In the conventional structure, the catheter d is inserted into the channel for inserting the treatment tool of the endoscope a.
When inserting or removing the catheter, an operator such as an operator grasps the catheter d with fingers and pushes the catheter d into the treatment instrument insertion channel of the endoscope a little by little, or the treatment instrument of the endoscope a. It is done manually by pulling out the catheter d from the insertion channel. Therefore, since the magnitude of the operation force for pushing the catheter d during the work of pushing the catheter d into the treatment instrument insertion channel of the endoscope a varies widely, the operation force for pushing the catheter d is smaller than an appropriate magnitude. If it becomes large, there is a problem that the catheter d buckles.
