Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a tire pressure alarm which is used by being mounted on a base of a tire valve. The present invention relates to a pneumatic alarm device that can be visually recognized from outside. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a method for measuring the air pressure of a tire, a method has been adopted in which an air pressure measuring instrument is fitted into a valve base provided at an air inlet of a tire or a tire tube and measured. That is, a valve core is provided inside the valve base, and the valve is opened when the valve core is pressed. When the air pressure measuring device is fitted into the valve base, the valve core is pressed, and the air inside the tire is introduced into the air pressure measuring device, whereby the air pressure is measured. [0003] There is also an apparatus for detecting a decrease in tire air pressure by detecting a rotational speed and a tire height of a tire with a sensor. [0004] However, the method of measuring air pressure using the above-mentioned conventional air pressure measuring device has the following difficulties. First, the air pressure measuring device itself and the measuring device are expensive, and it is difficult for a general driver to carry it. [0006] In recent years, many tire wheels are rich in decorativeness. However, such wheels are often located in a place where a valve base is deep, and it is often difficult to fit an air pressure measuring instrument. Furthermore, in the case of an automobile having a large number of tires, such as a truck or a bus, it takes a considerable amount of time and labor to measure the air pressure of all tires. In particular, when a truck or a bus has a double-wheel tire specification, it is difficult to measure the air pressure of the inner tire among the double-wheel tires, and it is often difficult to see even if a commercially available air pressure indicator is attached. Further, in recent years, it is often difficult to visually recognize that the tire pressure is gradually decreasing in tubeless tires for trucks and buses. Further, in general, when observing the tire air pressure, the tire flatness of a passenger car (the ratio between the width and height of the tire)
Are 65-45% series, and trucks are 7
Since there are many 0-60% series, it is difficult to determine whether the tire air pressure is normal by simple visual inspection. In view of the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art, the applicant of the present invention has previously proposed a solution with the invention according to Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-139392.
An object of the present invention is to provide a tire pressure alarm device which is an improved invention of the invention according to -139392, is inexpensive, and can easily and easily know the state of the tire pressure. [0010] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a pneumatic alarm according to the present invention has an electric circuit room for mounting a light emitting diode on an upper surface thereof and supplying power to the light emitting diode on an upper portion thereof. An outer frame having a cylinder chamber in the center thereof, a valve core pressing the valve core of the tire valve at the lower portion to open the tire valve, and a valve core pressing member for introducing air pressure into the cylinder chamber, A piston body made of a pin-type lithium battery that moves up and down in the outer frame body, a pressing spring that applies a downward biasing force to the piston body, and electricity that is provided in the electric circuit chamber and that supplies power to the light emitting diode when the piston body descends. And a circuit. Hereinafter, how the present invention configured as described above works to solve the problem will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a vertical sectional view of a tire pressure alarm according to the present invention. The tire air pressure alarm according to the present invention is used by fitting the outer frame body 20 to a base of a tire valve. When the outer frame body 20 is fitted into the base of the tire valve, the valve core pressing member 23 presses the valve core housed in the valve base. Then, the valve opens and the air pressure inside the tire is introduced into the tire pressure alarm according to the present invention. The introduced air pressure is introduced into a cylinder chamber 22 provided above the valve core pressing member 23. At this time, the pressure at which the introduced air pressure presses the piston body 30 becomes the same as the air pressure in the tire. The piston body 30 is urged downward by a pressing spring 40, and an initial setting value of the urging force is set to an appropriate value of tire air pressure, for example, 200 to 240 kilopascal for a passenger car. Then, when the air pressure in the tire falls below an appropriate value, the piston body 30 descends. The present invention includes an electric circuit 50 having a structure for supplying power to the light emitting diode 10 when the piston body 30 moves down. Therefore, when the air pressure in the tire becomes equal to or less than the appropriate value, the light emitting diode emits light. As described above, the present invention has a structure in which a decrease in air pressure is notified by light emission of the light emitting diode. As described above, since the present invention has a simple structure, it can be manufactured at a low cost. Further, once it is mounted on the valve base, the tire pressure can be easily and easily checked by visual confirmation. It is possible to know the state of
Moreover, since the tire pressure can be visually recognized by the light emission, it is possible to easily know the decrease in the tire pressure even in a tire located at a deep position such as a tire inside a double wheel tire. In addition, it is possible to provide a tire pressure alarm capable of detecting a decrease in air pressure by emitting light from the light emitting diode even in a dark place or at night. Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of a tire pressure alarm according to the present invention. The outer frame 20 is a hollow frame. The light emitting diode 10 is mounted on the upper surface of the outer frame 20. A translucent case 11 is provided to cover the light emitting diode 10. In addition, a screw thread 24 is provided at a lower portion of the outer frame body 20 so that it can be screwed to a valve base. Further, a partition plate 25 is provided inside the lower portion of the outer frame body 20. A valve core pressing member 23 is provided below the partition plate 25. The partition plate 25 is provided with an air introduction hole 26, and the air introduced from the air introduction hole 26 is introduced into the cylinder chamber 22. A piston body 30 composed of a pin type lithium battery is housed in the cylinder chamber 22 so as to be vertically movable. A pressing body 33 is provided below the piston body 30 in a shape that seals the cylinder chamber 22. The piston body 30 has a large-diameter positive electrode portion 32 slidably supported by a partition plate 27 of the outer frame body 20. A pressing spring 40 is interposed between the partition plate 27 and the pressing body 33. This pressing spring 4
0 applies a biasing force to the piston body 30 downward. The initial set value of the pressing force of the pressing spring 40 is a normal value of the tire air pressure, that is, 20 for a tire for a passenger car.
For tires for large vehicles such as trucks and buses, it is necessary to set it to 850 to 950 kPa. The piston body 30 has a pressing body 33 provided at the lower end thereof in close contact with the side wall of the cylinder chamber 22. This is because the air pressure introduced into the cylinder chamber 22 is not released.
In order to prevent air pressure leakage, V
The packing 34 is interposed. The electric circuit 5 provided in the electric circuit room 21
Numeral 0 has a structure in which the light emitting diode 10 is energized when the piston body 30 descends. That is, the piston body 30
Part 31 as a small diameter part of a pin type lithium battery constituting
An insulator 35 is provided below the lower part. Electric circuit 5
One end of 0 is in contact with the positive electrode portion 32 of the pin type lithium battery, and the other end is provided with a leaf spring-shaped adhesive piece 51. The adhesive piece 51 is attached to the adhesive piece attaching portion 2 provided on the outer frame 20.
8 attached. The adhesive piece 51 is provided so as to come into contact with the insulator 35 when the tire air pressure is at a normal value (that is, the light emitting diode 10 is not energized). On the other hand, when the tire air pressure decreases and becomes lower than the normal value, the piston body 30 descends, and the adhesive piece 51 is provided so as to come off the insulator 35 and contact the negative electrode portion 31 (that is, the light emitting diode 10 is energized). As described above, according to the present invention, when the tire air pressure falls below the normal value, power is supplied to the light emitting diode 10, and the light emitting diode 10 emits light. As described above, the present invention has a simple structure because of the structure described above, so that it can be manufactured at a low cost, and once it is mounted on the valve base, it will be visually confirmed thereafter. It is possible to easily and easily know the state of the tire pressure as it is only necessary, and because it is possible to visually check the state of the tire pressure by light emission, like the tire inside the two-wheeled tire It is possible to provide a tire pressure alarm device that can easily detect a decrease in the air pressure of a tire in a recessed position, or in a dark place or at night.
