ク状や環状の吊り具を一体に射出成形し、その吊り具を
付けたままプリフォームをボトルに延伸ブロー成形する

吊り具の付け忘れや使用中の脱落は皆無となるなどのこ
とから、一体成形によるものが強く望まれている。 【0004】環状の吊り掛け部と外底面に突設した連結
部とによる吊り具を、ボトル底部に一体成形によるもの
としては、プリフォームの射出成形時に吊り具も一体成
形することが知られている。この場合の課題は、吊り具

厚肉の連結部52を引張りにより薄肉に延伸して、配向
により吊り具5に引張及び曲げ強度を付与したものから

Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 【請求項1】 結晶性樹脂によるプリフォームと、その
外底面に突設した環状の吊り具とを射出成形により一体
成形し、そのプリフォームをブロー成形して製造した薄
肉のボトルであって、上記吊り具を環状の吊り掛け部と
離型後に延伸可能な熱量を有する厚肉の連結部とから構
成し、その連結部を引張りにより薄肉に延伸して、配向
により吊り具に引張及び曲げ強度を付与してなることを
特徴とする底部に吊り具を有するプラスチックボトル。
Claims: 1. A thin wall formed by integrally molding a preform made of a crystalline resin and an annular hanger projecting from an outer bottom surface thereof by injection molding, and then blow molding the preform.
