The present invention relates to a maintenance-free hard roof material mounting structure. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, plate-shaped hard roofing materials include tiled roofing materials, slate flat roofing materials, cement-based flat roofing materials, and the like. [0003] However, these roofing materials are tiled roofing materials which are heavy and have poor workability, and slate flat roofing materials and cement flat roofing materials are poor in weather resistance and are painted every few years. Was needed. In addition, there was no waterproof property, and the structure was such that the waterproof property was maintained with a waterproof sheet such as asphalt roofing. According to the present invention, in order to eliminate such a drawback, a plurality of hollow holes are formed along the water surface from the water-lower side of a substantially rectangular plate-shaped hard roof material. It is an object of the present invention to provide a mounting structure for a rigid roofing material, and a hard roofing material in which a plate-shaped waterproof seam plate is formed on the back surface of a left-right connection portion between the hard roofing materials. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing a rigid roof material mounting structure according to the present invention. 1 to 9 are explanatory views showing one embodiment of a mounting structure of a hard roofing material according to the present invention, wherein a hard roofing material A, a waterproof floor panel B, a packing material P, a roof base α, a fixing tool β, It consists of Note that the roof base α is made of a pier, a waterproof sheet, a field board, a rafter, or the like. Of course, the roof base α may be a steel base. 1 (a), 1 (b), 2 and 3,
FIG. 4 is an explanatory view showing a construction state of a hard roof material according to the present invention, FIGS. 5 (a) to 5 (c) are explanatory views showing a waterproof floor plank B, and 6 (a) to (c) are hard roofs. 7 is a perspective view, FIG. 8 is a vertical cross-sectional perspective view, and FIG. 9 is a horizontal cross-sectional perspective view. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 9, the hard roofing material A has a decorative surface 1 formed in a substantially rectangular plate shape. A lower connecting portion 2 is formed below the water and an upper connecting portion 3 is formed above the water. The right and left connecting portions 4 and 5 are formed at the left and right ends. [0008] The material may be a ceramic plate, a cement plate, a calcium carbonate plate, a calcium silicate plate, a magnesium carbonate plate, a slate plate, or the like, or glass fiber, whisker, aramid fiber, steel fiber, carbon fiber, various mineral fibers, Extrusion molding of a mixture of various aggregates, etc., or cloth of various fibers,
It consists of a three-dimensionally woven, impregnated with cement, clay, etc., formed into a panel shape, steam cured or fired, and a ceramic plate formed by extruding, drying, and firing clay. is there. Further, a sheet material such as an FRP resin, a synthetic resin, a fire-resistant sheet, or the like may be attached to the back surface or the like to improve strength, fire resistance, and safety (there is no scattering even if broken). is there. Of course, when ceramic (magnetic material) is used as a material, there is no deterioration or discoloration due to neutralization, which is a concern in cement-based building materials, and the water absorption rate is extremely low, and there is no danger of freezing and thawing. The hard roof material A is maintenance-free and can be used semi-permanently. The decorative surface 1 is a portion for improving the design, and also functions as a waterproof base formed so that rainwater and the like flowing from the upper hard roofing material A do not enter the upper connecting portion 3. . The lower connecting portion 2 and the upper connecting portion 3 overlap each other in the vertical direction to enhance waterproofness, and also form a step on the roof. The lower connecting part 2 and the upper connecting part 3 are shown in FIG.
As shown in (b), the fixing member β is used to fix to the roof foundation α. The right connecting part 4 and the left connecting part 5 are connected as shown in FIG. 1 (b). In the vertical joint part, the waterproofness is enhanced, the airtightness is enhanced, and the workability is enhanced. This does not occur), etc. Of course, the shapes of the right connecting portion 4 and the left connecting portion 5 may be opposite to those shown in the drawing. The hard roofing material A itself is fixed to the roof base α by being fixed to the roof base α by the fixing tool β via the fixing hole 1b.
Although not shown, it may be fixed by using a mounting bracket (a support C described later or a waterproof floor plate B). Reference numeral 2a denotes a cover piece having a decorative surface 1 above the hollow hole H of the lower connecting portion 2 on the underwater side, which is formed to be curved and hung on the back surface 1a side in FIG. This prevents the intrusion into the roof foundation α. Reference numeral 3a denotes a supporting piece, which is an upper connecting portion 3 on the water side.
In the figure, the lower back surface 1a of the hollow hole H is formed so as to be curved and hung down, and is formed for positioning when the hard roofing material A is fixed on the pier. When the support piece 3a is formed to protrude toward the back surface 1a,
The support piece 3a at the portion where the waterproof seam board B is formed on the back surface of the vertical joint part is obstructed in the construction, so that the support piece 3a is cut out larger than 1 / of the width of the waterproof seam board B. Things. The waterproof groove 3b is formed in order to allow rainwater that has entered the interior to flow down to the lower hard roofing material A via the hollow hole H and to drain it to the outside. Of course, it also functions as an exhaust passage for lowering the temperature inside the hard roofing material A in summer or the like. H is a hollow hole, a space penetrating from the lower side to the upper side, and is formed at the time of extrusion molding.
