水を処理するか、あるいは薬剤を注入して殺菌すること

ップへの給水作業、又は薬剤注入作業が必要であり、定
期的な作業を忘れたりすることがあった。 【0004】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は、給水や薬剤
注入作業を軽減乃至停止させるために、排水トラップ内
に殺菌灯6を装着し、トラップ内の側面及び底面に光触
媒材を溶射又は焼付7かつ水面上部に変形球状ろ材の酸
化チタン8を配置し、さらにトラップ内に熱水の断続的
な供給を行うことにより、封水に増殖する雑菌乃至微生
物を死滅させ、外部との菌遮断を可能にし、トラップ内
に付着した油成分を分離排出させて、衛生度を著しく高
めた脱着可能な床用排水トラップを開発しようとするも
のである。 【0005】 【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、排水トラップ
の封水の中に市販されている殺菌灯6を装着し、封水内
に増殖する雑菌乃至微生物を死滅させるとともに、トラ
ップ内面に光触媒を溶射又は焼付することにより、殺菌
灯6より発生する紫外線を利用し、トラップ内の有機物
を酸化還元し、水と酸化物に分解して汚れを自然分解し
脱臭効果を生じさせたり、菌類の細胞膜を分解して殺菌
を行う。又、熱水器から熱水注入口5を通して断続的に
熱水をトラップ本体3に注ぎ込み、封水内に増殖する雑
菌乃至微生物を死滅させるものである。なお、これらの
作業は制御盤にて制御し、自動的に行う。 【0006】 【作用】本発明の作用を述べると、排水トラップの封水
内に増殖する雑菌乃至微生物を殺菌灯・光触媒作用・熱
水の供給により死滅させることができ、外部との菌遮断
を可能にしてトラップ機能を維持改善させ、衛生的な効
果が向上された床用排水トラップを提供することができ
る。 【0007】しかも断続的に熱水を供給することによ
り、封水の水量不足が原因となってトラップ機能が損な
われることを防止でき、排水口からの悪臭及び有害ガス
の逆流を防止することができる。 【0008】現代では、医療施設や食品工場等におい
て、建築物、電気供給施設、給水施設、空調施設に関し
ては、目に見えない空気中の雑菌や微生物及び塵埃など
の除去に考慮が払われているが、排水トラップ内の封水
に増殖する雑菌乃至微生物を死滅させて、外部との菌遮
断を可能にして、本来のトラップ機能を維持改善して衛
生的な効果を向上させることがなかったが、本発明はそ
れを改善した。 【0009】 【実施例】今回の発明は、トラップ本体3の封水4に接
触する殺菌灯6を装着し、制御盤にて制御し、トラップ
蓋1から流入する排水が排水トラップ内で残存した封水
に増殖する雑菌乃至微生物を死滅させる。 【0010】今回の発明は、トラップ本体3の封水4に
接触するトラップ側面及び底面に酸化チタンの光触媒材
を溶射又は焼付し、かつ水面上部に変形球状酸化チタン
を配置し、殺菌灯6より発生する紫外線を利用し、トラ
ップ内の有機物を酸化還元し、水と酸化物に分解して汚
れを自然分解し脱臭効果を生じさせたり、菌類の細胞膜
を分解して、封水に増殖する雑菌乃至微生物を死滅させ
る。 【0011】今回の発明は、トラップ本体3に湯沸器又
は給湯管から供給された熱水が熱水注入口5から断続的
に注ぎ込むことによりトラップ内の封水切れを防止する
とともに、封水の水温を70℃で30分間保持できるよ
うに制御盤で制御し、熱によって封水に増殖する雑菌乃

とができるばかりか、外部との菌遮断を可能にした。
