リップを締め付けているボルトが緩んだとしても、回転
防止板によってZクリップのボルト回りの回転を防止す
ることができる。これにより、Zクリップをアングルに
溶接する必要がなくなり、施工能率の向上が図れると共
にZクリップの塗膜を高熱により破壊することがなく、
煙や悪臭が発生することもない。又、Zクリップを固定
するボルトやナットの数を増やす必要もなく、取付作業
の煩雑化を防ぎ且つコストの高騰を防ぐことができる。
本発明に係る回転防止板は、構成が簡単であるから安価
に製造することができ、取り扱いも簡単であるから施工
能率が向上し、しかも施工後の安全を保障する等の優れ
た効果を奏する。
