ないことが多く、また設備の構成が一般的に大型で、し
かも加工すべき目的部体の肉厚変化などに対し適切に即
応できず、その都度特別な手配を必要とするなどの不
利、欠点を有しており、またその把持固定が必ずしも安
定したものとならず、設定以上の作動力が作用すると外
れる等の不利欠点を有している。 【0004】また目的物体を把持固定化する機構が少な
くとも主要部において露出しているようなことが多く、
このためそのロッキング作動時に他の物品と絡み合いを
発生し、あるいは機構内に異物の侵入付着する可能性が
高いなどの不利欠点を有している。 【0005】 【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は上記したような
従来のものにおける不利欠点を解消することについて検
討を重ねた結果、ハウジング内に収容設定された作動機
構によって該作動機構の欠点部分を適切にカバーした構
成によって加工素材を的確に把持固定せしめ、しかもロ
ッキングシャフトによって前記作動機構の安定な位置決
めを図ると共に有効なロッキング作動を行わしめ、目的
素材に対するロッキングを的確に得しめることに成功し

の一端側を固定せしめ、該ロッキングシャフトの他端側
を加工素材およびロッキングガイドを介して可動部側ロ

定部体から可動部側ロッキングアジャスト内に完全状態
で被包された状態にセットされることとなり、的確に保

化せしめ、ロッキング時における締め付け力が少ない力

の具体的な実施態様を添付図面に示すものについて説明
すると、シリンダーブロック10の中心部一端側にはロ
ッキングシャフト6が設けられ、該シャフト6の基端側
には係合部6aが形成され、該係合部6aに対しては軸
部15で取付けられたロッキング締めつけおよびホルダ
ー部材5,5が対設され、それらのホルダー部材5,5
の外面に対してはロッキング操作ブロック3の操作部1

れた端板10aはシリンダーブロック10を形成する側
面部材に対し取付子16で取付けられているが、また該
端板10aに対してはロッキングガイドシリンダー4と
