Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin part for a game machine for which at the same time as the molding by an in-mold transfer method, a fine uneven pattern (crimp) is formed on the same surface as the surface on which a printing is applied; and which is excellent in design property, and at the same time, can be mass-produced at a low cost. SOLUTION: A film 30 of which the printed layer 32 is made on a fixed die 10 side is set at a specified location in a die 1. Then, the die 1 is closed, and a usual way injection-molding is performed. Thus, a windmill 50 which is this synthetic resin part for the game machine is molded. On the front surface section 52a of the windmill 50, the printing of a pattern or the like is applied. At the same time, the crimp 53 corresponding to the crimp pattern which is applied on the molding die surface 20a of a movable die 20 is formed on the same surface as the printed section.

Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a synthetic resin part used for a game machine such as a pachinko machine and a slot machine. 2. Description of the Related Art A decorative panel a provided on the front side of a slot machine shown in FIG. 5 and a decorative panel b provided around a reel portion r are provided with characters, symbols and the like on a polycarbonate plate or an acrylic plate. Printing showing a pattern or the like is performed, and by illuminating from the printing film surface side, it is designed to enhance design effects such as vividness, light diffusion effect, and luxury feeling. As the printing method, there is a method in which the surface of the printing film is formed into a zigzag pattern. For example, the "method for forming a matte surface" disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 30000487 is a method in which an ink of a special resin composition is screen-printed on a plate material such as polycarbonate and then irradiated with ultraviolet rays by an ultraviolet irradiation lamp. This technique hardens the printed portion and generates fine wrinkles on its surface. As another known printing method, there is a method called an in-mold transfer method in which printing is performed simultaneously with injection molding.
Used for home appliances and automotive parts. This in-mold transfer method is a method in which a film on which a design or the like is printed is passed through a mold, and the design is transferred to a molded product simultaneously with injection molding. [0004] The conventional printing method of forming a squeezed pattern of characters and patterns on a decorative board is said to be able to enhance the light diffusion effect and the sense of quality.
The processing steps are complicated, require a lot of work time, and the printing cost is high. Further, it is difficult to apply ink with a uniform thickness when printing on a curved or three-dimensional material. For this reason, there has been a problem in efficiently performing printing with a stable quality with a three-dimensional pattern, such as a character or a lamp cover, used in a pachinko machine. It seems that the latter in-mold transfer method has not been applied to pachinko and slot machine parts at present. [0005] The term "synthetic resin parts for gaming machines" used in the present invention refers to a decorative panel arranged on the front side of a slot machine, a glass frame decorative member of a pachinko machine,
It is used as a concept meaning various things such as a board decoration lamp cover. An object of the present invention is to form a fine concavo-convex pattern (texture) on the same surface as the surface that has been printed at the same time as molding by the in-mold transfer method, so that the design is excellent and the cost is low. An object of the present invention is to provide a synthetic resin part for a game machine which can be mass-produced. [0007] In order to achieve the above object, the invention described in claim 1 comprises a fixed mold having a molten resin injection port and a movable mold corresponding to the fixed mold. In a pair of molds, the same film is arranged with the print layer provided on the film as the fixed mold side, and then the mold is closed and then subjected to injection molding to perform printing simultaneously with molding. A synthetic resin part for a gaming machine formed by an in-mold transfer method, wherein the movable mold is subjected to fine unevenness processing at a predetermined position on a molding die surface, and the in-mold transfer is performed using the movable mold. Thereby, the uneven pattern is formed on the same surface as the printed surface. [0008] In this synthetic resin part for a game machine, a fine uneven pattern (texture) is formed on the same surface as the surface on which printing is performed simultaneously with molding by the in-mold transfer method. Not only plate-shaped objects such as decorative panels, but also three-dimensional objects such as accessories can be efficiently produced at low cost. In addition, for decorative panels and lamp covers, which are used to irradiate and transmit illumination light from the side with the uneven pattern, the uneven pattern allows light to diffuse and the design part to appear vividly, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing appearance. improves. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a mold for explaining the in-mold transfer method, FIG. 2 is an explanatory view of a film used for the in-mold transfer method, FIG. 3 is a longitudinal sectional side view of a windmill formed by the in-mold transfer method, and FIG. FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram showing a part of the disk portion of the windmill in an exaggerated manner. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes an injection mold for use in the above-described in-mold transfer method for forming a synthetic resin part for a game machine according to the present invention, and reference numeral 30 denotes a film used in the transfer method. . In this embodiment, a windmill 50 will be described as an example of a synthetic resin part for a game machine. The fixed mold 10 of the mold 1 has a mold plate 11 having a cavity 12 machined in accordance with the shape of a molded product, here a main body 51 of a windmill 50 shown in FIG. And a mounting plate 13. Reference numeral 15 denotes an injection port for injecting a molten resin such as polystyrene (PS) provided so as to communicate from the locating ring 14 fitted to the mounting plate 13 to the inside of the cavity 12. A movable mold 20 that forms a pair with the fixed mold 10 includes a mold plate 21 having a core 22 disposed in the center thereof,
Receiving plate 2 provided so as to overlap the rear surface of template 21
5 and so on. The movable mold 20 has a molding surface 2 for molding a front portion 52a of a disk portion 52 of a windmill 50.
The whole or predetermined position of Oa is subjected to graining as a fine uneven pattern by a known etching or plating technique. As shown in FIG. 2, a film 30 is formed on a rolled base film 31 of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) having a thickness of about 25 to 50 μm.
A release agent layer 32a constituting the printing layer 32, an ink layer 32b representing a design or the like, and an adhesive layer 32c are printed in order in order. The film 30 is fed to a predetermined position in the mold 1 by an automatic film feeder (not shown) provided on the movable mold 20 side in conjunction with the operation of the mold 1.
When the mold 1 is closed, it is provided so as to be sandwiched between the ridge 11a formed on the template 11 and the recess 21a formed on the template 21 so that the position with respect to the molded product does not shift. I have. Next, molding of a windmill by the in-mold transfer method will be described. In the mold 1 including the fixed mold 10 and the movable mold 20, a film 30 having the print layer 32 on the fixed mold 10 side is set at a predetermined position. Next, the mold 1 is closed and injection molding is performed as usual,
The windmill 50 shown in FIG. 3 is formed. As shown in FIG. 4, the front portion 52a of the windmill 50 is printed with a design or the like, and corresponds to the grain pattern formed on the molding die surface 20a on the same surface as the printed portion. Surface 5
3 is shaped. As described above, in this synthetic resin part for a game machine, a fine uneven pattern (texture) is formed on the same surface as the surface on which printing is performed simultaneously with molding by the in-mold transfer method. There is also an advantage in that a three-dimensional object such as an accessory or a board lamp cover can be efficiently mass-produced at low cost.
