Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a product storage rack of a vending machine in which a width of a product passage of a product column is set by a movable side plate. 2. Description of the Related Art Serpentine type product storage racks shown in FIGS. 11 (a), (b) and FIG. 12 have been proposed as this type of product storage rack (dual type) 1. FIG. In this product storage rack 1, fixed side plates 11a and 11b are arranged on the left and right as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 11 (b), a plurality of arc plates 12 are arranged in front and back, and a product column 13 extending vertically between the fixed side plates 11a, 11b and the arc plate 12 is formed. Product inlet 1
4, cans, bottles, and PET bottle products (not shown) are stored in the product column 13.
3 are carried out one by one from the commodity carrying-out device 15 below. [0004] By the way, the length of the product (axial dimension for cylindrical cans, height for bottles and PET bottles)
Varies in accordance with the type of product, and in order to store and carry out these various products in a common product storage rack, the width dimension of the product column 13 is adjusted according to the product length, and an appropriate product passage width W1 is set. , W2. As a means for adjusting the width of the product passage, there are provided a movable side plate 15 extending vertically above and below the product column 13, and a side plate fixing member 17 extending in the lateral direction of the product column 13. The side plate fixing member 17 has a hook groove 17.
a, 17b, and 17c are formed at intervals (three in FIGS. 11 and 12).
a, 17b, 17c hook the upper part of the movable side plate 16,
Thereby, the product passage widths W1 and W2 between the movable side plate 16 and the one fixed side plate 11a are appropriately set. A guide mechanism 18 is arranged vertically between the movable side plate 16 and the other fixed side plate 11b in order to facilitate the operation of moving the movable side plate 16 in the left-right direction. As shown in FIG. 12, the guide mechanism 18 has a vertically extending guide groove 18 a in the movable side plate 16, and the other fixed side plate 1.
1b has a mounting frame 18b, and the guide groove 18a and the mounting frame 18b are connected by a connecting frame 18c.
When the fixed position of the movable side plate 16 is changed, the movable side plate 16 is supported by the guide mechanism 18, and the moving operation of the movable side plate 16 is simplified. [0006] Although the product passage widths W1 and W2 of the product column are set arbitrarily as described above,
Just by fixing the movable side plate 16 to the side plate fixing member 17,
When a product is stored in the product column 13, vibration and impact are applied to the movable side plate 16 and the movable side plate 16 is pushed out toward the other fixed side plate 11b, and the entire movable side plate 16 is inclined toward the fixed side plate 11b. Tend. Here, when the movable side plate 16 is attached to the hooking groove 17a located immediately near the fixed side plate 11b,
The inclination of the movable side plate 16 is regulated by the fixed side plate 11b. Further, when the movable side plate 16 is attached to the hook groove 17c farthest from the fixed side plate 11b, small products corresponding to narrow product passage widths are stored, so that the vibration and shock at the time of storing the products is not so large. Movable side plate 16
Is not so large. However, when the movable side plate 16 is attached to the hook groove 17b near the fixed side plate 11b, the inclination of the movable side plate 16 cannot be restricted by the fixed side plate 11b, and the product length is slightly longer. Is stored, the vibration and shock at the time of product introduction are somewhat large, and the movable side plate 16
The inclination of becomes large. Therefore, there is a problem that the inclination of the movable side plate 16 causes the product passage width on the lower side of the movable side plate 16 to be larger than the set product passage width, which causes a problem such as product clogging. In order to solve such a problem, when attaching the movable side plate 16 to the hook groove 17b, a spacer (not shown) is provided on the fixed side plate 11b to prevent the movable side plate 16 from being inclined.