This hollow hole H suppresses a rise in the temperature of the roof surface in the summer, prevents a rise in the temperature in the house, and drains rainwater into the decorative surface 1 of the hard roofing material A below the hollow hole H in case of emergency. , To enhance waterproofness. The packing material P is formed so that rainwater does not infiltrate from the horizontal joint portion or the vertical joint portion, or from the head portion of the fixing tool β. Polyvinyl chloride-based, chloroprene-based, chlorosulfonated polyethylene-based, ethylene propylene-based, asphalt-impregnated polyurethane-based, EPM, EPDM, etc. are generally commercially available, and are mainly weather-resistant, acid-resistant, water-resistant, It is useful as a function such as waterproofness and airtightness. Among these components, for example, ammonium polyphosphate, aluminum hydroxide, phenol resin particles, carbon black, graphite (foamed and non-foamed) having fire resistance and fire resistance.
And other flame retardant materials. The waterproof seam plate B is, for example, shown in FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 7, a horizontal cross section 6 and a waterproof piece 7 protruding upward from both left and right ends of the roof 6 and a waterproof surface 8 protruding upward from the upper end of the roof 6 are formed in a concave shape in cross section. It was done. The seam 6 is provided on the back of the vertical joint, as shown in FIG.
It is formed as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 and is arranged as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 on the back surface of the upper hard roofing material A and sandwiched between upper and lower hard roofing materials A. is there. As shown in FIG. 6B, the length of the hard roof material A is L,
As shown in FIG. 5A, assuming that the length of the waterproof seam plate B is 1, a relationship of L = 1 is desirable. Of course, the relationship of L> l and L <l may be used depending on the overlapping dimension of the hard roofing material A. Both the waterproofing piece 7 and the waterproofing surface 8 are covered with the roof foundation α by rainwater or the like that has invaded from the vertical joints and climbs over the waterproofing floor plate B.
Formed so as not to penetrate into the roof, preventing rain leakage, roof base α
It is formed to prevent the corrosion of steel. Examples of the material include various steel plates such as aluminum, stainless steel, steel, and copper, and plastic resins and FRP resins formed by press molding, extrusion molding, or the like. What has been described above is an embodiment of the mounting structure of the hard roof material according to the present invention, and FIGS. 10 (a) to 10 (l).

(M) is a cross-sectional view showing another example of the cross-sectional view of the hard roofing material A. FIG. 15 is a sectional view showing a structure in the case where the packing material P is not formed between the hard roof materials A. As a matter of course, like a new roof tile, the waterproof property can be enhanced by setting the vertical overlap of the hard roofing material A to be at least half the width of the hard roofing material A. FIGS. 16 (a)-(c) -FIG. 19 (a)-
(D) is an explanatory view showing another embodiment of the waterproof seam board B. 17 (a) to (d) to FIG. 19 (a) to
In (d), (b) is a cross-sectional view of (a), (d)
The figure is a sectional view of the figure (c). Reference numeral 8a denotes a fixing piece, which is a part for fixing the waterproof floor panel B to the roof foundation α. FIGS. 20 (a) and 20 (b) show a support C for fixing the hard roof material A as shown in FIG. Fixing hole 10, rising piece 11 having one end or middle of fixing surface 9 vertically bent, both right and left holding pieces 12 having the tip of rising piece 11 bent in parallel with fixing surface 9, and the tip of holding piece 12 Are formed from an L-shaped fitting piece 13 and a fitting groove 14 having a substantially U-shaped cross section formed by the fitting piece 13 and the pressing piece 12. The material and the forming method are the same as those of the waterproof floor panel B described above. As shown in FIG.

It is supported and fixed so that it does not exist. The fitting piece 13 and the fitting groove 14 are inserted into the hollow hole H of the lower connecting portion 2 of the hard roof material A to be integrated therewith, and are for fixing the lower end portion of the upper hard roof material A. . Of course, it is possible to construct the hard roofing material A by directly placing it on the hard roofing material A with the fixing tool β and fixing it with the supporting material C, or by constructing the hard roofing material A only with the supporting material C. And the hard roofing material A can be fixed without directly casting. As described above, according to the mounting structure for a hard roof material according to the present invention, since the hard roof material has a hollow hole, the waterproof property is improved. The temperature rise on the roof surface in summer can be suppressed. The weight can be reduced. A ceramic plate has good light resistance. Since the cover piece is formed, the waterproof property is improved. Hollow holes are not visible from the outside. Further, the waterproof joints are formed, so that the waterproofness of the vertical joints is improved. There are features and effects.
