排気ファンと、前記給気通路に設けられる給気ファン
と、これら給気ファン及び排気ファンを駆動するモータ
とを備えた空調換気扇において、 前記熱交換素子組立体は熱交換素子とこの熱交換素子を
収納する素子収納枠とで構成され、この素子収納枠は同
一形状の2つの枠部品からなり、同一面に2種類のフィ
ルタの取付が可能な第1取付部を設けたことを特徴とす
る空調換気扇。
