As disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-71533, as shown in FIG. 8, a pocket is formed on the back side of a wire net with a retaining sheet or a fishing net, and the pocket is laid on the slope. The above-mentioned pockets are filled with a vegetation base material, and the one disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-3799 discloses a method in which rods are provided at predetermined intervals on a line suspended from the shoulder as shown in FIG. The method of attaching a soil retaining sheet to a pocket, fixing it by hanging it in a pocket, and filling the pocket with a vegetation base material, and the method disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-78588 are as shown in FIG. The ropes are sequentially attached to the tops of anchors etc. driven into the surface and extended laterally while floating from the slope, forming a pocket between the upper rope and the lower rope. Stretch a net and fill the pockets with vegetation base material. It is intended to.

However, according to the conventional greening method of forming pockets on the slope, the soil retaining sheet forming the pockets is a single layer, so that when the strength is not sufficient, the vegetation filled inside is filled. It tears due to the weight of the base material,
There was a problem of cutting. This is because, in particular, the soil retaining sheet itself must be made of a material and a structure through which the roots of the plant can penetrate, and further, it will be deteriorated with time due to the ultraviolet rays of the irradiated sunlight.
It is also possible to cover the surface of the soil retaining sheet with a heat insulating material for the purpose of protecting the vegetation base material in the pocket from freezing and thawing to improve weatherability, but the heat insulating material is generally a thin polyethylene sheet. Since it is formed of a sheet made of a material that is weak against ultraviolet rays, there is a problem that the deterioration is rapid and the heat insulating effect is lost promptly.

Further, since the anchor is first installed on the slope and then the soil retaining sheet is laid, the anchor portion of the laid soil retaining sheet is in a protruding state, which is poorly fitted and the opening of the pocket portion becomes narrow. There is a drawback that.

Further, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-71533, when a pocket is formed on the back surface of a wire net, it is difficult to handle because it is bulky as a whole when it is stored and transported as a roll. Since the grain size of the vegetation base material depends on the mesh, it is necessary to prepare a grain size that can pass through beforehand, and it is not possible to use coarse grain such as soil generated at the site, and workability is reduced. It is both bad and economically disadvantageous.

Furthermore, as disclosed in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 7-3799, in the case where bar members are attached at predetermined intervals to the rope suspended from the shoulder and the earth retaining sheet is suspended and fixed in a pocket shape. Has a problem that the load is concentrated on the anchor installed on the shoulder, and in particular, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-3
In the case of construction on site with a steep slope, such as those presented in Japanese Patent Publication No. 799 and Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-78588, not only is installation difficult, but a stop that stops vertical and horizontal members. There was also a problem that many special tools such as metal fittings had to be used.

By using the bent portion of the soil retaining sheet in the front portion of the pocket formed of the soil retaining sheet, the front portion of the pocket is folded back to form a double structure, thereby improving durability and weather resistance. . Also, because it is done by fixing the horizontal bar inserted inside the bent part at the top of the anchor installed on the slope, not only special tools such as fasteners are not required, but also the laying work is easy. In addition, since the opening of the pocket is wide open, it is not necessary to use a vegetation base material having a predetermined particle size.
