However, as shown in the sectional view (a) of the main part and the front view (b) of the main part in FIG. 5, the splash of drain water by the slinger ring 31a of the propeller fan 31 is blown to the outdoor heat exchanger 32. Not only that, the water is also scattered on both side surfaces and the upper surface of the wind guide plate 33 forming the air passage. Especially, the drain water scattered on the ceiling (upper surface) of the wind guide plate 33 grows little by little and becomes a large water drop. It drops to 9 and finally falls on the propeller fan 31 which is rotating, for example, at point A. At this time, a creaking sound was emitted, and when this continued, this noise was surprisingly noisy and caused the complaint.

As shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b), the slinger ring 31a integrally formed around the propeller fan 31 is eliminated, and instead, it is provided on the base so as to face the propeller fan 31. In the water receiving portion 2c, a water absorbing material 50, such as a form in which a non-woven fabric is attached to a frame, is provided upright. The water absorbing material 50 absorbs the drain water of the water receiving portion 2c by a capillary phenomenon and sucks it up. By the way, since the air blown by the peller fan 31 installed at the rear side acts as a strong wind on the water absorbing material 50 that is absorbing water,
The wind that has passed through the water absorbent material 50 reaches the front outdoor heat exchanger 32 with water droplets, and the water droplets are scattered. The water absorption and the spraying of water droplets are continuously performed, and the drain water is sprayed on the outdoor heat exchanger 32 to be evaporated, and the heat taken away from the outdoor heat exchanger 32 during evaporation enhances the condensation effect. Therefore, unlike the conventional case, drain water does not scatter on the ceiling (upper surface) of the baffle plate 33, and noise due to falling water drops does not occur.

The operation of the second embodiment will be described below. Due to the shaft rotation of the second motor 61, the roller 5
Since 2 rotates, for example, the ring-shaped band 51 formed by connecting the nets is one of the upper roller 52 and the lower roller 53.
It rotates endlessly between a pair of rollers. That is, the ascending portion 51a of the annular band 51 of the water-absorbent material moves upward and the descending portion 51b moves downward with a continuous rotation operation. However, since the ring-shaped band 51 is immersed in the drain water of the water receiving portion 2c for a predetermined time and is sequentially transferred while absorbing and adhering the drain water, the drain water continuously moves as the ring-shaped band 51 moves upward. Be carried upwards.

On the other hand, the net-shaped annular band 51 made of a water absorbing material is arranged so as to widely cover the front surface of the propeller fan 31, and since the propeller fan 31 blows a strong wind,
The strong wind passes through the mesh of the annular band 51 and reaches the outdoor heat exchanger 32 in front. At this time, the water absorbed and attached to the net is scattered and scattered on the outdoor heat exchanger 32. Since these water absorption and spraying operations are continuously performed, the drain water is sprayed to the outdoor heat exchanger 32 one after another.

In particular, as shown in FIG. 2B, a mesh 5 having a ring-shaped band 51 in which the weft threads and the warp threads are arranged in a zigzag pattern.
In the case of 1c, the drain water that has absorbed water or adhered to the net flows down the warp of the net in the ascending portion 51a, but reaches a horizontal weft that intersects in a T-shape, and a large amount of drain water collects on this horizontal weft. Or, it becomes a state of falling as water drops. The strong wind supplied by the propeller fan 31 easily blows off the drain water accumulated in the weft thread or the water droplets that are falling, so that the water droplets can be efficiently dispersed. still,
In order to efficiently carry out the spraying operation of the drain water to the outdoor heat exchanger 32, the second motor 61 of the second motor 61 is arranged so that the ascending portion 51a of the annular band 51 is on the front side, that is, the outdoor heat exchanger 32 side. It is better to set the axis rotation direction.

