Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an airflow vertical cleaning workbench. 2. Description of the Related Art A clean workbench (clean bench) forms a work space above and above a workbench, in which both sides and a rear surface (or a ceiling surface) except for a front working opening are formed. The clean air is supplied into the work space to maintain the work space at a specified cleanliness. Conventionally, this cleaning work table has a vertical type of air flow for blowing clean air from a ceiling portion and a horizontal type of air flow for blowing clean air from a rear portion. In the vertical airflow type, a shutter (made of tempered glass) is usually provided at the front opening, and in order to maintain the cleanliness of the working space, lower the shutter as much as possible while keeping the minimum opening required for work, and pass through the glass. It is encouraged to work while confirming. [0004] However, if the opening of the shutter is narrowed, the speed of the air blown out from the opening increases accordingly, and the operator feels the blown air uncomfortable. Normally, H
The wind velocity from the EPA filter is 0.35 to 0.5m
/ Sec, 1 m / sec when the opening height of the shutter is 30 cm, 1.6 m / sec and 3.0 m / sec when the opening height of the shutter is 10 cm and 20 cm. (FIG. 4
[0005] For this reason, in a vertical airflow cleaning workbench,
In many cases, work is performed with the shutter open. However, if the degree of opening of the shutter is large, the degree of positive pressure in the work space is reduced, which tends to cause airflow and the like, resulting in reduced cleanliness. On the other hand, there are mechanical methods using a damper or the like and electric methods using an inverter control of the fan motor speed, etc., as a method of adjusting the blown air volume. The latter has a problem that the high-frequency noise affects external devices, and once the air volume is adjusted, these methods are costly on a clean workbench where the air volume does not need to be changed during the operation. In addition, the airflow vertical type cleaning worktable has a problem that turbulent air which circulates in the back of the worktable is apt to be generated, and dust in the work space is hardly discharged to the outside,
This tendency becomes more remarkable when the opening of the shutter is small. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above problems of the prior art, the present invention reduces the speed of air blown out from the front opening of the workbench, enables a comfortable work, and has a simple structure. An object of the present invention is to provide an airflow vertical cleaning workbench capable of improving the degree of cleanliness against internal dust generation. On the upper side of the worktable, a work space is formed in which the front is a work opening which can be opened and closed by a shutter, and the other side and back are surrounded by a shielding member. In addition, a sub-exhaust port for discharging air in the working space to the outside is provided at the back of the working bench in a vertical airflow cleaning work bench provided with a clean air outlet on the ceiling surface of the working space. 1 to 3 show a cleaning worktable 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, a clean work table 1 is surrounded by a work opening 4 provided with a shutter 3 on the front surface above a work table 2, and otherwise by a back panel 5 and tempered glass 6 (shielding member) on both sides. Working space 7 is formed. The shutter 3 is made of tempered glass, is provided so as to be slidable up and down, and can hold an arbitrary opening position by a mechanism (not shown). The ceiling portion of the working space 7 is entirely a clean air blowing portion 8, a main filter 9 made of a HEPA filter is provided, and a blower 11 is provided in a positive pressure portion 10 above the main filter 9. The blower 11 is configured to supply the outside air sucked through the pre-filter 12 to the positive pressure section 10 and to blow out the working space 7 through the main filter 9. The work table 2 is located at the back of the work table 2.
(Sub exhaust port 1 penetrating through (top plate) and communicating with lower space 14
3 is provided. In the illustrated example, the sub exhaust port 13 is
A perforated plate, a wire mesh, and the like are provided to form an elongated opening over substantially the entire width of the worktable 2 to prevent the articles on the worktable 2 from dropping and appropriately restrict the amount of air discharged to the auxiliary exhaust port 13. is there. The lower space 14 of the work table 2 is separated from the worker by a partition plate 15 so that a bypass airflow b, which will be described later, does not hit the feet of the worker. Is in communication with In the cleaning work table 1 configured as described above, the air sucked by the blower 11 through the pre-filter 12 and supplied to the positive pressure section 10 is supplied to the main filter 9.
And is blown into the working space 7. Then, the clean air that has flowed vertically in the work space 7 is discharged to the outside through the opening 4 corresponding to the opening of the shutter 3 (main airflow a). At this time, a part of the clean air is Since the air is also exhausted from the sub-exhaust port 13 at the back through the lower space 14 to the outside air (by-pass air flow b), the amount of air blown out of the main air flow a by the amount of this bypass air flow b is reduced, Decreases. FIG. 4 shows the opening height h of the shutter 3 for each of the cleaning worktable 1 provided with the sub exhaust port 13 of the embodiment of the present invention and the conventional cleaning worktable of the same type without the sub exhaust port.
Is 20 cm and 10 cm, respectively, and the blowing air speed V (m / sec) and the blowing air amount Qa (m 3 / mi) at the opening 4.
n), bypass air volume Qb (m 3 / min), total air volume Q
(M 3 / min) were measured and compared. According to the measurement results, when the sub-exhaust port 13 is provided, the blowing air velocity V is 60 to 7 as compared with the case where the sub-exhaust port 13 is not provided.
When the opening height h of the shutter 3 is 20 cm and the blowing wind speed V is 1.1 m / sec, the value is such that the worker hardly feels uncomfortable. As the size becomes smaller, the amount of air that is bypassed to the side of the sub-exhaust port 13 increases, and there is also an advantage that the degree of reduction in the wind speed of the main airflow a increases. Further, in the conventional air-flow vertical cleaning workbench, since the air in the work space is discharged only from the front opening, a turbulent air flow circulating in the back of the workbench 2 is generated. However, there is a problem that dust generated in the work space 7 is difficult to be discharged to the outside. However, in the cleaning workbench 1 of the present invention, the turbulent airflow is generated because the bypass airflow b from the sub exhaust port 13 is formed. It is unlikely to occur, and dust generated in the inner part of the working space 7 is quickly discharged to the outside through the sub exhaust port 13. The cleaning work table 1 of the above embodiment is shown in FIG.
As shown in the figure, the case where the sub exhaust port 13 is provided by penetrating the top plate slightly in front of the working table 2 and the sub exhaust port 13 is provided to the rear panel 5 and the tempered glass 6 on both side surfaces. It can also be provided along the bottom or at the bottom of the back panel 5.
Further, it may be provided dividedly at a plurality of locations, or may be provided in a U-shape bent from the back surface to both side surfaces. As described above, the airflow vertical cleaning workbench of the present invention has a work opening on the upper side of the worktable which can be opened and closed by a shutter, and the other side surfaces and the back surface are shielded. A work space surrounded by members is formed, and air in the work space is exhausted to the outside of the work table at the back of the work table in a vertical air flow type clean work table provided with a clean air outlet on a ceiling surface of the work space. Air in the work space is partially exhausted to the outside through the sub-exhaust port, and the amount of air blown out from the opening on the front of the workbench is reduced accordingly. It is possible to work comfortably while maintaining the positive pressure inside and maintaining the cleanliness. In addition, turbulence in the back of the worktable is prevented by the bypass airflow from the sub-exhaust port, dust in the work space can be quickly discharged through the sub-exhaust port, and the degree of cleanliness against internal dust can be improved. .
