【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、簡単な操作で確実に棒体を抱持固定できる棒体抱持金具及び足場形成方法に関するものである。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
工事現場などの危険地帯を区画し、この危険地帯に人や自転車などが侵入することを防止するため、2つ以上の下方が広がっている形状のバリケード体を並べ、この並列バリケード体を単管などの長い棒体で連結してバリケードを形成している。

ところで、バリケード体と棒体とを連結するためには、従来においては、ロープやワイヤーなどでバリケード体に棒体を縛り付ける方法や、ボルトナットによる締め付け作用を用いて棒体抱持体とバリケード体との間に棒体を抱持する方法が採用されていたが、いずれの方法も作業時間が掛かり、バリケードの組み立て作業を厄介なものにしている。更に、作業時間が掛かることによって人件費もかかってしまう。

一方、複数の棒体を交叉や平行状態に連結して足場を形成する場合には、1人が棒体を支持し、もう1人が足場用棒体抱持金具で棒体を固定するという作業形態が採用されている。これは、棒体同志を連結する足場用棒体抱持金具の操作が困難である為(安全の為に棒体を確実に抱持固定する必要があるため、必然的にボルト・ナットの回動操作等厄介な作業が必要となる。)、1人ではどうしても棒体を支持しながら足場用棒体抱持金具を操作するということができないためである。従って、この方法では人件費が2人分かかるという問題点がある。

更に、複数の棒体を連結して雪囲い等の骨組みを作る際には従来からロープやワイヤーなどで棒体を縛り付ける方法が採用されていたが、この場合も作業時間が掛かってしまう上、高所で作業する場合に作業に時間が掛かるようではそれだけ作業の危険性が高まることになり、問題であった。

また、足場を形成する際に使用される棒体抱持金具等、特に高い安全性が要求される棒体抱持金具には、棒体を抱持する状態を強固に維持する構成が要求されている。

本発明は、上記問題点を解決するもので、棒体を確実且つ極めて簡単な操作でスムーズに着脱することができ、しかも棒体を極めて強固に抱持することができる極めて実用性,作業性に秀れた棒体抱持金具及び足場形成方法を提供することを目的としている。

棒体支承部1を設けた基体2に抱持半体3を設けて前記棒体支承部1に当接せしめた棒体4に前記抱持半体3を被嵌して棒体4を抱持固定する棒体抱持金具Aであって、前記基体2の一端に前記抱持半体3の基端を枢着し、この抱持半体3の先端に係止体5を設け、基体2の他端に軸杆18を横設し、ストッパー操作体7を設け、このストッパー操作体7に長孔19を設け、この長孔19に前記軸杆18を嵌挿することでストッパー操作体7を基体2の他端に枢着し、このストッパー操作体7に前記係止体5に係止可能な係止部8を設け、このストッパー操作体7を回動操作し且つ軸杆18に対してストッパー操作体7を上方にスライド移動することで前記基体2の他端からの突出量を大きくした際、前記係止部8を前記係止体5に係脱自在に係止できるように構成し、このストッパー操作体7を前記係止体5に前記係止部8を係止した状態を保持した状態で回動操作し且つ軸杆18に対してストッパー操作体7を下方にスライド移動することで前記基体2の他端部分にこのストッパー操作体7を添設状態に回動配設し得るように構成して、前記棒体4を前記基体2の棒体支承部1と抱持半体3とで抱持した際、このストッパー操作体7を基体2の他端部分に添設状態に回動配設し且つこのストッパー操作体7の回動によりストッパー操作体7が軸杆18に対してスライド移動して前記軸杆18が前記長孔19の一端に設けた軸杆係止部20に係止することで前記係止部8が前記係止体5から係脱不能となり棒体4が抱持固定され得るように構成し、前記棒体4が抱持固定された状態において、前記ストッパー操作体7の長孔 19 から 露出する基体2にピン体 23 を挿入するための挿入孔 24 を設け、この挿入孔 24 に前記ピン体 23 を挿入することで前記ストッパー操作体7の回動及びスライドを防止できるように構成したことを特徴とする棒体抱持金具に係るものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
好適と考える本発明の実施の形態(発明をどのように実施するか)を、図面に基づいてその作用効果を示して説明する。

