2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, in order to realize a highly information-oriented society, full-scale efforts have been made to develop an information network system using optical fiber cables. In addition, full-scale efforts have begun on the underground cable business for electric cables that will improve the aesthetics of the town. In order to insert these cables and protect them in the ground, flexible cable protection tubes made of synthetic resin are used. This flexible cable protection tube is light and durable, and
Since it can be laid on a curved route, a long one is usually used for its construction purpose. As such a cable protection tube, a cable traction line (nominal line) is previously inserted through the tube in consideration of the cable drawing work. This traction line is used to draw a predetermined light or electric cable into the pipe after laying the cable protection pipe in the construction area. As the traction line, in recent years, instead of a metal wire, a case where a rope made of synthetic fiber is used, which is not likely to rust even if left unattended until the cable is pulled in, is increasing.

When the cable protection tube is used, the cable is pulled in by connecting a predetermined cable to one end of the traction line and then pulling the other end of the traction line. Therefore, in order to connect the cables and pull the pull line, both ends of the pull line must be pulled out from both ends of the flexible cable protection tube. In particular, since these protection tubes are generally very long, once the end of the traction line is pulled into the tube, it becomes difficult to pull the end out of the mouth of the protection tube again. Become. In some cases, extremely troublesome work such as blowing compressed air from the other end of the protective tube to blow the traction line is required, so both ends of the traction line can always be pulled out from both ends of the pipe. Is sometimes important.

By the way, because of its long length, the cable protection tube is wound up at the time of manufacture with the traction line inserted through the tube, and is shipped and transported in a state in which a so-called tongue is wound. FIG. 6 is an explanatory view showing a state in which the tube is wound up. In addition, in each of the following drawings, the same reference numerals indicate the same parts. In FIG. 6, the traction line 3 is inserted into the flexible cable protection tube 2. The traction line 3 is wound along the inner peripheral side of the tube 2 wound during manufacturing. The cable protection tube in the state in which the toro is wound is extended and laid by the construction worker at the time of use. FIG. 7 is a sectional view showing a state in which the pipe 2 in the wound state shown in FIG. 6 is extended. Here, as described above, the traction line 3 in the pipe is the wound pipe 2
Since it is wound along the inner peripheral side, the total length of the traction line 3 is shorter than the total length of the pipe 2 extended during construction. Therefore, if the traction line 3 is cut at the end position of the pipe 2 in the wound state, the traction line 3 will be pulled deeper than the pipe opening 21 when the pipe 2 is laid.

[0006] However, when the product is rolled or folded and inserted into the pipe as described above, the rope is often entangled due to vibration during transportation and transportation, and it is often impossible to obtain a necessary amount of extra length during use. It was In addition, the length of the auxiliary member to be attached varies depending on the pipe manufacturing operator, and in some cases, the required amount of extra length cannot be obtained during construction. In addition, it is necessary to measure the length of the rope as an attached auxiliary member, attach it to the tow line, fold the auxiliary member, and insert it into the pipe at the same time as the production of the cable protection pipe. Was a heavy burden.

Next, the traction line auxiliary member of the present invention will be described. FIG. 3 is a plan view showing an example of the traction line assisting member of the present invention. In FIG. 3, only the outline of the repeated portion in the center is omitted by a two-dot chain line. The traction line assisting member 4 is formed by knitting a single rope 4a made of synthetic fiber so that it can be unwound from the connecting end portion 5, and thin knitting is adopted as a knitting method. Other methods of knitting that can be solved include various methods such as “long knitting” and “lilian knitting”. The material of the rope 4a may be the same as the usual one, and may be the same as or different from the traction line, but is preferably a polyamide fiber or a polyester fiber. Further, since it is required that the rope 4a is not easily cut in the pipe, the thickness of the rope 4a is preferably 2 mm or less in diameter.
It is preferably 5 mm and the breaking tension is 1000 N or more. The length of the rope to be braided is determined in consideration of the laying route and pipe elongation. For example, when the extra length is determined to be 4% of the strip length, the extra length of about 7 m is provided for a 170 m tube.

Next, a method of using the traction line assisting member of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, the traction line auxiliary member 4 of the present invention is used for the cable protection tube 2 in a wound state in which the traction line 3 is inserted in the length direction. The traction line auxiliary member 4 is connected to at least one end of the traction line 3.
Specifically, one of the braided traction line auxiliary members 4 that can be unwound by pulling is the connection end 5 and one end 31 of the traction line in the pipe.
The traction line assisting member 4 is fixed to the tube mouth 21 by performing terminal treatment with the fixed end portion 6 as the fixed end portion 6 that is connected by tying to the end portion. The knitted traction line assisting member 4 is reversed in direction, and the one that cannot be unraveled by pulling is connected as a connecting end 5 by tying it to one end 31 of the towline in the pipe, and the one that can be unwound by pulling is the fixed end 6. The treatment may be performed to fix the traction line assisting member 4 to the tube mouth 21, but in this case, the braided traction line assisting member 4 is drawn into the pipe. When the traction line auxiliary member 4 is attached only to the one end 31 of the traction line 3, the other end of the traction line 3 is fixed to the other pipe port.

The tractor-containing pipe of the present invention may be formed by combining a plurality of pipes into a single multi-pass conduit system. Figure 4
[Fig. 3] is a perspective view showing a cutaway view of a multi-line conduit system. The multi-thread conduit system is roughly divided into a structure unit 7 having a short length of about 1 m, and a long cable protection pipe 2 arranged inside the unit. Depending on the shape of the structure unit 7, the number of cable protection tubes and the number of stages can be changed. In this example, three cable protection tubes 2 are installed in a single stage in the structure unit 7, and the traction line 3 is inserted into each protection tube 2. By using the multi-line conduit system, an extremely long cable protection pipe can be laid robustly and compactly and easily, and an obstacle can be bypassed. Even during this laying, the traction line assisting member is naturally unwound, and a necessary amount of extra length is supplied without being entangled.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION According to the pipe with a traction wire of the present invention, when the end portion of the traction wire is drawn into the pipe when the pipe is extended, it is used to supplement the extra length from the end of the traction wire to the pipe mouth. The traction line auxiliary member does not become entangled during transportation of the protection tube and can be spontaneously melted only when a pulling force is applied at the time of pipe drawing to supply a surplus length of a desired length. The burden on the person can be reduced. Further, the traction line assisting member of the present invention can be compactly stored without being entangled during transportation of the protective tube, and can reliably supply a desired extra length when the tube is drawn.
