2. Description of the Related Art When advancing a washing process, it is necessary to supply water to a set water level in an outer tub (laundry / dehydration tub). For the water supply up to the set water level, the water supply time to the set water level is calculated by the control device according to the previously assumed standard water supply flow rate, and the water supply operation for the time calculated from the start of water supply is performed.
After checking whether the water level has reached the set water level, the next operation control is performed.

More specifically, referring to FIG. 2, in the washing course, the control device calculates the set water level (P) according to the amount of laundry in the washing / dehydrating tub. Furthermore, a predetermined time (t) required for water supply is calculated based on a water supply flow rate assumed in advance (assumed water supply flow rate), and water supply is started for a predetermined time (t).
After passing, measure the water level. Then, if the measured water level is equal to or higher than the set water level (P), the water supply operation is terminated and the next operation is performed.

When shifting to the dehydration step, the water in the outer tub (washing and dehydrating tub) is drained. In the case of drainage, the control device calculates a predetermined time until the water in the outer tub disappears according to the drainage flow rate assumed in advance, and after the predetermined time elapses, the water level is confirmed and the next operation is performed.

However, the flow rate of water supply is
The installation environment of an electric washing machine, particularly the floor of a high-rise residential area or the thickness of a water pipe and the time of day, has a significant effect, and depending on the installation environment, it may be used in an environment far below the assumed water supply flow rate. . In such a case, the water supply operation is continuing (not completed) even after the set predetermined time has passed,
The water supply up to the set water level cannot be satisfied within the predetermined time, so that the control device determines that the water supply is abnormal and stops the operation.

That is, in the installation environment with a low water supply flow rate shown in FIG. 2, since the water supply water level after a predetermined time (t) calculated and set is much lower than the set water level (P) and does not reach the target water level, It is determined that the water supply is abnormal.

Further, in the water supply by the bath water supply pump for washing with the remaining hot water in the bath, the water supply flow rate varies depending on the installation form of the water supply hose. Therefore, as in the case of water supply by tap water, if the water supply up to the set water level cannot be satisfied even after a lapse of a predetermined time, it is determined that the water supply is abnormal and the operation is stopped.

Further, in the drainage as well, the drainage flow rate changes due to the circumstances of the drainage system, and a situation occurs in which the drainage flow rate assumed in advance is not satisfied. In that case, since the drainage cannot be completed within the predetermined time even though the drainage operation is continuing, the control device determines that the drainage is abnormal and stops the operation. According to the present invention, the water supply / drainage is continued while the water supply / drainage is substantially performed, and the water supply / drainage time with respect to the set water level is set according to the installation environment (water supply time abnormality). When it exceeds the judgment criteria, drainage time abnormality judgment criteria), it is judged as a water supply / drainage abnormality, the operation is stopped, and the abnormality is notified to prevent operation stop affected by the installation environment and hinder washing. Abnormal water supply and drainage that requires a long time such as coming will be judged early and stopped and notified.

When the water supply solenoid valve 21 is opened to start the water supply, the water level in the outer tub 5 (washing / dehydrating tub 2) changes with the passage of time at the normal water supply pressure and the characteristic curve of the normal water supply flow rate. To do. This water level information is input to the control device 17 as a water level signal from the water level sensor 16. The controller 17 measures the water level at regular time intervals (t) and compares the measured water level with the water level measured last time. For example, the water level measured at t4 is compared with the measured water level at t3.
Then, as a result of the comparison, if the water level has increased (Δp1), it is determined that the water is being supplied, and water supply is continued, and water is supplied up to the set water level (P). When water supply up to the set water level is completed, the next operation is performed.

However, when the water supply flow rate is small due to the installation environment of the electric washing machine, the water level in the outer tub 5 changes according to the characteristic curve of the low water supply flow rate shown in FIG. 3 as the water supply time elapses.
In the case of the normal water supply flow rate, the required water supply time up to the set water level (P) is t4, but when the water supply amount is reduced to a low water supply flow rate, the water level at time t4 is P2. However, compared with the water level at time t2, the water is supplied up to the set water level, although it is longer than the water supply time at the normal water supply flow rate by continuously supplying water because it increases (Δp2).

Similarly, for drainage, the water level is measured with reference to the water level signal from the water level sensor 16 at regular intervals after the start of drainage. If the measured water level is lower than the previously measured water level, it is determined that the water is being drained, and drainage is continued. Even in an installation environment where the discharge flow rate is low due to the circumstances of the discharge system,
If it is lower than the water level measured last time, drain the water continuously. It will be longer than the normal drainage time, but drain until the completion.

Therefore, when the control device 17 detects a water level change amount based on the water supply / drainage flow rate that cannot occur due to the influence of the installation environment of the electric washing machine, the control device 17 determines that the water supply / drainage flow rate is abnormal, and stops the operation. If the water supply / drainage time reaches the set water level even after a long time that would interfere with washing, the water supply / drainage time is judged to be abnormal and the operation is stopped The configuration is such that abnormal control is performed to notify.

Regarding the water supply, it is less than the low water supply flow rate that occurs due to the influence of the installation environment, and the extremely low water supply flow rate that occurs due to an erroneous operation (specifically, for example, forgetting to open the faucet). Set a threshold value (water supply flow rate judgment standard) to the water level change amount (Δp3) that does not substantially change, and judge whether the water level increase amount in the water supply is greater than or equal to this threshold value. If the value is greater than or equal to the value, it is determined that the water supply is in progress, and if it is less than the threshold value, it is determined that there is an abnormality in the water supply path. Also,
If water cannot be supplied up to the set water level within a threshold value (water supply time abnormality determination standard) set at a predetermined time such that washing cannot be completed within the time for practical use with such water supply, A water supply time abnormality determination is performed that determines that the water supply time is too long when a predetermined time has elapsed.

The determination of abnormality in the water supply flow rate and the drainage flow rate is performed by
Although it can be realized in a relatively short time, it takes a relatively long time to judge the abnormality in the water supply time and the drainage time.
In particular, the water supply time abnormality determination criterion is set to a time longer than the time (for example, 30 minutes) required to supply water to the set water level at a low water supply flow rate. Therefore, in this embodiment, the water supply time abnormality determination criterion (threshold value) is set according to the installation environment (water supply flow rate) of the electric washing machine so that the water supply time abnormality determination can be realized relatively early.