棒体抱持金具Aに棒体4を固定する際、先ず、棒体4を基体2の棒体支承部1に当接し、続いて、基体2の一端に枢着した抱持半体3を回動操作して前記棒体支承部1に載置した棒体4に被嵌する。

続いて、基体2の他端に枢着したストッパー操作体7を回動操作し、且つ、このストッパー操作体7を軸杆18に対して上方にスライド移動せしめて基体2の他端からの突出量を大きくし(この状態では、軸杆18が長孔19の下部側に位置することになる。)、このストッパー操作体7の係止部8を前記抱持半体3に設けた係止体5に係脱自在に係止できるようにする。

第一構成例は、棒体支承部1を設けた基体2に抱持半体3を設けて前記棒体支承部1に当接せしめた棒体4に前記抱持半体3を被嵌して棒体4を抱持固定する棒体抱持金具Aであって、前記基体2の一端に前記抱持半体3の基端を枢着し、この抱持半体3の先端に係止体5を設け、基体2の他端に軸杆18を横設し、ストッパー操作体7を設け、このストッパー操作体7に長孔19を設け、この長孔19に前記軸杆18を嵌挿することでストッパー操作体7を基体2の他端に枢着し、このストッパー操作体7に前記係止体5に係止可能な係止部8を設け、このストッパー操作体7を回動操作し且つ軸杆18に対してストッパー操作体7を上方にスライド移動することで前記基体2の他端からの突出量を大きくした際、前記係止部8を前記係止体5に係脱自在に係止できるように構成し、このストッパー操作体7を前記係止体5に前記係止部8を係止した状態を保持した状態で回動操作し且つ軸杆18に対してストッパー操作体7を下方にスライド移動することで前記基体2の他端部分にこのストッパー操作体7を添設状態に回動配設し得るように構成して、前記棒体4を前記基体2の棒体支承部1と抱持半体3とで抱持した際、このストッパー操作体7を基体2の他端部分に添設状態に回動配設し且つこのストッパー操作体7の回動によりストッパー操作体7が軸杆18に対してスライド移動して前記軸杆18が前記長孔19の一端に設けた軸杆係止部20に係止することで前記係止部8が前記係止体5から係脱不能となり棒体4が抱持固定され得るように構成した棒体抱持金具Aに係るものである。

先ず、棒体支承部1に棒体4を載置し、一方、基体2の一端に枢着されている抱持半体3を回動操作して前記棒体4に抱持半体3を被嵌させる。

このようにして、一旦、ストッパー操作体7により抱持半体3を回動操作不能にすると、例えば、不意に棒体4を上方に持ち上げる力が加えられてこの棒体4により抱持半体3が上方へ回動させられようとしても、抱持半体3の係止体5に係止された係止部8がストッパー操作体7を上方へ引っ張ろうとするが、ストッパー操作体7の長孔19内の軸杆18が軸杆係止部20に係止された状態が維持され、しかも、長孔19内の軸杆18が乗越部21を乗り越えなければストッパー操作体7はスライド移動及び上方への摺動ができず、よって、このストッパー操作体7の係止部8が係止体5を係止した状態を維持することになり、棒体4の抱持固定作用が維持されることになる。

また、棒体4の抱持固定を解除する際には、前記ストッパー操作体7を上方に回動して長孔19内の軸杆18が乗越部21を乗り越えるようにし、この操作によって係止部8と係止体5との押圧係止を解除する。

実験によれば、上記構成の棒体抱持金具Aは、棒体4に800kg以上の荷重が加わっても、ストッパー操作体7が回動したりせず、棒体4の抱持固定作用が維持されることが確認された。

第二構成例は、第一構成例において使用した棒体抱持金具Aの基体2に連結部(図示せず)を設けて2つの棒体抱持金具A・Aを連結部で連結するとともにこの連結された棒体抱持金具A・A同志が回動自在及び回動不能になるように構成し、棒体4を交叉若しくは平行に連結して足場を形成する際、例えば図示したように、2本の棒体4を交叉状態とし、この棒体4同志を前記2つ連結された棒体抱持金具Aで一旦仮連結し、続いて、この仮連結した棒体4同志を公知の足場用棒体抱持金具で連結し、その後、この足場用棒体抱持金具で連結した棒体4から前記2つ連結された棒体抱持金具A・Aを取り外し、以下、この作業の繰り返しによって棒体4を連結して足場を形成する方法に係るものである。
