention according to claim 1 of the present application enables the blood pressure to be measured in addition to the heart rate. , Certainty is increasing.

Blood flow is generally determined by blood pressure and heart rate. That is, when peripheral blood vessels contract and blood pressure increases due to stimulation on the body surface, the heart rate is reduced and the blood flow is adjusted. On the contrary, when the peripheral blood vessels expand and the blood pressure decreases due to the heat effect, the pulse rate increases to secure the blood flow. As described above, the blood flow is adjusted by the blood pressure and the pulse rate.
By measuring two values, the health condition of the bather can be surely grasped.

Although the relationship between blood pressure and heart rate has been conventionally known, the theory is incorporated in a bathroom unit,
Furthermore, it is excellent in that it is not equipped with a blood pressure measuring device but is incorporated in the handrail. The handrail is not a strange feeling in the bathroom unit and is a natural fixture today. It is also a fixture that allows you to turn your hands naturally. It can be said that it is excellent in that a handrail member with a blood pressure measurement function is incorporated in the bathroom unit by utilizing such characteristics of the handrail.

In this case, the blood pressure of the bather can be easily measured. That is, since the tubular body is provided above the handrail main body, it is possible to easily insert a finger into the hollow portion of the tubular body while gripping the handrail main body. Further, since the cylindrical body is sufficiently shorter than the handrail main body, there is no particular hindrance.

In this case, the health condition of the bather can be surely grasped in the scene where the blood pressure rises.
For example, immediately after being immersed in a bathtub, a rapid temperature change on the body surface excites the sympathetic nerve and contracts peripheral blood vessels. Along with this, blood pressure rises rapidly. Under normal conditions, the heart rate is reduced to regulate blood flow to accommodate increased blood pressure. At this time, if the heart rate exceeds a predetermined value without decreasing, it can be regarded as a dangerous state. Thus, in the invention according to claim 4 of the present application, the health condition of the bather can be detected by the upward change of the blood pressure value and the measured value of the heart rate.

In this case, the health condition of the bather can be surely grasped in the scene where the blood pressure drops.
For example, when the bath is immersed in the bath for a while, the oxygen consumption of the brain increases due to the thermal effect, the peripheral blood vessels expand, and the blood pressure decreases. Then, the heart rate increases to compensate for the decrease in blood volume sent to the brain. At this time, if the heart rate falls below a predetermined value without increasing, it can be regarded as a dangerous state. Thus, in the invention according to claim 5 of the present application, the health condition of the bather can be detected by the downward change of the blood pressure value and the measured value of the heart rate.

Further, in the health condition detecting method of the present invention, as described in claim 6, the health condition of the bather who has entered the bathroom unit is provided on the handrail member with a blood pressure measuring function and the ceiling. And a motion detection unit provided with the motion detection sensor. As described above, in the invention according to claim 6 of the present application, it is dangerous when the motion detection sensor determines that the bather's movement is not performed for a certain period of time and when the blood pressure of the person immersed in the bathtub is an abnormal value. It can be judged that it is in a state and can be reported outside the bathroom.

Further, according to the health condition detecting method of the present invention, as described in claim 7, the health condition of the bather who has entered the bathroom unit is indicated by the handrail member transmitter with a blood pressure measuring function and the ceiling. Since the receivers of the motion detection unit provided with the motion detection sensor are wirelessly connected to each other, wiring of electric wires and communication lines in the bathroom is not necessary, and there is little risk of leakage and safe handling.

According to the bathroom unit described above, the health condition of the bather can be surely grasped. That is,
Since the bathroom unit includes the bathtub (1) with a heart rate measuring function and the handrail member (2) with a blood pressure measuring function,
The health value of the bather can be grasped from the measured values measured by these. As described in the related art, while the health condition is grasped only by the heart rate, the invention according to claim 1 of the present application can measure the blood pressure in addition to the heart rate, so that the reliability can be improved. Is increasing.

It can be said that it is excellent in that the handrail member (2) with a blood pressure measuring function, which has a blood pressure measuring function incorporated in the bathroom unit, is configured by utilizing such characteristics of the handrail.

Immediately after the bather is immersed in the bathtub (1),
The rapid temperature change on the body surface excites the sympathetic nerves, causing peripheral blood vessels to contract. Along with that, blood pressure rises rapidly. At this time, a decrease in heart rate occurs as a normal reaction. On the other hand, when the blood vessel is damaged, the heart rate remains constant regardless of the increase in blood pressure. That is, there is no good correlation between blood pressure and heart rate, and the heart rate is above a predetermined value. In such a state, the health condition detecting method described in claim 4 functions effectively. At this time, if the atmosphere temperature is low and the hot water temperature is high, the blood pressure increase value tends to increase.

When the bather is immersed in the bathtub (1) for a while, the peripheral blood vessels are enlarged due to the heat effect, blood circulation is improved, oxygen consumption in the brain is increased, and blood pressure is reduced. At this time, the heart rate increases as a normal reaction to compensate for the lack of blood volume caused by the decrease in blood pressure. On the other hand, when the heart is damaged, the heart rate does not increase and the patient is in an ischemic state. Continued ischemia causes unconsciousness or cardiac arrest. In such a state, the health condition detecting method described in claim 5 effectively functions.

Besides, when the bather stands up in the bathtub (1), blood moves to the lower part of the body under the influence of gravity. Then, the blood vessels contract due to the function of the autonomic nerves (control of vasomotor reflex), and try to secure blood to the brain. Then, to maintain a certain amount of blood, the blood pressure rises a little. As a normal reaction at this time, the heart rate is slightly reduced or leveled off. However, if the autonomic nerves do not work well, blood pressure cannot be maintained, causing loss of consciousness. That is, the brain becomes ischemic.

As described above, in general, the heart rate is changed in response to an increase / decrease in blood pressure so as to maintain the balance in the body. However, a rapid change in blood pressure is caused by such an increase / decrease in heart rate. Sometimes it cannot be absorbed. For example, cerebral hemorrhage occurs when blood pressure rises sharply. Further, when the blood pressure is rapidly lowered, ischemic heart disease (angina, myocardial infarction), cerebral infarction and the like occur. In particular, a sudden drop in blood pressure with a high blood concentration due to sweating or dehydration is very dangerous.

As described above, it is incomplete to grasp the health condition of the bather only by the heart rate. Rather, sudden blood pressure fluctuations are the reason why accidents are more likely to occur when bathing,
When suffering from any disorder such as cardiovascular disorder or autonomic imbalance, the correlation between the blood pressure change and the heart rate does not always establish a proper relationship, and causes great damage to the body. In light of this reality, it can be said that understanding blood pressure changes in addition to heart rate will lead to more reliable accident prevention.

In addition, in a scene where blood pressure rises, it is possible to reliably grasp the health condition of the bather. For example,
Immediately after being immersed in the bathtub (1), the sympathetic nerve is excited by a rapid temperature change on the body surface and the peripheral blood vessels contract.

Further, in a scene where the blood pressure drops, the health condition of the bather can be surely grasped. For example,
