Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the occurrence of an abrasive sound by simple work for a partition wall structure without stud forming a wall surface by an extrusion molding plate. SOLUTION: A partition wall of a dry method and having no stud includes an upper runner (12), a floor runner and the extrusion molding plate (2) erected vertically between both upper and lower runners. The extrusion molding plate includes rib parts (21 and 22) projected inside of the partition wall on the rear side. A groove (25) capable of inserting a side edge part (19) of the upper runner therein is formed in the upper end section of the rib parts. The partition wall has is a low friction member (50) equipped with a pair of contacted sections (51) and a coupling tie (52). The contacted sections are inserted in between the side edge part of the upper runner and the inside of the groove. The contacted parts are contacted to the side edge part (19) of the upper runner and the inside of the groove (25) in a slidable manner, and the occurrence of the abrasive sound due to the abrasion of the side edge part and the inside can be prevented.

2. Description of the Related Art As a partition wall for a dry construction method in a building or a work, a lightweight steel frame having a frame structure in which a building face material (board material) such as gypsum board or calcium silicate plate is attached to a stud of a steel stud. The partition wall is widely used for practical purposes. In this type of partition wall, the steel studs are aligned at predetermined intervals along the wall core, and the upper and lower ends of the steel studs are fixed to the upper runner and the floor runner, respectively. The board material forming the wall is attached to the runner and steel stud framework by screws, staples, adhesives, or the like.

In recent years, an abnormal noise of a partition wall, which is generated when a strong wind blows, has been regarded as a problem in middle and high-rise buildings. This kind of abnormal noise is generally called a rubbing sound, and various measures to solve the problem of rubbing sound have been proposed so far.

The rubbing noise is believed to be primarily due to building behavior or story displacement. For example, when a building vibrates for a long period during strong winds and interlayer displacement between floors occurs, an unintended forcing force or external force acts on the partition wall, and stress acts on the constituent members of the partition wall. Due to such a stress in the partition wall, the respective constituent members of the partition wall tend to be displaced relative to each other, and as a result, the members in frictional contact generate rubbing noise such as squeak noise.

In order to prevent such rubbing noise, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-14310, a low friction sliding material such as PP tape or Teflon (registered trademark) tape is used for a stud, a runner and Insert it in the contact part of the board,
Alternatively, as disclosed in Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 4-47742, a measure for connecting an upper structure such as an upper floor slab or a beam to an upper runner via a special metal fitting for reducing rubbing noise is proposed, These measures have already been put to practical use.

The generation of rubbing noise has hitherto been considered to be a problem peculiar to a light iron partition wall provided with light iron studs. Therefore, in a partition wall without studless structure (also called non-stud structure) that does not include light iron studs, for example, in a partition wall in which a ribbed board with vertical ribs or vertical ribs or an extruded plate is installed, It is considered that the problem of scratching noise does not occur, and in this type of partition wall, the occurrence of scratching noise is not regarded as a particular problem, and measures against it have not been considered.

However, it has been confirmed by the present inventors that, in the partition wall of the studless type in which the extruded plate is built between the upper and lower runners, a rubbing noise is generated similarly to the light iron partition wall. Even in this type of partition wall, the necessity of taking measures against scraping noise has been recognized.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention comprises an upper runner and a floor runner, and an extrusion plate vertically installed between the runners. In the partition wall structure of the dry method and the studless type, the molding plate has a rib portion protruding into the partition wall on the back surface, and a groove into which the side edge portion of the upper runner can be inserted is formed at the upper end portion of the rib portion. A low-friction member having a side edge portion of the upper runner, a pair of adhered portions that are interposed between the inner surface of the groove, and a connecting band that interconnects the adhered portions on both sides. The partition wall structure is characterized in that the adhered portion slidably contacts the side edge portion and the inner side surface to prevent generation of rubbing noise due to rubbing of the side edge portion and the inner side surface.

According to the above configuration of the present invention, the low-friction member is inserted into the upper groove of the extruded plate to prevent contact between the inner surface of the groove and the edge of the upper runner, so that the extruded plate and the upper runner are contacted with each other. Prevents the generation of scraping noise due to contact with In the partition wall having the above structure, the generation of rubbing noise is substantially completely eliminated by such rubbing noise prevention means. The low-friction members can be attached to both edges of the upper runner immediately before installing the extruded plate, so take measures to prevent rubbing noise quickly and easily without affecting other steps of partition wall construction. be able to. Moreover, since the low-friction member can be stably supplied to the construction site as a molded part or a processed part that can be mass-produced at low cost, it does not substantially affect the construction cost of the partition wall.

Preferably, a refractory material or sound insulation material is inserted between the upper end surface of the extruded plate and the upper floor structure.
The refractory material improves the fire resistance of the partition wall,
It functions as a cushioning material that absorbs the relative displacement between the extruded plate and the building structure. Further, the sound insulating material prevents abnormal noise generated inside the partition wall from leaking into the room.

Preferably, the low friction member 50 is made of hard, semi-hard or soft synthetic rubber, natural rubber, elastomer, synthetic resin such as hard vinyl chloride or urethane, mixed material of synthetic rubber and synthetic resin, or short fiber. It is mass-produced as an integrally molded part by integrally molding a molding material such as rubber or elastomer containing the reinforcing material. An integrally molded component such as a synthetic resin having U-shaped adherends 51 at both ends, that is, a low friction member 5
It is sufficient that 0 is supplied to the construction site in an appropriate number and mounted at a predetermined position of the upper runner 12 at an appropriate time corresponding to the progress of the partition wall construction, and the handling is extremely simple.

FIGS. 5 and 6 are exploded perspective views of the upper part of the partition wall showing a modification of the low friction member. The low-friction member 50 shown in FIG. 5 is made of a machined component obtained by bending a relatively hard resin plate having a width equal to that of the ribs 21 and 22. At both ends of the low friction member 50, a V-shaped adhered portion 51 bent at a bent portion 54 is formed, and the side edge portion 1 of the upper runner 12 is formed.
9 is inserted in the gap 56 between the hanging part 53 and the rising part 55. The adhered portion 51 covers the side edge portion 19 and is inserted between the side edge portion 19 and the inner side surface of the groove 25 when the extrusion molded plate 2 is built.

The low friction member 50 shown in FIG. 6 is formed as a long member extending in the longitudinal direction of the upper runner 12. The left and right adherends 51 are attached to the side edge portions 19 of the upper runner 12. According to such a low friction member 50, the rib 2
The low-friction member 50 can be mounted on the upper runner 12 without being directly related to the positions of 1, 22. Therefore, for example, as shown in FIG. 7, the positions of the ribs 21 and 22 can be arranged in a staggered arrangement with respect to the extrusion molded plates 2 on both sides. The low friction member 50 may be divided into appropriate sizes.

According to the experiments conducted by the present inventor, the partition wall 1 in which the low-friction member 50 is arranged between the upper end of the extruded plate 2 and the upper runner 12 does not generate a rubbing sound, and a rubbing sound is generated. The problem is substantially eliminated, and thus the low friction member 50
It was found that it effectively works as a means for preventing scratching noise. Moreover, the low-friction member 50 has both simple workability and effective rubbing noise prevention action, and at the same time has a structure that can be manufactured at low cost, which is extremely advantageous in practice.