As shown in the third embodiment (a) of FIG. 3, a biased horizontal row of contact portions 32a is provided above the outdoor heat exchanger 32. By slightly abutting the contact portion 32a on the upper portion 51a of the annular band 51 made of the water absorbing material, the drain water absorbed in the net (water absorbing material) or adhering to the mesh is squeezed and is transmitted through the contact portion 32a. It flows down to the upper part of the outdoor heat exchanger 32. Therefore, in addition to the drain water spraying action of the second embodiment of FIG. 2, the drain water is directly supplied to the outdoor heat exchanger 32 from the contact portion 32a.

As shown in the fourth embodiment (b) of FIG. 3, 1
The second roller 52a is arranged so as to interlock with the upper roller 52 of the pair of rollers 52, 53 by pressing.
And the second roller 52a sandwiched the annular belt 51 so as to roll it. Therefore, since the annular band 51 is strongly squeezed at the upper end of the ascending portion 51a, the drain water that has absorbed or adhered to the annular band 51 made of a net (water absorbing material) is squeezed into water droplets, and the propeller fan of FIG. The strong wind supplied by 31 reliably sprays the heat to the outdoor heat exchanger 32. Further, since the descending portion 51b is sufficiently squeezed and has a small amount of water, the annular belt 51 can absorb and attach a large amount of drain water when immersed in the drain water of the water receiving portion 2c, resulting in efficient drainage. Water can be transferred upward.

As shown in the fifth embodiment (C) of FIG. 3, the rising portion 5 of the annular belt 51 made of a water absorbing material, such as a net, is used.
Between the 1a and the descending portion 51b, a horizontal louver 54 having an inclination that the height of the outdoor heat exchanger 32 side becomes higher is provided. As a specific arrangement position, for example, the horizontal louver 54 is arranged slightly below the upper roller 52. In the case of this embodiment, the upper range part of the strong wind supplied by the propeller fan 31 passes through the horizontal louver 54 and is blown up obliquely upward. By the way, an ascending portion 51a of the annular band 51 is arranged in front of the horizontal louver 54, and the strong wind that blows upward acts to cause the drain water of the ascending portion 51a to be scattered obliquely upward. for that reason,
The drain water also scatters and adheres to the uppermost part of the outdoor heat exchanger 32. As compared with the case where the horizontal louver 54 is not provided, the drain water can be sprayed to the outdoor heat exchanger 32 in a wider range, and the efficiency of heat exchange can be improved.

As shown in the sixth embodiment (2) of FIG. 3, between the ascending portion 51a and the descending portion 51b of the annular belt 51,
The cross-sectional shape is such that the distance from the center of rotation to the end changes between a value that is smaller than the distance from the center of rotation to the rising portion and a value that is larger than the distance from the rotation center to the rising portion. The rotor 55 is arranged. When the rotor 55 is rotationally driven by a drive system (not shown), the upstream portion 51a is pushed forward in the front and rear of the position where the outer shape of the rotor is the maximum from the rotation center, and the outer shape of the rotor is the minimum position from the rotation center. Before and after, the ascending portion 51a returns to its original position due to the tension of the annular band 51. That is, when the rotor 55 rotates, contact and non-contact with the ascending portion 51a are repeated in a constant cycle to periodically vibrate the ascending portion 51a back and forth. Therefore, the vibration acts to more shake off the drain water in the ascending portion 51a, so that the amount of splashing increases.

Further, the rotor 55 is horizontally arranged in front of the rotation axis of the propeller fan 31 shown in FIG. 1 and has a cross section of an ellipse or a triangle. Even with this configuration, as shown in the sixth embodiment (2) of FIG. 3, since the ascending portion 51a can be periodically rocked back and forth, it is possible to increase the amount of drain water sprayed.

As described above, according to the present invention, the drain splash due to slinger ring is abolished and, instead, the drain water is sprinkled on the outdoor heat exchanger by the strong wind supplied by the water absorbing material and the propeller fan to perform the evaporation treatment. Is. Therefore, an integrated air conditioner is provided which prevents generation of noise caused by water droplets scattered by the conventional drain splash growing on the top plate into large water droplets and falling on a rotating propeller fan.
