Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a polyolefin foam sheet with an adhesive which can be adhered at a relatively low temperature when heated and bonded without causing blocking due to a storage state. [0002] As a polyolefin foam sheet with an adhesive, a polyolefin foam sheet coated with a solvent-based adhesive or a water-based emulsion adhesive has been conventionally used. Recently, an adhesive using a hot melt adhesive has appeared as such an adhesive (see JP-A-6-31840). [0003] However, polyolefin foam sheets with an adhesive are generally very bulky, and are stored in rolls or sheets in a laminated form for storage. Sometimes. Therefore, in summer, the temperature rises to about 70 ° C., and the adhesive applied to the sheets may cause a blocking phenomenon such that the sheets are bonded to each other and cannot be used. In addition, such sheets are often used as a heat insulating material on the back side of steel plate roofs in factories, etc., and when bonding, heat the steel plate and reactivate the adhesive applied with the heat. And a method of separately bonding with an adhesive. At the time of reactivation by heating, a material which can be bonded by heating at a temperature as low as possible is desired. As described above, contradictory performances of blocking resistance and low-temperature adhesiveness are required for polyolefin foam sheets with an adhesive, and a type that applies both hot melt adhesives has been reported to satisfy both of these properties. It is not the fact. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present inventors have conducted intensive studies to solve the problems of the above-mentioned conventional polyolefin foam sheet with an adhesive, and as a result, have reached the present invention. is there. That is, an object of the present invention is to provide a polyolefin foam sheet with an adhesive which simultaneously satisfies the conflicting performances of blocking resistance and low-temperature adhesion. [0005] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a polyolefin foam sheet having a surface coated with an adhesive by hot melt, wherein the adhesive is a synthetic rubber, Provided is a polyolefin foam sheet with an adhesive, comprising a tackifier resin and a wax, wherein the wax comprises at least one of paraffin wax, purified paraffin wax and Fischer-Tropsch wax. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail. In the present invention, the polyolefin used as a main component of the polyolefin foam sheet is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include polyethylene, polypropylene, and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. These polyolefins may be used alone or in combination of two or more. The polyolefin-based foam sheet in the present invention contains, for example, the above-mentioned polyolefin as a main component, a foaming agent and, if necessary, a crosslinking agent, a polyfunctional monomer, a coloring agent,
After forming the composition obtained by adding and mixing the filler and the like into a sheet, crosslinking is performed by irradiating, if necessary, by heating at a temperature not higher than the decomposition temperature of the blowing agent, and then the decomposition temperature of the blowing agent It is obtained by heating and foaming as described above. In the above step, crosslinking and foaming may be performed simultaneously to obtain a polyolefin foam sheet. The polyolefin foam sheet thus obtained is not particularly limited, but preferably has an expansion ratio of 2 to 100 times and a thickness of 2 to 100 mm. Is preferred.
If the expansion ratio is less than 2 or the thickness is less than 2 mm, the heat insulation and sound insulation may be insufficient. If the expansion ratio exceeds 100 times or the thickness exceeds 100 mm, the strength and workability may be reduced. May decrease. The cell structure of the foam sheet is not particularly limited, but is preferably a closed cell.
Closed cells are preferred because they have excellent heat insulation and cushioning properties, and even if a primer is applied to the surface, the primer does not penetrate into the interior of the foam sheet. It can be present. In the present invention, the hot melt adhesive used as the adhesive contains synthetic rubber, tackifier resin and wax. As the synthetic rubber, a styrene-conjugated diene block copolymer or a hydrogenated resin thereof is used, for example, a styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer or a hydrogenated resin thereof, a styrene-isoprene-styrene copolymer or a hydrogenated resin thereof. Resins. Of these, styrene-butadiene-
The styrene copolymer is hereinafter abbreviated as “SBS”. As the tackifying resin, those generally used for hot melt adhesives can be used.
Specific examples include rosin-based resins, terpene-based resins, aliphatic petroleum resins, and aromatic petroleum resins, and preferably have a ring and ball softening point of 100 to 150 ° C. These tackifier resins may be used alone depending on the compatibility with other adhesive components and the type of adherend, or 2
A mixture of two or more types may be used. The wax must be at least one of paraffin wax, purified paraffin wax and Fischer-Tropsch wax.
That is, a plurality of types may be mixed and used. The melting point of the wax is preferably 70 ° C. or higher in order to suppress blocking, and is preferably 110 ° C. or lower in order to suppress the temperature at which the heat is reactivated at a low temperature. The mixing ratio of the wax is 1 to 1 of the whole adhesive.
0% by weight is preferred. If it is less than 1% by weight, the effect of suppressing blocking is low, and if it exceeds 10% by weight, the adhesiveness may be reduced. As other components, additives such as stabilizers can be used. Phenols as stabilizers,
Examples include various heat stabilizers such as phosphorus-based and sulfur-based, and antioxidants. In order to obtain the polyolefin foam sheet with an adhesive of the present invention, for example, a hot melt adhesive is applied to an unfoamed foamable sheet with a coating machine such as a die coater or a roll coater, and then the foamed sheet with an adhesive is applied. A method of heating and foaming the conductive sheet is used. Examples (Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2) The following raw materials were used. Synthetic rubber: SBS, "Asaprene T-" manufactured by Asahi Kasei Corporation
438 "Tackifying resin: Rosin modified resin Arakawa Chemical Co., Ltd." Super Ester A-125 "softening point 125 ° C Tackifying resin: Rosin modified resin Arakawa Chemical Co.," Super Ester A-100 "softening point 100 ° C. NP-9 "Phenolic antioxidant:" Irganox 1010 "manufactured by Ciba-Geigy Co., Ltd. <Preparation of hot-melt adhesive> Each raw material is blended in the ratio shown in Table 1, and is heated and melted at 180 ° C. to be uniform. To obtain a hot melt adhesive. <Application of Adhesive> The adhesive heated and melted at 200 ° C. was applied to an unfoamed polyethylene foam sheet with a knife coater, and heated and foamed in an oven at 300 ° C. to obtain a polyolefin foam sheet with an adhesive. The amount of the applied adhesive was 12 g / m 2 after foaming, and the foaming ratio was 30 times. <Evaluation of Blocking Property> A polyolefin foam sheet coated with an adhesive is held at 70 ° C. for 24 hours under a load of 1 N per cm 2 with an adhesive-coated surface and an uncoated surface superposed on each other. did. After taking out the foamed sheet, the sheet was peeled off to evaluate whether it could be easily peeled off. The evaluation criteria are shown in Table 1 as ○ when easily deployable, Δ when there is resistance but no material breakage, and X when there is material breakage. <Adhesiveness> A polyolefin foam sheet coated with an adhesive was placed on a colored steel sheet (5 cm × 15 cm) heated on a hot plate at 90 ° C., and was bonded once by one-way pressing with a 4 kg roller. Immediately thereafter, it was removed from the hot plate and allowed to cool. The foamed sheet was peeled off when the temperature of the steel plate reached room temperature, and the material fracture rate was observed to evaluate the adhesiveness. The evaluation criterion is as follows.
The results are shown in Table 1, where 40% is represented by Δ and less than 40% is represented by ×. [Table 1] The polyolefin foam sheet with an adhesive of the present invention is constituted as described above, and contains paraffin wax, paraffin wax as an adhesive wax containing synthetic rubber, tackifier resin and wax. Since at least one of purified paraffin wax and Fischer-Tropsch wax is used, it is possible to provide a polyolefin-based foam sheet that can be adhered at a low temperature during heating and bonding without blocking even during storage, and is practical. The effect is great.
