Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that power generation using a sea wave is being developed in a research organization or the like but has not been commercialized yet, of which a cause is estimated as low strength and efficiency responding to a change of a marine weather or the like, by forming a shape corresponding to the change of the severe marine weather or the like, and obtaining high output by utilizing a change of a water surface of reciprocation of up and down movement of the wave in a U-shaped cylinder filled with waster provided in a floating structure. SOLUTION: A plurality of U-shaped cylinders are provided in the floating structure which can incline and is moored on a sea surface by a mooring rope, and are filled with water. A vibrating chamber is provided, a driving chamber and a power generation chamber are provided on an upper part. A floating body, a hydraulic circuit, a hydraulic pump, and a generator or the like are placed. A waster surface movement generated in the vibrating chamber by a swing of the floating structure is converted into rotation energy by the floating body, a balance rope, a free gear, and an inverting gear. The rotation energy is connected to the power generator through the hydraulic pump, the hydraulic circuit, and a hydraulic motor, and stable power generation output is obtained. The wave power generator is structured of a power generation part of a main body and a mooring part.

Each of the conventional methods has the following drawbacks. In the method of rotating the turbine by changing the indoor air pressure due to the rise and fall of the waves, both the floating type and the fixed type occupied a large proportion of the air chamber, and the equipment was large and the power generation efficiency was low. Further, in the case of the fixed type, it was difficult to construct a facility on a suitable place such as the coast.

[Operation] (1) The floating structure has large shaking, and the fresh water surface inside the vibration chamber of the U-shaped cylinder provided inside is open at the top, so the shaking of the floating structure causes the same as the external water surface. Rises and falls. (2) The floating body in the vibrating chamber moves up and down by shaking, and the balance rope connected to the floating body, which is composed of the wire rope, the chain, and the wire rope, meshes with the free gear, and operates only when rising. Is connected to a free gear that operates only when descending, and a gear that changes the rotation direction is added to the gear that operates when descending. Therefore, a rotating force is always applied to the generator in the same direction. give. (3) The balance rope and the balance weight respond to the vertical vibration and the horizontal vibration of the fresh water surface, and transmit a strong rotational force to the generator or the like. (4) The hydraulic circuit of the power generation chamber provides the number of rotations required for power generation, so that the floating body maintains constant speed rotation even when the floating body is in a motion stopped state at the peaks and valleys of the water surface, and stable power generation is continued.

According to the present invention, the device is locked on the seabed in a state in which the device is oriented in the direction of wave wind. Therefore, (1) it is possible to generate and supply clean electric power without consuming fuel or the like. (2) Since both the reciprocating force of the water surface moving up and down in the U-shaped cylinder of the floating structure is converted into a rotational force, the operation efficiency and the power generation efficiency are high. (3) The movable parts such as floating bodies are in contact with fresh water, and there is no influence such as rust due to salt of seawater and adhesion of marine life. (4) Easy to manufacture and install because it is a floating structure, and
It adapts to changes in sea conditions, is resistant to the impact of waves, and has high availability and maintainability. In addition, the manufacturing cost is low. (5) By installing and operating multiple power generation units, the consolidation effect is enhanced and the operation can be performed with low maintenance costs. Also, the efficiency of using the sea surface is high. (6) Compared with other methods such as solar power generation and wind power generation, the power generation operation time is long and stable high output can be obtained. (7) There is no need for a vast land like wind power generation, and problems such as noise and damage to the landscape are limited. As described above, it is a highly efficient wave power generation device and makes a great contribution to the field.
