Claims (7)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 夫々ドーナツ状区画壁で仕切って破砕用
小前室、第一乾燥室、第二乾燥室、および飛散用小後室
を形成してなる横倒し円筒状の処理槽を有していて、処
理槽の外側には、その外周面の大部分を包囲状とするよ
うにした加熱匡体が一体化されると共に、該加熱室と第
一乾燥室とを熱風供給ダクトで直接連通状となるように
する一方、当該処理槽の軸心方向に沿って、破砕用小前
室に対応する位置には外周に破砕刃を突設した回転ドラ
ム、第一乾燥室および第二乾燥室に対応する位置には弦
巻状配置で適宜間隔置きに突設状となる複数本の撹拌用
アーム、飛散用小後室に対応する位置には放射状配置の
複数枚の送風翼を有する羽根付き回転板が夫々一体化さ
れてなる横軸型回転軸を、各室を串刺し状とするように
して処理槽中心軸に略合致させて配した上、それらを同
時に外部動力源によって低速回転し得るようにしたこと
を特徴とする生ゴミ処理機。
1. 乾燥室から第一乾燥室方向に推進するパドルスクリュー
コンベヤを内装したコンベヤボックスで連通状となるよ
うにする一方、該コンベヤボックスを含む処理槽の外側
には、その外周面の大部分を包囲状とするようにした加
熱匡体が一体化され、該加熱匡体と同加熱匡体によって
包囲された処理槽外周面との間に加熱室を設けた上、当
該処理槽の破砕用小前室には、生ゴミ投入ホッパーの下
端を連通状となるようにし、同処理槽の飛散用小後室上
方適所には、粉粒状乾燥ゴミ沈降回収用のサイクロン上
端に通じるダクトが連結されてなるものとしたことを特
徴とする生ゴミ処理機。
