Field of the Invention [0002] The present invention relates to a belt fastener having a structure in which a reel is rotated in one direction using a ratchet mechanism to sequentially wind and tighten a belt. is there. 2. Description of the Related Art A belt fastener using a conventional ratchet mechanism is used for fastening a load such as a truck with a belt, and can be easily and easily tightened.
When mounting a horizontal parent rope between steel pipe columns or H-steel columns to prevent a fall worker from working at a construction site using the belt tightening tool, a mounting tool for a bracket with a pedestal to be wrapped around the steel pipe column. A proposal was made to use it. The reason is that there is no mounting bracket to attach the mounting bracket of the horizontal parent rope to the steel pipe column or H steel column at the construction site. Fall,
When removing the tensioner of the horizontal parent rope at the time of removal, there was a case where it slipped along the pillar at once and was dangerous. In addition, when installing the conventional horizontal parent rope, it is necessary to arrange a worker on each column, attach a mounting bracket, and install the horizontal parent rope while adjusting the height etc. If the mounting brackets were used, the mounting brackets could slip down during installation, and the installation could not be performed properly. As described above, in the related art, two persons are installed, but by using a bracket with a bracket using a belt fastener of a ratchet mechanism, it is possible for one person to install the horizontal parent rope. [0003] However, in the bracket with the conventional ratchet mechanism using a belt fastener, when the belt fastener is released after the horizontal parent rope is removed, tension is applied. Since the winding shaft suddenly rotates and loosens due to the tension of the belt, and the belt fasteners slide down along the pillars, which may be dangerous, it is necessary to improve the belt fasteners to suit the construction site. It came out. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention provides a belt tightening tool utilizing the above-described ratchet mechanism, comprising a brake mechanism for stopping rapid rotation when the belt is released, and a magnet provided on a main body. It sticks to the steel pipe column to prevent it from falling. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail. As in the case of a conventional belt fastener having a ratchet mechanism, the present invention is applied to both ends of a belt winding reel 3 provided with ratchet gears 2 at both ends. One end of the main body 4 and the base end of the lever 5 are rotatably fitted, and the engaging pawl urged by the springs 42 and 52 to the main body 4 and the lever 5 in the direction of engaging with the ratchet gear 2 respectively. Four
3 and 53, the lever 5 is repeatedly rotated back and forth with respect to the main body 4 so that the engaging claw 53 of the lever 5 engages with the ratchet gear 2 to rotate the reel 3, and the reel 3 In the belt tightening device in which the belt B is wound up and the engaging claw 43 of the main body 4 prevents the ratchet gear 2 from rotating in the belt withdrawing direction, the half shaft 1 of the reel 3 is used.
The release shaft 8 is supported by the side plates 41, 41 of the main body 4 in parallel therewith, and one end of the half shaft 1 and the release shaft 8 are interlocked by the gears 6, 7, so that the release shaft 8 is fitted with a gear. It has a structure provided with a brake mechanism in which a 6-thread screw 81 is threaded at the joint, a brake pad 9 is provided between the gear 7 and the main body 4, and a knob 82 is provided at the other end of the release shaft 8. is there. Furthermore, body 4
A magnet 10 is provided in the apparatus. In the brake mechanism, a six-thread screw 81 is threaded into the gear fitting portion of the release shaft 8, a brake pad 9 is provided between the gear 7 and the side plate 41 of the main body 4, and the other end of the release shaft 8 is provided. A knob 82 is provided. In FIG. 1, when the gear 6 rotates counterclockwise (the direction in which the belt is loosened), the gear 7 rotates clockwise. However, at this time, 6
Since the thread screw 81 is threaded, the gear 7 moves to the main body side, abuts against the side of the brake pad 9 provided on the main body side, the gear 7 does not rotate, and the gear 6 also does not rotate (the brake is working well). ). To release the brake,
If the knob 82 is rotated clockwise, the release shaft 8 rotates,
The gear 7 is separated from the brake pad 9 by the six-row screw 81 (moves to the nut side). Therefore, the gear 6 rotates counterclockwise in the state where the belt tension exists. But,
When the rotation of the knob 82 is stopped, the brake is applied immediately, but when the belt tension is lost, the brake is not applied. To use the belt fastener of the present application, first, the fastener is arranged at a predetermined position on the side surface of the steel pipe column, and the attached belt is wrapped around. Subsequently, the belt can be tightened by reciprocating the lever 5 in the same manner as the conventional ratchet buckle. At this time, the gear 6 rotates clockwise, and the gear 7 rotates counterclockwise, moves toward the nut and abuts the washer, and the release shaft 8 rotates without any support. Then, a horizontal parent rope is attached between rings provided on the belt, and the parent rope is tensioned by a tensioner (not shown). At the time of release of the present application, if the lever 5 is raised and rotated to the engagement claw release position in the same manner as in the related art, the brake is applied in this state (FIG. 1). That is, as shown in FIG. 7, when the half shaft 1 tries to rotate due to the tension of the belt and the gear 6 rotates to the gear 7, the gear 7 is threaded with a six-threaded screw at the fitting portion. Side to be in a pressed state. When the release shaft 8 is rotated to loosen the belt, the gear 7 is separated from the brake pad 9 as shown in FIG. 8, and at this time, the half shaft 1 is rotated by the tension of the belt. But soon gear 6
Rotates the gear 7, moves the gear 7 to the brake pad 9 side again, and the brake works. Therefore, the release axis 8
By turning the clock little by little clockwise, the belt can be released without a sudden slack of the belt. As described above, by using the belt fastener with the brake mechanism of the present invention, when the belt is released, the reel rapidly rotates, the belt is loosened, the fastener falls, and the operator's work is performed. It does not fall to your feet. Therefore, anxiety at the time of release of the worker can be eliminated, and the horizontal parent rope for fall prevention can be safely installed.
