変速機構などに使用されるワンウェイクラッチ装置に関
し、特にトルク伝達部材としてのローラを付勢するスプ
リングの組み付け性を向上させたワンウェイクラッチ装
置に関する。

【従来の技術と課題】図1はこの発明が適用されている
ローラ型ワンウェイクラッチ10の、保持器4の一部を
切り欠いて示した正面図、図2は図1のA−A断面を示
す図であって、内輪2と外輪3の間にスプリング6によ
って付勢されているローラ5が介装され、内輪2の外周
のカム面21との組合せによって、回転力を一方向に伝
達する。22は内輪のスプライン、7はスプリングを保
持している柱、8は内外輪の間隔を保持するブロックベ
アリング、31は外輪3の軌道面をそれぞれ示してい
る。
【0003】図5はスプリングを保持する柱の構造を、
柱のみを取り出して示した説明図、図6はスプリングを
嵌め込んだところを示す図である。スプリング6は波形
スプリングであって、図は波の部分を上方から見ている
位置であって、6Pは波の頂部を、6Tは波の谷の部分
を表している。そしてスプリング6の一端の取付部61
は波の上下方向とは直角の方向に折り曲げられている。

【課題を解決するための手段】この発明では前記の欠点
を解消するために、柱のスプリング保持部の先端部分に
面取りを施し、スプリングの取付部の嵌め込み口との隙
間を大きくし、スプリングの組み付け性を向上させたも
のである。

【実施例】図3、図4はこの発明の実施例を示す図5、
図6と同様な図面であって、同じ符号は同じ部分を表し
ている。図3、図4から判るように、スプリング保持部
72の先端部分に面取りを施し、面取り部74を形成す
る。そうすることによりスプリング保持部72の先端部
分の幅が小さくなり、スプリング6の取付部61の嵌め
込み口63において、スプリング6とスプリング保持部
72の先端部分との間の隙間が大きくなり、スプリング
が嵌め込み易くなる。図4は前述の如くスプリング6を
押し込んで嵌め込み終わったところを示している。この
ようにこの発明では保持部72の先端部分に面取りを施
すことによりスプリングの組み付け性を向上させること
ができた。

【発明の効果】この発明は前述の如き構成であって、ロ
ーラ型のワンウェイクラッチのロールを付勢するスプリ
ングを保持する柱のスプリング保持部の先端部分に面取
りを施したので、スプリングの取付部の嵌め込み口にお
ける隙間が大きくなって、嵌め込み易くなりスプリング
