現在使用されている発電装置は、水力、火力、原子力発
電が主力である。水力、火力発電は別に問題はないので
あるが、原子力発電となると、どうしようもない危険性
と背中合わせであって、一歩違えば人類が滅亡危機にさ
らされるのである。このような危険性極まりない原子力
発電の供給を少しでも少なくし、これに変り得える発電
装置を、人類の英知で解決しなければならない。近年、
自然界の遊休エネルギーを活用して、風力や太陽光発電
等もかなり脚光を浴びるようになってきたのは喜ばしい
ことではあるが大量に電気を供給すること等はとてもで
きない。私が苦労して発明した平成9年−362474
号(車両進行活用路面発電装置)以下引例と云う)は遊
休エネルギーを活用しての発電量は群を抜いているので
あるが最大の欠点は路面を掘削してその路面空間内に回
転帯を埋設するのであるが、これでは設置するのに労力
ならびに建設費が膨大となり又、路面空間内に埋設され
ている回転体の交換ならびに補修が容易ではなくコスト
高の原因となっていた。皮肉にも最大の長所が最大の欠
点であったのである。このようなこと位でこの秀れた遊
休エネルギーを活用する路面活用発電装置を現実化する
には低建設費低管理且つ安全と云う低コストで電気エネ
ルギーを供給できることはできないものだろうかと本発
明者は昼夜研究を重ね、ここに初めてユニットパネル式
にして、その内部に回転帯を設けたユニットを車両通行
帯の路面にセットすれば良いと云う極めて簡単であり低
建設費、低管理、低補修と云う大巾にコストを低減させ
ることに成巧した夢のような発電装置を発明するに致っ
たのである。以下にわたって図面を参照しながら説明す
る。まず第一図、第二図でも示してあるように路面にユ
ニットパネル状にできている回転帯を内蔵した発電装置
を路面に並べる。第一図は路面の部分をユニットパネル
の高さだけ低くしてその低い部分にユニット発電装置を
ならべて路面の高さを同一にしてもよいし、第二図のよ
うに普通の路面にユニットパネル発電装置をならべて、
その上を車両が通行して発電装置を稼働していることを
示すのであって、ユニットに組み込む回転帯は第三図、
第四図でも示すように逆回転防止構造にすれば車が高速
で通過しても又、急ブレーキを踏んでも逆回転防止機構
が作動するのでスリップする等と云うことはないので安
全である。第四図は発電装置が車両の回転力を利用して
電気を発電している斜視図であって、第五図は路面に設
置していること示す正面図である。以上のような構造に
できているので今までののように建設費ならびに補修管
理費等は引例と比較したならば大巾にコストは削減でき
る。遊休エネルギーを有益に且つ低コスト低管理で活用
できる夢のような車両進行活用ユニット路面発電装置で
